SOCi experience
What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling features for each sub-location are great, but being able to post a calendar that can go to every sub-location with no extra work is incredible. The ability for admins to review posts before they get put out is also super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to hide features that your company doesn't utlize from the user view. Some of our users do utilize all the features, but for a lot of our users the fewer options the better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just the ability to give our users easy access to content was a big issue we had before that SOCi solved.

Solid content scheduler
What do you like best about the product?
As a Lincoln dealership Marketing Director, I used SOCi for content scheduling, the library, and discovery features. Scheduling was easy to use and I love using the discovery feature for ideas and inspiration. The insights section was also very useful for quick stats and finding peak times to schedule content for most engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
The navigation tabs are a bit clunky and hard to find what you're looking for quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I appreciate the discovery tab to help with filling content spots or providing inspiration. This tool saves time for content scheduling.

Easy to use and create. Lets you choose when to post

Cant do more than one picture, picking on spelling

I like that we can post to social media, see reviews, and engage with our residents all on one website.

Sometimes the new reviews dont show up unless I resubmit the page.

Nice having all social media in one area. Reporting is easy to read and helpful.

The only downside is I can't do email marketing from this platform.

Soci helped keep all social media in one platform so I don't have to go to five of six different websites to put out posts.

Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use and I love the the AI generated responses for reviews as it helps to not be so repetitive. Helpful in helping us resolve GBM issues.

Sometimes integration has been difficult finding some of the buildings we have.

The SOCi team pushes for innovation
What do you like best about the product?
What I enjoy about working w/ & utilizing SOCi is that it seems like each quarter, the team is presenting/pitching a new product offering. While we may not need each service, it's nice knowing they are not content w/ staying stagnant.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing we would like to see is more platform integrations, particulalrly for Social Media like Pinterest & the ability to upload high-quality reels through the SOCIAL platform.

SOCi is helping us determine our local presence within several markets through several keyword analysis tools.

SOCi allows for an easy to use, one-stop-shop for multiple daily and weekly tasks that our on-site operators need to prioritize.

SOCi allows for easy scheduling of social media platforms and management of online reputation.

I love that you can see all of the reviwes even on faceboook. you can also hide a comment if it is not appropret

It helps us not have to go look though everything and will just allow it all to be on one screen in one place, also there is an app which is amazing
