Solid Social media and reputation management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Ai reviews, Review sentiment, Social media platform and team management
What do you dislike about the product?
It feels very old, and the UX/UI could be better. Would like more customization for posts between platforms, would be great to be able to link Dropbox instead of uploading everything.

This product is very easy to use, which I really appreciate. I like it because its simplicity makes everything straightforward.

Ideal for Organization
What do you like best about the product?
Managing social media for five stores can be challenging, but having a single platform where I can post updates, monitor social media activity, and respond to reviews has made my job much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personally, I haven’t come across anything that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool has been helping us become more organized.
Its easy to update Google Business Profiles through SOCI.
What do you like best about the product?
Long and Short Business profile descriptions, managing tons of accounts within one platform, better UX than Google Business manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could have a cleaner format. The layout is a bit messy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi makes it easy to edit many business profiles. Google Business manager is a bit clunky and you would have to toggle on many items and sort through many pages to get to the business profile you want to edit. All of my edits through SOCi directly update the GBP.

I’ve been really impressed with SOCI. The platform is user-friendly, intuitive, and makes managing tasks so much more efficient

What do you like best about the product?
Onboarding with SOCi was relatively straightforward, especially since I’ve worked with other listings platforms before. There were a few moments where I felt my previous experience filled in some gaps the SOCi team wasn’t fully prepared for, but overall, the process was smooth.
What I really like about SOCi is that it serves as a one-stop shop for managing multiple aspects of our online presence - from listings and reviews to social media cascading and more. Having these tools centralized in one platform saves time and makes it easier to keep everything consistent across locations.

What do you dislike about the product?
Support can occasionally be slower to respond during urgent situations, which can be challenging when quick resolutions are needed. It would also be great to see more frequent integrations with newer platforms to keep pace with the evolving digital landscape.
When account managers change, there can be a bit of a learning curve as new team members get familiar with our business. While they are always kind and willing to help, the transition period sometimes takes a little time to get back up to speed.

SOCi helps us manage multiple aspects of our online presence across a large network of locations, all in one place. By centralizing listings, reviews, and social media tools, it saves our team significant time and ensures consistency across platforms. It also makes it easier to monitor performance and address issues at scale, which is a huge benefit for a franchise system.”

What do you like best about the product?
I can review other hospitals in the area, manage reviews and social media from one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like I don't need a lot of the things SOCI has to offer. I don't fully understand the benefits of a lot of the information SOCI has to offer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCI offers AI generated responses and will use AI to edit the responses I write out.
SOCi saves me time and helps me connect better!!!
What do you like best about the product?
Soci makes it easy for me to schedule and manage all my social media platforms from a single, organized space. I especially appreciate the calendar feature, which lets me craft a cohesive story about my business across social channels. This not only helps me connect with my customers but also ensures that I can effectively share information about my business with my target audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app can be slow to load at times, and I initially found the way collateral was stored to be confusing. However, once I took the time to figure it out, it became much easier to use.

Getting social posts out to my audience used to be a time-consuming task, but now it feels much easier.

That soci is laid out very clean and easy to work through when looking at the schedule of posts

There are a bit too many features I do not use.

I'm able to work with TLN network and they can upload posts for me
Easy to use software to boost your social media presence!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can create and schedule your social media in advance. You can create one post to post at the same time to different social media platforms which simplifies the process. I enjoy that Soci allows you to select articles to share on your social media. You can search for different articles in their search engine. You can customize notifications to know when a client has left a review for you and their software determines if the review is positive or negative. I appreciate having the notification so that we can reply right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of anything I dislike about SoCi.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This saves us time in building our social media presence. You only have to make one post, then can post to several social media platforms at once. You can queue to schedule posts in advance, so you do not have to create posts each day.
