How to make social simple!
What do you like best about the product?
This platform is amazing. We affiliate with over 650 locations, and SOCi's platform allows us to easily post to all locations, or to unique locations depending on the campaign. You can boost your posts within the dashboard, keep track/respond to reviews, and they offer sample monthly calendar post ideas. We love this platform and look forward to many years of it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. There is nothing we dislike about this platform!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This would just be a learning experience, but being able to reach out to my personal account manager and them showing me how to do something (along with their online training courses) is fantastic!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use them!
The functionality is fantastic, but sometimes the experience can be buggy
What do you like best about the product?
The group to location functionality and the content mass upload feature
What do you dislike about the product?
Periodic bugs that we have to work out with support - usually support has a fix in a few days though
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mass uploading of content so that we don't have to spend multiple manhours uploading content. Uploading content to one group that then gets pushed out to several individual accounts - again cuts down on time, but more importantly, vastly extends the reach of our clients' message.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Your account advisor can often be an advocate for you when you need new features or need significant support issues to be resolved.
Great platform to streamline social media and citation management.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to provide a single log in for users to respond to reviews, comments and questions on multiple platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a pretty complex beast with lots of options, so the learning curve is a little protracted over other platforms, but the time investment simply reflects the abundance of cool features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quite simply; We're getting more done in less time.

What do you like best about the product?
Being part of a franchise network adds a layer of complexity to our digital needs. SOCi makes social scheduling and publishing easy for our 300+ locations. It has also been a lifesaver for directory listings and online reputation management. We are currently trialing a few AI features and are excited about how these can help our franchisees be more efficient within their operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really nothing to dislike! Every challenge we have faced is from Google itself, not the SOCi platform. The SOCi support team has helped us overcome issues with Google and we are very happy to be able to lean on them for our questions and concerns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Direct Instagram integration for all of our franchisees has been a game changer. We have also been able to streamline our listings in a big way.
Social media simplified
What do you like best about the product?
Soci takes the back and forth out of social media. It’s made our lives so much easier to link the accounts and simply schedule posts and forget about it! I don’t know how we made it before Soci!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! We love soci. Scheduling is easy, as is managing content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are better able to increase our social media presence with minimal effort.
Simple to navigate, create content, post and analyze
What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard content and layout is most helpful. It's simplicity allows any skill level to navigate, create content, etc.,.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gah! When you select "Post Now," our account has been set up where all of our social media accounts are selected for posting and we, often, forget to uncheck Instagram. Anyone who uses IG knows that web links are not accessible via a post. Users must post links in their IG bio or refer to where followers can obtain more information. Hence, we forget to modify our posts for IG.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is a question for our marketing director who is indirectly involved in our marketing efforts at the site level. At the site level, we desperately need a staff member who is solely responsible for our marketing/social media efforts. The organic reach could be much greater if this was a FT position.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of the group function to schedule content across multiple locations at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the library function can feel clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of posting to 60 locations at once.

It might seem confusing at first but once you know it, it's really intuitive!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything is connected. I am able to see all posts and comments. I can also respond through Soci which is amazing! We are able to see negative and positive responses which allows us to adjust what we post to get more positive reactions and higher activity on our page and posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not sure how I am notified about who wins a contest once the contest is over. It would be nice to have a notification when it's done and who has won.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to stay on top of our online marketing easier. We are able to spend more time with residents/prospects or stay ahead on our reports with everything available to us in one portal.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature on socii is the calendar feature and being able to schedule posts in the future
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful thing on socii is the inability for me to delete prescheduled posts through Instagram.

Once you figure it out it makes posting and scheduling post for the week so easy for our property!

The scheduling option is amazing. I schedule a week at a time.

It does take a minute to get used to but that is for any platform!
