What do you like best about the product?
It is a great and simple platform with a clean layout.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints on the platform at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to quickly access review and respond to Google Reviews and to capture analytics around store and customer satisfaction.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it can link different platforms from one app and avoids me having to upload individual photos.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a bit long to get approvals prior to being uploaded to the diferent platforms. But other than that app works great!

Adverstising and promoting the property.

I like that SoCi makes it easy to schedule and view your social media posts in one space.
What do you dislike about the product?
-The specs for each platform are not easily accessible
-Can be slow at times

What do you like best about the product?
Soci makes it easy to plan social media content/posts from moth to month AND I love the feedback. It allways me to see what is performing well adn what is not, what our veiwers like and don't care about. It'ss a fabulouos and easy tool to increase and maintain your social media presence.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing cmes to mind. Overall this is an excellent flatorm and I don't have anything addtional to add.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization and Time mamagement! I run 4 social media platforms and post daily, this allows me to make it easy and plan ahead to make sure days are not missed.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it gives me access to all my social media accounts on one screen so I do not have to go to a hundred different areas for what I am looking for. I like the reports that allow me to track what is working and what needs improvement on my social posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has not been a seamless integration of my accounts. Contacting customer service could use a few more knowledgeable people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it will allow me to monitor all of my social accounts in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi is one of the greatest assets to have for social media because it allows us to post on all of our social media across the board in one swift movement in advance. This is really important because as a business planning and creating social media posts can take a lot of time, and having to do that weekly is extremely time consuming. I am able to plan my social media out a month in advance to automatically post. I am able to log in frequently and edit posts once scheduled if there is something additional I want to add or change.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly at this moment in time there is very little that I dislike about SOCi. I wish I was able to connect my canva account directly to the SOCi account for easy access to graphics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is solving social media management for me allowing me to post it with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
Saves lots of time by posting to multiple social media accounts and formatting the photos to fit the different aspect ratios of each social media platform. Set and forget is nice, just spend an hour or so setting up your entire month!
What do you dislike about the product?
When using the "Enter" key in your posts to add line spacing, it will show correctly within Soci, but once your post is actually posted on your social media, the space you added by hitting "enter" after something is nonexistent. For example if I had said "Felt cute, might delete.
-
#nofilter"

It will actually appear like this: "Felt cute, might delete.-#nofilter

Even though you hit "Enter" after the period after delete, added a " - " and then hit "enter" again and then added your hashtag.

This was a huge issue for me because I spent so much time scheduling all my posts and I had a website link within my description. The formatting looked fine within Soci but once everything posted, the link was broken because I had hit "enter" after my link when typing my post out in soci, and then added hashtags on a separate line. But the hashtag just meshed together with my link breaking it.

For example I did "Hey check out my website Austin.com
-
#friday" within the Soci app.

However once posted it did "Hey check out my website Austin.com-#friday" which made the link unclickable in facebook/linkedin

So I had to go back in to every single post and edit it to fix the link. For the entire month.

Now that I know how it works I won't make that mistake again. But it should be fixed to have the "enter" key actually act as an "enter" key and the posts should display how the show in Soci once posted. Please fix that, otherwise great app!

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi makes creating and sharing content for a group of franchised locations so much easier. It saves a ton of time, and allows even novices to share content.

I use it every day!
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside of SOCi is the emoji section - it seems slow and outdated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi has an easy user interface, so while a more seasoned pro (like me) can easily share content, it's also approachable for beginners. The gallery and library of posts are my favorite features. Oh, and the scheduler.
