New to Soci
What do you like best about the product?
You can obtain SO much information about your store through Soci! Love the ad ideas
What do you dislike about the product?
I am new to Soci, and it is taking me a while to get my bearings as to where to go for what I want to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped bring in more local customers and improved sales.
BHHS corporate rolled out SOCi, but the brokerages did not load marketing to be posted.
What do you like best about the product?
The overall concept is great. BHHS corporate rolled out program. However local brokerages have not setup the marketing for the area. So currently we are limited to the usage. I know our IT department is reviewing the product and will advise when it is ready for our use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not setup for area brokerage use. Looking forward to using program but original startup was not implemented effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
none. local office is working on it
SOCI makes it so easy for us to manage and organize our Social Media process

Simple process and easy to use software that anyone on our team can use.

Nothing that I can say to dislike. It is easy to use and we really like it.

A simple solution to manage all our social media posts

I have no issue with anything, I found it a fabulous program!

I have never set up a website so Ana was very capable was assisting me

There's a lot to it that I'm not familiar with still and it's a bit daunting sometimes

Soci is streamlining our social posting and review management.
Soci has made it easy to be quickly notified of customer reviews of our company in a single place.
What do you like best about the product?
Soci is super convenient on notification and response availability.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some days there can be a lot of email notifications.

Keeping up with multiple review platforms.
I'm still figuring out it's capabilities but it has been great as of now.

Being able to schedule pictures and videos.

Sometimes my Twitter disconnects from my account

What do you like best about the product?
We are a family chain of hardware stores in the southwest, and it has been invaluable to be able to create a post that will be seen on each store's social media pages. We can create group posts OR individual store posts, all from one platform. We can also keep track of reviews for each store, and responding to reviews is so easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app didn't work very well, although admittedly I haven't used it in the last year, so it's possible that they've improved it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping up with Google My Business reviews as well as Yelp reviews is extremely easy.
