Use Soci everyday

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to update your Google listing profiles and make sure you don't miss an optimization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not figured out the exact value it has provided and whether or not what level of engagement would produce what level of value. There is value but its hard for me to measure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to keep my listings in top shape, and I am still learning more. My company recently got soci genius, and I am learning it.

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve really enjoyed using Soci! The platform is very well-organized, which makes it easy to navigate and find exactly what I need without getting overwhelmed. One of my favorite aspects is how intuitive the social media posting tools are — there are plenty of customization options, yet everything is simple to follow. Whether I’m scheduling a post or tailoring content for different platforms, the process is seamless. Overall, Soci makes managing social media feel effortless and efficient

What do you like best about the product?
I was initially skeptical of using something that connected all of my social media platforms together but have been thoroughly impressed with SOCi! It makes connecting and keeping all my accounts easier than ever and I can give access easily to all my team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be harder to make updates compared to the troubleshooting and guides available in the actual social media apps themselves

What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about SOCi is how streamlined and organized it makes my social media workflow. I can plan, schedule, and manage content across multiple platforms in one place, which saves me tons of time and mental energy. The calendar view is clean and intuitive, and the ability to store and reuse evergreen content has been a game changer for keeping our brand consistent. It's the one tool that actually helps me stay ahead instead of constantly playing catch-up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Interface seems a little outdated. Maybe intro of more AI to help with content creation ...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before SOCi, managing social media across multiple platforms and locations felt scattered and overwhelming. I was juggling different tools, spreadsheets, and reminders—always feeling behind and unsure of what was posting where.

SOCi solves that by giving me a centralized platform where I can plan, schedule, and track content across all my channels with confidence. The calendar view gives me total visibility, and the content library lets me easily reuse top-performing posts without reinventing the wheel.

The biggest benefit? More consistency, less stress, and better performance. I can finally focus on strategy and creativity instead of chasing deadlines or duplicating effort. It saves me time, keeps me organized, and helps our brand show up professionally every single day.

Scheduling Dream

What do you like best about the product?
The social media scheduler was a game changer for me! Scheduling out social media posts is a breeze. The website is very intuitive and you are able post to multiple sites at the same time. I use this feature very regularly and schedule out at least a month at a time. I also love that Canva is integrated in. So any content I have premade can then be pulled into the site easily rather than having to download then upload. Having the ability to choose a variety of times for posts is very handy as well. I can have multiple posts go up in a day without issue. I work at a small family owned pharmacy and have many other tasks in addition to running the social media pages. The Scheduler feature in SOCI was an absolute game changer for me and freed up a huge amount of time that I am now able to reinvest into the customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find the review tab to be particularly useful. It tends to lag behind by at least a day and I prefer to respond to reviews faster than that. The suggested prompts are also very bland and impersonal. I understand why this is but I work at a small family owned business and we prefer to be very hands on and personal with customers. It is important to the owners that any review, positive or negative is responded to quickly and personally and the review feature in SOCI just doesn't allow for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCI is a huge time saver when it comes to scheduling social media posts. Rather than having to come up with new ideas for posts every day I am able to set aside a few days a month to invest in curating content and then not have to think about it.

Love the AI feature plus the posting options.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I like the platform alot. It makes social posting easier.

Only problem is posting things to Insta with the sizing issues.
