Benefit is there, improvements still needed
What do you like best about the product?
Having a main hub for all social media platforms is beneficial for keeping track of interactions reviews, scheduled posts, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Do not have the same capabilities that we get when posting through the main social platforms (i.e. no gifs, limited to only 10 photos when posting to Facebook, cannot add music).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to quickly respond to Google reviews. Let's us see how we are doing and allows us to interact with our clients.

SOCi Review
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi allows me to create and schedule engaging content for my social media pages in minutes. I can use the content library to find relevant and curated posts from various sources, or I can create my own posts using the post designer. I can also customize my posts for each channel and location, and preview how they will look before publishing. SOCi also lets me schedule my posts in advance, so I can plan ahead and save time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform does not offer enough variety or quality of content for different social media channels. The content discovery feature is supposed to help me find relevant and engaging content for my audience, but it often shows me outdated, irrelevant, or low-quality content that does not match my brand or goals. The platform also does not support some of the popular formats or features that other platforms have, such as stories, reels, live videos, polls, stickers, and more
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to manage multiple social media accounts and platforms from one dashboard, which saves me time and effort. I can schedule posts, monitor performance, and respond to comments and messages from one place, without having to switch between different apps or websites.
We love using soci to schedule and make post its so easy to use would definitely recommend!

Easy and Simple for all ages
What do you like best about the product?
SOCI is very simple to use and it's great for people learning how to use social media. You can see clicks, engagement, etc. which is a great tool to have especially if you're new to social media. It also gives you the ability to pre-plan so your social goes out without you having to post at the exact time you want. Overall I enjoy it a lot!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to upload posts. Everytime I upload a post I have to download, search, find, then select. I also wish that there was an interface within SOCI to create my posts directly from there (similar to Canva, which I currently use). It would be great to have some simple design elements ready for posts like alerts etc. that I can easily load in for my business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able ot load in multiple posts in advance is a game changer! I always have my content calander ready, so it's great I can prepare my posts in advance and know they'll be going out at peak times.
Soci is great
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we were able to set up an auto reply on the reviews that do not have comments. Also, if you have the app it notifies you on your smart phone and watch.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike I have is that I have to enter my username and password on the app.

It is putting all of our reviews in one area which is great. I don't have to go to different websites to get different reviews.

I love that i can schedule my post and also that i have the ability to post to all my stores at once. also that i am able to update store hours

i would say the phone app is the only thing i have constant issues with .

Amazing Resource
What do you like best about the product?
Managing hundreds of social media channels can prove to be difficult, but with SOCi, managing these has made my life much easier. I no longer have to create seperate logins for each Facebook user and manager when team members change. Rather, I am able to provide a simple login to manage all social channels in one place. Scheduling and posting content is super simple and the trakcing provied through SOCi is always a super helpful resource.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish there were more integrations with Instagram. It can be difficult having teams manage their own Instagrams for posting Reels with trending audio. Same with TikTok. I would also love to see a better system for uploading imaged to shared libraries. If there was a way for SOCi to index these using AI so that I don't have to manually add keywords for these images to be found, that would be very helpful.

Social Media Management is the best way SOCi is helping my team.
Keep track of your social
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Makes keeping track of your social accounts easy by keeping everything in one place instead of having to track stats individually with each platform. You can schedule posts in SOCi up to a month in advance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it gets the tenor of comments wrong but it's easy to override and reclassify. It would be nice to have an extended calendar for scheduling posts futher out.

SOCi keeps everything in one place making it easy to track SEO and target audience.
Easy, Needs Some Additional Features
What do you like best about the product?
Soci is helpful for creating batch posts, across channels and scheduling them. It makes it easy to take a couple of hours and plan out the month.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics view doesn't display all of the information I would like to see. The views are also a bit wonky and you have to click through multiple sections to see posts. Posts don't show a preview display of how it will look once it is published on the platform.

Soci is helping us publish posts in batches across platforms.
