Many Improvements Needed In A Complicated System

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to manage hundreds of different accounts across many regions and management teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot. Complicated process to post. Lack of integration with GIPHY. GIFs must be saved as a file to the computer, then uploaded -- too complicated. When GIFs are loaded, they are shared to Facebook as video files, not GIFs. When GIFs are loaded as comments in Facebook, they are shared as attachments, not native. The entire process of interacting with comments to a post is slow, needlessly complicated, and a poor experience. The UX for the social follower is broken and less than desirable. The mobile app is literally just a wrapper for the web page. Regional level posting activity does not show individual account posting activity, just regional level. Notifications are slow and clunky. Replies to content comments are slow to submit and load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple account posting and replies in one location.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be very honest with yourself about what features are absolutely necessary for you to adequately manage your social accounts before signing a contract.

What do you like best about the product?
Using SOCi gathers your reviews in one place. This is especially helpful if you have several locations. You can see at a glance how you're doing. :) The reporting is really improving. A lot of features have been added in the past year and it's a lot more helpful. Others on our team use the posting portion of SOCi > I use it for reporting and it really saves me a lot of time. There are even response templates now - and they're awesome!
What do you dislike about the product?
That they're not connected with Consumer Affairs & Trust Pilot yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before SOCi, I had to go to each individual review page, pull the info, and put it in a spreadsheet. Then create charts, graphs, etc. so the information could be visualized. Now SOCi takes care of that for Yelp, GMB, BBB, etc. as well as social conversations. It's a huge time-saver!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Think about all the time you will save - not having to chase down every listing and create charts and graphs - SOCi does all that and makes reporting less of a chore!

What do you like best about the product?
That you can schedule multiple social media posts on multiple platforms at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, SOCi doesn't work like it should most of the time. As far as, scheduling it works fine but when it comes time to post, often there are errors with LI and IG and your post doesn't go through. I find it frustrating and don't have time to try and relink the accounts every time or contact SOCi and find it easier to just post direct through the social media platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can schedule on an accurate basis for Fb.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The product it self and intended use is good. However, there needs to be a fix when it comes to scheduled posts to LI and IG as often your post does not work and an error is received.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of SOCi is the individual personalized attention and customization they provide us. We are a top priority and it shows. We love SOCi!

I have not found anything to be a downside.

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to schedule posts and see what you already have scheduled.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. Once it crashed and didn't post what I scheduled but things happen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to worry about social media posts everyday, I can just pick a day a schedule for a few weeks ahead of time.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple and intuitive the SOCi tool is! It makes it so easy to add users, upload content, schedule out posts and share with our franchisees. Big fan.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I wish our franchisees could do is approve corporate scheduled content directly within the content calendar. Otherwise, I'm very happy with it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed one central place for our franchisees to manage their social media presence. We also needed a way to provide content for them, while still allowing them to create and upload their own content. Happy to say we've solved these problems with SOCi!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Leverage their support! They are awesome and of course experts in the tool. Every question/concern we've had has been addressed in a timely manner.

What do you like best about the product?
Communication was fantastic and made the onboarding process super quick, easy, and pleasant

Throughout the onboarding process, the experience was incredible and I got no complaints

Managing our social media reputation has been imperative during COVID and implementing SOCI has allowed us to maximize our marketing pipeline strategy and attract more engagement

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it makes my life. It makes marketing a lot easier on the property manager side of things. It's also great because it sends out surveys for my residents to complete and makes it really easy for them to let us know how we're doing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of anything at the moment.

It lets me know what I can do better and tells me what my team is doing well.

What do you like best about the product?
My account rep, Steven Goff, has been flexible, accommodating and professional. There's been many times when I've had to change a meeting time or send an email asking obscure questions at odd hours. I also appreciate that SOCi isn't stagnant: every few months a new, useful feature gets rolled out that makes my life easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really a fault on SOCi, but getting Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google and all their associated services to work together and "play nice" in one dashboard does result in some hiccups sometimes. That said, I've never encountered anything that was debilitating or not promptly resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Delivering a cohesive brand identity across over a dozen different managed accounts has been crucial. The reporting and analytics feature has also been great as a sounding rod to measure and guide growth and engagement across platforms.
