What do you like best about the product?
I like that they post for you. And the canva where I can make my own posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The timing is off. If you set for 10am it doesn't post till about noon
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting enough content. And benefits would be that it gives a lot to choose from.
Great Tool for Multi-Location Platform Management
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi makes it easy to manage multiple franchise locations all at once. I love the ability to toggle which location quickly I want to manage and share content amongst locations when necessary. GMB review management is another strong feature, specifically the different canned review response options
What do you dislike about the product?
Have had some trouble with scheduling Instagram Reels from the platform. I realize this may be a formatting issue at times. Would like to see an integration with TikTok

Monitoring and managing multiple locations all from one central platform
Easy to Use and user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The layout is easy to follow and find things. The site has guidance tools and makes it easy to access what I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I click a button, the site is unresponsive, and I have to log out and then back in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick, resourceful, and all my social components and in one easy location.

Take your time and learn the system. It's easy once you start using it!

The inability to export a good report. Like FB Ad Manager.

Excellent Marketing Materials to gain Potential Clientele Base
What do you like best about the product?
The visual pics are engaging and very informative with the travel destination details and travel tips.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like it all. I don't have any negative feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits are helping me gain more customers without doing all of the work by sitting at my computer all day trying to market on my own. I can set a task and which items i want to be sent out to social media and wait for the awesome results
A great tool to help promote our business on social media.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability for others to populate the database with premade social media promotions and how easy it is to schedule those on various social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCI provides a great repository of items to add for promotions. If my social media team was more than just me, it would be even more beneficial. However, as I use it to promote a single Ace hardware store. Ace corporate creates promotional post every month that I am able to easily post to our social media.

What do you like best about the product?
I can post and schedule the future post at my preferred time and date. I can post on google, Facebook and Instagram at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Instagram only allows 4 pictures for each post, and google will only shows the first picture. I wish these two platforms can do multiple pictures at one time like the Facebook.

Future posting. I can see three platforms in SOCi.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that we have the support of our SOCi Rep - Liz Birnbaum. She is fantastic. Always is well prepared for our calls, has detailed information to share with us during each quarterly review.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it is such a robust platform, it can be time consuming to get new clients onboarded.

We have a social media platform to provide to our clients. We are a content creation company.
