SOCi has Excellent Customer Care and Wonderful tools for Local Marketing.
What do you like best about the product?
Our client success managers. Alyse and Michael have been incredibly helpful and caring for our needs. They are quick to include other SOCi team members on calls to assist us the best they can. Incredibly insightful and willing to jump into an issue for us at any moment.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Conversations > Engagements platform. I feel like it could be streamlined better. It's slow at times and would be nice to respond to a bunch of comments on the same post quicker than jumping between comments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi assists with our Facebook Local Marketing campaigns. This is beneficial for spreading equal budget and spending to all of our locations when boosting content. We have a robust New Store Opening strategy that requires a tool like SOCi and our team is very happy with the tool. Reporting would be another to add. Facebook Reporting as a whole has been helpful to lessen our own frankensteing of reporting. Facebook SOCi Store Group reporting might be one of my favorite looks so we can see how each group's posts perform cumulatively
Scheduled Posts Free Up Marketing Time!
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ease of using the SOCI app in scheduling and changing posts. It has allowed me to plan ahead and not spend so much daily time working on posts. I also like that I can post on multiple social media platforms with the click of a button!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that I could post videos and/or compile videos within the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is solving time management dedicated to social media.

What do you like best about the product?
What is most helpful about SOCi is that it is so easy to use. Very easy to train our on-site staff and very convenient for them to be able to post. Also, the reporting function is very helpful. We love that we can centralize all of our digital and social media communications under one roof. We use SOCi to update and monitor our Google Business Profiles, respond to reviews, post to social, and now we are adding their Survey component. So easy to manage everything from one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm very happy with SOCi and their reps are very resonsive to any questions or concerns. No negatives in my mind!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is an easy tool that allows our multiple sites to post to their social pages. That's very helpful. Their suite of products also allows us to manage everything from one platform.

Scheduling social media content including google
Easy to use and update, perfect for social media posting.

The library of suggested posts for Social Media posting, and the ease of confirming suggested postings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reminders for social media posting would be nice, and the review request portion is difficult to use when sending requests to multiple people at one time.

Helping to keep social media posting updated and current.

Extremely easy to post on all platforms of social media. I love I'm able to schedule future posts for the entire month!

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing negative to share, as the service does what it was promoted to do: share corporate's marketing via its agents' social media streams

SOCi removes the work that I would need to promote the BHHS marketing campaigns
Quick and easy to use - love the ACE content
What do you like best about the product?
I love to be able to schedule, and the ACE content creation
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as much ACE content as when I first signed up - but they are offering a variety of posts, which is good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Definitely the scheduling and coming up with ideas! Saves me a lot of time and is perfect for beginners and experts alike.
Highly recommend SoCi!!

The most convenient part of using SoCi is the supplemental content and the fact that you can schedule posts in advance.

The only down side is the same content is posted.
