All-in-One Social + GMB Management With a Great Review Response Feature
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it has GMB and the common social media platforms. I also love the review response feature
What do you dislike about the product?
The lag time in keeping up with changes—like adding captions to reels and being able to use audio.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me with broadcasting important biz info lime when I am closed or changes to business operations. It does so much more than a traditional scheduler
Easy Way to View Reviews Across Multiple Platforms

It is easy to see reviews from multiple different platforms

Putting all reviews in one place & having the ability to track unreviewed reviewa is great.
Great Scheduling, But Instagram Features Like Music and Photo Editing Fall Short
What do you like best about the product?
That all social medias are linked and can be scheduled at the same time. I also like how the reviews are easy to view and access to answer. Sometimes though when you upload a photo on Instagram you can manipulate the photo size like on the app so sometimes I have to post directly from Instagram
What do you dislike about the product?
Tagging on ALL platforms isn't the best sometimes but I have yet to try it since LinkedIn tagging was upgraded. I don't like how you can't add music to Instagram post from SOCI. Ads are a little complicated so I do run ads directly through META its a little user friendly and ties in Instagram and FB together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing post, its really helpful. I schedule out my post sometimes a whole month in advance and it makes my social posting life so much easier. If it could be a little more user friendly I would def recommend more and more.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi excels in being all inclusive and tailored to each entity it serves. Our reps at SOCi are very attentive and helpful whenever we have issues and work to make the platform fit for us.
I think another important point is that SOCi includes the smoothest integrations we have come across and includes GBP, Yelp, TikTok, Instagram (+ stories), and Facebook. This gives it breadth and takes the weight off of us and our associates to handle all the accounts for each property, making it easier to scale.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think the performance reports can be a bit finicky at times, and errors related to posts are sometimes cryptic and hard to understand. Of course, we have our amazing reps who help us out, so that’s less of an issue, but the notifications can feel a little overwhelming sometimes, especially when they come in across the portfolio.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is helping us scale and consolidate our social accounts across platforms so that we remain in control, while also generating enough content for over 300 properties.

What do you like best about the product?
We can get insights from multiple platforms, for multiple locations, in one site. Platform is easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's been my experience that it's easier to post multiple locations with different content on other scheduler platforms.

Daily weekly insights and for this company, since we currently only have 1 location, we will be scheduling content in advance.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the help with reviews and all the notifications I can set up so that I can address problems right away. The interface is really easy to understand. I like all the different views in the platform where I can look at all locations or just a few, and the social features. The insight, location, and group views are helpful. I like that I can access different groups, it makes editing easy.

I haven't found anything yet that I don't like.

I use SOCi to link my Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram business profiles, which saves me time because I don't have to worry about going and posting content to each page since it's done simultaneously on all three. I love how easy it is to use and find the automatic content posting particularly useful. The initial setup of SOCi was extremely easy for my team.

I like how easy SOCi is to use. It solves my marketing issues effectively. I also found it easy to set up.

automation of updates across more than one channel
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not intuitive. I feel like the features and the calendar could be much easier to use. I recommend the SOCI team hire an external design thinker that assesses the experience from the point of view of a brand new user who has never used a tool like this but is used to very simple, intuitive online or app based tools. I feel like you could cut out steps, screens, and layers from the experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to attain the best practice of posting regularly on social media. I only wish it could also automate the re-posting on my personal sites. I still have to do that myself.
