Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
That I can respond to reviews and post on social media all in one spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be hard to sync up all my accounts to the same account.

Lifesaver
What do you like best about the product?
Thanks to Soci I have been able to manage 6 business accounts for social media and other social nets easily. I'm able to plan a whole month in advance with times and specific dates

Not to be able to see the calendar schedule combined for all the accounts.

Time planing and content creation. Love the canva partnership.

Some of the social media posts created by SOCi are a bit generic.

SOCi enables us to populate our local social media pages and push out content to prospects and residents alike.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is that I can log in a few times a month and check my social media calendar, I can edit, add, or delete anything if I change my mind.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides to using SoCi. None.

Time management and planning instead of remembering to post many times a week.

SOCi is very user friendly, and easy to navigate and use! Quick response when I do have a question

I have not found anything I dislike yet.

SOCi makes it easy to post on social media for all 3 of our locations.
Ease of use on platform is great but wish for more than two images to be uploaded to a post.

Soci is most useful for being a visually aesthetic, easy to use all in one spot to manage different social media channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you can only upload 2 pictures a time on cross-platform posts and when wanting to add emoji's to a post what the search system calls certain icons is not at all intuitve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The data analytics are very helpful to target marketing campaigns and the post scheduler is a great visual layout of everything that's happening.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi is the best way to utilize social media. You are able to set it up, preview content, and post on multiple platforms at one time! Game. Changer. There is no comparison...other programs just don't perform on this level.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish our franchise provided more "already done for you" content to post so I didn't have to create so much, but that's not SOCi's fault! LOL

I had a problem with posting to multiple social media platforms in the past and this makes it easy as pie! I am so impressed with the ease of the program and the ability to provide amazing content.

It saves a lot of time when I need to post something. I like that I can post in three different places at once.

I wish it would be more HO content provided for us to use.
