Helpful organization for social media accounts.
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ability to schedule all of my posts in advance and be able to track analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the limitations on posting to Instagram (shape limitations and inability to post multiple images in one post). I also believe that there should be Story integration for Facebook and Instagram, as it is a fast and easy way to stay relevant with followers on a daily basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is helping our business communicate with the local community when there are policy changes, sales, weather closures, etc. It has also helped better acknowledge our staff and community partners.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Helpful for managing multiple social media accounts for your business, but limited to the type of posts that can be scheduled and managed.
It really depends on how aware you are of Social Media and it's usage.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the autoformatting of pictures to fit the different platforms. It's also nice that they finally listened about being able to adjust multiple locations at once from the suggested copy to our personalized copy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use it for an Ace Hardware. Soci obviously did not start in the hardware industry and it has been a long learning curve. They are slow to implement new ideas and suggestions. Their customer service can take a long time to reply and often the reply is "We can't do that" instead of checking to see if there is a work-around. We were also initially promised connectivity with Nextdoor and that has not materialized. The dashboard page setup isn't super intuitive and they have yet to integrate their email alerts into a singular daily email so with 18 accounts I get a lot of junk mail from them. I've been told both that I could turn them off or alter my notifications but that "Then you will have to be very vigilant to check for notifications. As if I don't already? Also, their scores and reports seem at best fickle for example last month they told my boss that we had a failing score for posting and replying even though our native Google, Yelp, and Facebook scores were in the 4.8 range and we have a one-hour turnaround average. My boss was savvy enough to know that it was their data that was wrong, but I would be hesitant to recommend the product to someone who didn't know how to verify their native scores.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It can be a good way to post quickly to multiple pages. (Except Twitter of course. I still have to go into each account individually and repost to Twitter, but that isn't Soci's fault). There have been a lot of improvements lately allowing us to simply drag and drop posts from one day to another, copy and paste the copy into another post, and as I mentioned at the top I am very satisfied with the ability to upload one picture and have Soci format it for the various pages instead of having to upload a different picture for each account.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Again, if you know what you are doing this can be a good tool, and a lot of its functionality is on par or better than Hootesuite. If you are new to social media marketing I would recommend that you hire a consultant to help initially as Soci is not as intuitive as it might be and it can take a while to get their customer service to help in any meaningful way.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to effectively schedule and layout plans for social media marketing. You can easily see where things are on the calendar and adjust as needed especially if working as a team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Working to manage reviews and approvals is a bit difficult at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Online marketing is now king. Being able to keep up to date and constant content is handy.

We're not that accomplished or consistent with social media, so having SOCi posting for us really helps keep us in front of our clients and potential clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It works great for us and really helps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Biggest problem solved is having a consistent presence on social media.
Convenient and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to schedule out a few weeks of content to Facebook is a really nice way to manage my business FB page.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes content that isn't relevant to my particular store gets scheduled and posted before I can spot what should have been chaged.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowing my realtime social media analytics helps steer money towards the right platforms. Also allows me to be "active" on social media without doing much work on my end.

Soci is the BEST platform for feed organization and getting ahead of schedule!

There's nothing to hate! Soci offers everything you need to be successful!

Social media is important. Easy to set it and forget it while I take care of the real business!

I like that I am able to do one post to many platforms at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing honestly comes to mind so far. It would be nice to be able to post multiple pictures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me a lot of time that I can focus on other things.

What do you like best about the product?
That our corporate office can pass through content so that I don't have to create it all myself. It has saved me a lot of time as I can keep what is there or make minor changes at times.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is clunky to edit corporate posts when I want to make additional changes. I have to delete each scheduled post, then find the post in the library, edit and then reschedule.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time! With content pushed out for me, I spend a lot less time planning our social media calendar. The phone app is great as well for posts on the fly.
