Great Service
What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling when it comes to posting across multiple platforms makes this so much easier- you can even do it way in advance which is AWESOME!! It was very simple to learn how to use!

There is really nothing I do not like about SOCi.

One stop marketing that everyone can use!
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is extremely straightforward and easy to use. With a single dashboard, we can post to multiple platforms all at once, which makes the process effortless. We simply add our content and move on. I also appreciate having a representative I can reach out to if any issues arise. We incorporate it into our daily marketing strategy, and my entire team is comfortable using it. Thank you, SOCi!

We have been using SOCi for about a month now and so far, we have no negative feedback to share.

Streamlined Social Media Posting with Impressive Response Rates
What do you like best about the product?
I like how SOCi helps me with posting on my social media by creating posts that I can edit to add my own personal touch. I get significantly more responses to postings from SOCi compared to other AI automated posts I'm using. I like being able to review the scheduled posts on the calendar and make updates if necessary, or exclude or change any postings that I don't want to post. I appreciate having that level of control. The initial setup was extremely easy and very streamlined, which made it a better choice to add. I would easily give a 10 out of 10 for recommendation because of the easy setup and the quality of the posts. The amount of interaction and responses I get on these posts is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would save some of the information that I am entering. For instance, I always have to enter my travel details and site info. Also, with hashtags, I have built-in hashtags that I use all the time, and I would like to be able to have it save those.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi gives me an advantage with social media posting by creating posts I can personalize. It boosts responses to my posts significantly compared to other AI tools, enhancing my interaction levels.
Better Customer Support and Integration Needed
What do you like best about the product?
I like some of the features that SOCi offers like the ability for the locator tool that includes templated customer landing pages. The team is very flexible with what customizations can be done, but this also requires development work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more features added like the ability for dealers or contractors to pull in any google reviews, or for customers to write reviews directly on the customer landing pages. I want the ability for SOCi to be editable without having to rely on a developer, I would like faster response times from our support teams.

SOCi is creating a dealer/installer finder that our certified installers can register and be displayed on our homepage

honestly i feel that it is something that can be developed more by myself as i am only scratching the surface of the platform.

SOCi is really helping us post things on different platforms from one common platform. It is benefiting us from time management perspective as well as the effort to login from one platform to the other
SOCi does the Social Media work for me so I can be a better travel agent.
What do you like best about the product?
I used to spend hours a week trying to figure out social media. The timing of posting, what to post, and the frequency were all so sporadic as I'd get overwhelmed. What I really wanted to do was sell travel, get new clients, and service existing bookings. SOCi helps me do that as I don't have to worry about the Social Media presence any longer. They do it for me.
I check the calendar every 2 weeks, delete any pending posts that may not pertain to my clientele, and then forget about it. It's so easy to do, easy to implement, and saves me so much time.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any downsides of SOCi at this time. I really like all of the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi solves my issue with coming up with creative posts on Social Media. It takes all the legwork stress of it off of me so I can sell more.

User friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
This tool is easy to use and effectively gathers important data related to social and Google pages. Having a monthly check-in call with a SOCi rep is a plus!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would have liked for our company to have the option to run ads, but unfortunately, we were not able to make this happen.

SOCI is a great tool for marketing, saves valuable time.

The fact that we can upload one video or picture and have it post to all our Social Media places.

Nothing to dislike. We absolutely love SOCI!
