What do you like best about the product?
Everything is in one place, I love scheduling posts. AI review responses are amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything I dislike. It works vey well for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pre-planning for my social media posts has saved me lots of time. I can also post on my 3 most used platforms with 1 post.

No issue so far at the time of posting ads for the property.

What do you like best about the product?
I think So-Ci is an easy platform to us. It does have a lot of features, its easy to make posts and schedule them. It was an easy transition from our old platform to this. We use it frequently, the posts always look nice and clean. It also posts to a few other platforms as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
that you can not make posts the same day they have to be scheduled a day or 2 a head of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SoCi is very user friendly and easy to navigate. It helps those who are not as tech savy.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how quick, easy, and convenient it is to respond back to resident or prospect reviews. I appreciate the took to help generate a response as well, then you may customize it as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
SOCi is a great tool to monitor reviews, surveys, and feedback. I do not have any complaints.

SOCi will monitor the reviews and surveys, then let us know we are needing to respond.

SOCi is the best
What do you like best about the product?
The convenience in scheduling posts for the week or even the month is incredibly helpful during busy times at the clinic.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of SOCi is that sometimes if I'm not fast enough to reply to certain reviews, someone else does it for me.

It's helping with hiring support staff as I can post that we are hiring and it's promoting new client relationships with the hospital

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of using Social is the fact that I can create my own content and schedule it in advance. I love being able to sit down on a Monday morning and planning out my next couple weeks so that I don’t have to think about it when I am busy.

I don’t really have any corrective feedback about Soci.

Soci helps me have a social media presence online. I don’t always have the time to sit down and create posts, but Soci makes it possible.

Scheduling posts is much easier, and we can plan content ahead without missing anything. The review management tool also allows us to respond quickly and consistently, which helps us stay connected with our clients and protect our reputation. Overall, it saves us time, improves efficiency, and gives us a clearer view of our online presence.
SOCi makes managing social media easy
What do you like best about the product?
I can post content to all my social media accounts easily, one entry can be posted to all our accounts. Creating and uploading content are also easy. The site is intuitive, no training required. The site also offers AI re-writes of content prior to posting if desired and the budget for AI assistance is generous. The data available offers valuable insights into what works and what doesn't.
What do you dislike about the product?
SOCi could improve by enabling additional file types for posting, for example .heic files are not compatible with SOCi.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi helps me make efficient use of my time. We are a small business and I wear many hats. I am able to keep up with our social media accounts thanks to SOCi.
