What do you like best about the product?
Soci is great when posting to different platforms. I like that you can see a calendar and schedule posts ahead of time! Easy to upload photos and videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to add music to individual platforms. When posting a picture, i'd like to be able to add a song to it. I'm sure this feature is not available for specific reasons but this would be nice. I normally only post to Google, Instagram, and Facebook daily.

Efficient Social Media Management for Apartments
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can schedule posts in advance and manage multiple social media accounts all at once. It's great because it helps with time management. The app is easy to use on my phone or computer at work when I want to post promotional content for the apartments that I work for. Also, the initial setup was easy since our marketing director set it up for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I think it's great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SOCi for apartment management social media, solving time management challenges. I love scheduling posts in advance across multiple social media platforms at once.
SOCi has become my favorite place to go!
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using SOCi for awhile now and it has become the first site I log into every morning! It is an easy and convenient way to see reviews and respond and to post my social content for the day. The interface is clean and easy to navigate. I can prepare my posts for the entire week ahead and schedule when I want them to be posted. I highly recommend it to all HM's for posting their social content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not yet experienced a down side to using SOCi.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi makes it easy and convenient for me to post online. They also make it easy to answer client reviews with pre-written scripts.
Best Marketing Software
What do you like best about the product?
I love SOCi as it is very easy to use and has all my main platforms at my fingertip. I just recently started using SOCi over the past year and was not really trained on how to use the platform, but I have been able to teach myself as everything is so self explanatory and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly do not have anything bad to say about this software. I would highly suggest this to anyone.

I don't have any experience with SOCi not working properly.

Soci is a place where you can check all the reviews you get in all different social platform and is easy to use. It has many tools that helps you manage better a business

I can not find where to make changes on the configuration, for example to set alerts so I get an email when a new review is posted.
