Time-Saving Design Tool for Social Media

What do you like best about the product?
I like the recommended designs that are already in the SOCi system because they save me time. It gives me symmetrical designs that I don't have to come up with myself, allowing me to focus on more important tasks in my job. Additionally, I enjoy the experience of using SOCi once I got used to it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I mean, you have to search hard for some features but, you get used to it after a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi definitely helps me create visually stimulating images, flyers, and posters. It saves time by providing recommended designs that are symmetrical and don't require me to come up with them myself, allowing me to focus on other important tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the format of receiving reviews and being able to write them for multiple platforms all in one space.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI generated responses are generally helpful although they do seem a little generic and tacky at times and I find that I go in and change them more often than I leave them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to respond to client's negative reviews and I find that I get a follow up response a good chunk of the time which is helpful for improving experience.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of responding to reviews and health of my profiles.
What do you dislike about the product?
Daily emails that I can't disable. I'd prefer not to receive daily emails, and just log in to the site on my own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, I'd have to copy and paste my review responses on Google. Soci saves me a step by using AI to draft a response.

What do you like best about the product?
I find SOCi super easy to use, which is great for managing my social media posting. I like using the schedule post feature because it allows me to automatically post every Friday without having to remember. I think everything works great with it, and the initial setup was super easy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love everything about SOCi

SOCi helps in getting our business name out there, simplifies my social media posting with easy setup and automated scheduling.

What do you like best about the product?
I love this platform. As a busy animal hospital manager, it brings all of my social media, comments, and reviews into one place, which is so much easier than logging in to each account individually every day. Soci also tracks views and interactions, so I have a clear indicator of what’s popular with our clients. That makes it easier for me to tailor our platforms for more views and engagement, and to market our company more effectively. I use this platform every single day, and it has significantly improved my work-life balance. Overall, it’s very user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I can think of with Soci is how the posts are viewed from my perspective. Everything is contained within the platform, so you don’t really see a feed the way you would on Instagram or Facebook. That said, it isn’t really an issue for me, since I have the actual apps for those platforms and can check our pages there to see them from a client’s perspective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci helps me solve time-related constraints in my role as a hospital manager. Once a month, I can sit down for about an hour and pre-plan all of my posts for the month. Then, if I come up with new ideas, I can post whenever I want and simply add them to the calendar.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that SOCi does a great job by providing everything I need in one spot, which makes my work more efficient. The AI function is extremely helpful for responding to reviews quickly without taking too much time, especially for multiple locations across different platforms. I also appreciate being able to see Yelp reviews on the platform, although responding to them isn't working right now. Additionally, the initial setup was easy and hassle-free.
What do you dislike about the product?
It won't let me respond to Yelp reviews on the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find SOCi makes it easy to manage everything in one spot, with AI responses saving time by efficiently handling reviews across over 40 locations.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that SOCi does daily posts for my Anytime Fitness Business and I have the flexibility to keep or delete them from my advertising. Also, the setup was straightforward and was done once I logged in.
What do you dislike about the product?
The website is a bit complicated.

SOCi helps with marketing and posting content, allowing daily posting where I can choose to keep or delete from my advertising.

I like that I have all my reviews for my 22 locations on one website, as well as the KPIs it provides. The initial setup of SOCi was very simple and easy.

The ease of use of the website. It could be simpler and easier to access.

I use SOCi to collect reviews and centralize a solution for all my locations, which simplifies managing feedback. I like having all my reviews and KPIs for my 22 locations in one website.
