Effortless Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that SOCi makes social media management, engagement, and review easier and more efficient for our business. Its organized setup and ease of use across all platforms save us time and effort. The platform simplifies sorting and resolving tasks, allowing us to respond to guests effectively and manage general comments seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi simplifies managing and reviewing social media, making responses quicker and organizing tasks effectively. It eases guest interactions and helps address general comments efficiently across multiple platforms.
Good platform overall, but can be tough to navigate
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am provided content from ACE Hardware corporation to use for social media. I also like how I can link my Google reviews to SoCi to address them all in one place
What do you dislike about the product?
I think SOCi is INCREDIBLY hard to navigate and figure out - and I've been using it for 4 years. I am not a fan of how it works/runs. There are so many obnoxious things that really frustrate me. For instance, scheduling posts directly through Business Suite (Meta) is much easier than SOCi. Creating rules for review notifications is incredibly difficult to figure out/understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to review and respond to all my locations' Google reviews in one place

What do you like best about the product?
So far SOCi has been great. My favorite feature has been the AI generated response. Each response sounds more personalized to each review and it makes responding quick and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not explored it enough to find something that i dislike that much. It takes longer to get the the reviews than I would like but I don’t mind it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s is helping us with our SEO. This will ultimately help us drive more business to our store.

This tool allows me to showcase exactly what I want customers to see for my individual store. It gives me the opportunity to promote my store and remind customers of our presence.
What do you dislike about the product?
You having to do each day separately instead of picking the coupon then highlighted the days

Great Reputation Management
What do you like best about the product?
The communication and professionalism of the replies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes replies from Soci after my input/comments takes a couple of days to be responded to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving Online Reputation Score and Creating Social Media posts that are more professional and adaptive to current property profile.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. AI generated responses. Shows reviews for all 49 of our locations
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to get help when needed. We still have 9065 and 9082 linked as the same store.

Allows us to respond to reviews easily.
Great business tool! Easy to Use!
What do you like best about the product?
There is lots of helpful information, that is easy to access and understand. The dashboard shows a quick snapshot!

I have no complaints with SOCi! There is assistance available if I ever need it.

Easy access to all Social Media accounts and business reviews! I love the ease of seeing reviews and the notifications!

I do not have any thing to share at this time. I enjoy all of SOCI.

SOCI handles posting to social media, scheduling, and analyzing all of my information for me. I find it easy to use.

I love how well things are organized and that I am given the option to schedule posts months ahead.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a breakdown of reach vs engagement. How are the numbers calculated? Weekly, daily, bi-weekly, etc.

I love that Soci provides the option for AI generated posts. These AI generated posts help to make FB and Instagram posts more exciting and relatable.
