Unique Reporting Like I’ve Never Seen Before
What do you like best about the product?
Reporting in a way that I haven't seen previously.
What do you dislike about the product?
The operation is mostly intuitive overall, although some functions still require training to use effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us the functionality to manage our entire online presence, from reporting to posting. Being able to manage and respond to reviews and comments is a big plus as well.
Love the Layout: Clean, Great-Looking Design

The layout of the website is nice and organized.

The marketing page can be a bit confusing at time if you are a new user.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how SOCi allows us to collect all of our socials in one place for a seamless posting experience outlined by date. I like how easy it makes planning my social media posts. Based on my experience, the initial setup was very seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could access the comments of the posts I make, and that TikTok is also added as a usable social.

SOCi centralizes all our social media for a seamless posting experience, making social media planning easy.
Efficient Scheduling with Minor Display Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I like SOCi because it allows me to batch my posts and schedule them across all platforms, which makes my work easier and saves time. The ability to respond to reviews using the AI technology is also a feature I appreciate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think when posting Instagram stories it comes out on Instagram looking weird and cropped. I would like them to be full screen and not cropped like an Instagram post.

I use SOCi to schedule posts across Google, Instagram, and Facebook without making individual posts. It lets me batch my work and schedule it easily, and the AI helps me respond to reviews, saving me time and creating an easier work environment.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can view all the insights about my company and easily access them from all devices. It allows me to stay on top of recent reviews and residents' insights, ensuring that I utilize my skills to make the best posts. The initial setup of SOCi was extremely easy; we were provided a username and password, and we all gained immediate access to begin posting. It facilitates my posts by allowing me to post to several social media pages at once and schedule them all together.

So Far, I have no complaints about SOCi.

SOCi facilitates posting by allowing me to schedule and post to multiple social media platforms at once. I love how it lets me view insights across devices, helping me stay on top of reviews and make effective posts.

What do you like best about the product?
I use SOCi to post on my job's social media and I like that we use AI for writing captions. It also integrates with Canva which allows me to design my own posts. I appreciate that SOCi lets me see engagement metrics and interact with people who comment or send direct messages. I really like the AI option, and I think it works pretty efficiently. Additionally, the setup was pretty easy and it's super easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that I can post to multiple platforms at one time. I also like the preview function so I can see what it will look like to our audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Truthfully I am not sure there is anything I necessarily dislike. I noticed recently they changed the notification that pops up after hitting post and before it used to say posted or something of that nature but now it says it will show up on the platforms within a minute which I like because it does take a minute and it is not instant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easier for us to post to all of our platforms at one time which is time saving and efficient.
