Great Platform for mutli-posting and creating high quality content
What do you like best about the product?
The AI support to rewrite your post and the easy sync between platforms
What do you dislike about the product?
It can work slower sometimes depending on the heavy usage by others maybe
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem is to separately sign in and post in each platforms to their own needs, requirements and aspect ratios etc. Sochi solves this problem
Easy and Intuitive Platform
What do you like best about the product?
It has been very easy working with SOCi. It's a great tool to organize my posts, respond to reviews, and generate reports to help me understand my social media presence.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing is that my videos will not properly upload using the mobile app. I often need to email the video to myself and then upload it using the web browser instead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me stay organized when it comes to scheduling social media posts.
Easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using it for all my social media content and it is super easy to figure out. I love that I create one thing and can post it on all my social media sites with one click!
What do you dislike about the product?
If I need to edit something, I can’t edit once and reschedule all at once… I have to go in each one separately to edit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to get content out at peak times and I don’t have to guess on when the best time would be!
Ease of use and very efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Soci is constantly sending me updates about reviews that our social media, etc. are getting. What I love about this, is that I can promptly respond to these. I also really like how it generates responses to our reviews, and allows us to edit them to make them more personal. This is a great feature. Soci was very easy to learn and implement in our clinic. I use SoCi on a daily basis to check our online stats and our review status.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point in time, there is no area of SoCi that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping up with socials (frequent posting of content), tracking the neighboring areas and their google status compared to ours, generating responses to reviews and allowing editing where applicable.

What do you like best about the product?
I have the ability to post to my social media platforms ahead of time. I can also see insights, engagement and reviews posted to the page.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to remove bad reviews.At times, the reviews are spam and we struggle to take them down. And end up burying them instead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is ensuring our Centers have consistent social media engagement without needing to log in every day. Our organization is also allowed to have predownloaded posts as well.
I enjoy linking all my platforms together.

SOCi keeps Water’s Edge connected, organized, and thriving!
What do you like best about the product?
We’ve been using SOCi here at Water’s Edge, and it’s honestly made such a difference for our team. It keeps everything organized and makes communicating with residents so much easier—whether we’re posting updates, sharing events, or highlighting what makes our community special. It’s super easy to use and saves a ton of time. I really can’t imagine managing everything without it now!
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s a little bit of a learning curve at first since SOCi has so many features—it can feel a bit overwhelming in the beginning. The mobile app is super convenient, but I do wish it had all the same options as the desktop version. It would also be nice to have a bit more flexibility with branding in the reports and design templates. Every now and then, things run a little slow when there’s a lot of content to manage, but nothing that’s been a big issue.

Before we started using SOCi, keeping up with resident updates and events could get pretty hectic. We were juggling different platforms, spending way too much time posting, and it was hard to keep everything consistent. We also didn’t have a great way to see what kind of content was actually connecting with residents.
Now it’s a whole different story. SOCi keeps everything organized — we can plan and schedule posts ahead of time, stay on-brand, and make sure residents always get timely updates. It’s saved our team so much time and made our communication way more consistent.
The analytics have been super helpful too. It’s easy to see what’s working and adjust from there. Overall, SOCi just makes managing everything smoother and helps us stay better connected with our community.

SOCi has been an excellent solution for managing and streamlining our multi-location social media presence. It has exceeded expectations in terms of functionality and user experience.
