Robust, but with Limitations
What do you like best about the product?
My team likes that there are lots of features built into SOCi that otherwise you have to have multiple platforms to accomplish.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though it has a lot of features, there are some basic things like video uploads only for Facebook, as well as frequent disconnections with accounts, that make SOCi the clunkiest program I've ever used. Worth it in some cases, not worth it in others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Client visibility into the process, efficiency in curating and scheduling content, and running more detailed reports than most other platforms can provide.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is best for people who have multiple locations across the country or world; otherwise, it may not be best for most agencies.
One stop for social media planning
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can plan out the posts ahead of time. This saves time later during the busy weeks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot go straight to the account that I have linked, but that is because I am not the admin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time saver. The feedback is great to see what impact the post is having. A chance to have one portal for posting to 3 platforms is great.

I love this method of website. Brandify is the best.

Sometimes complex to use. For some individuals I feel it may be harder to understand if you are not trained corrrectly.

Building on an existing locator tool for BMO
What do you like best about the product?
I found the Brandify team to be very solution focused which was great. Lots of ideas on how to solve the problem I had.
What do you dislike about the product?
No negative feedback outside of brandify e- mails being blocked from the BMO domain which was a hassle when we started the project but that was no fault of the team I worked with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating digital profiles for BMO sales reps to give them a destination to drive potential clients to while also making it easier for potential clients to find their local sales rep for BMO BIL products.

Soci sucky
What do you like best about the product?
I like the client approval gateway and the calendar view for scheduling content

I constantly have issues with soci. From accounts becoming unlinked to the platform just being downright slow or comments not showing up in the conversation feed, there is more to dislike then like about soci
