What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about SOCi is that it allows me to make future posts for the entire month which takes alot of weight off my shoulders!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't came across any downsides yet about SOCi
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is solving my task to post weekly to our Instagram account. It benefits me because it allows me to post on our social media accounts weeks in advance which takes some of that daily task off of me until time to post again.

Good solution for social and for listings

What do you like best about the product?
Their support team is willing to stay on top of issues with Bing and Apple until completion. Also, the bulk social posting ability is top notch. We are a company with 60+ rooftops, each with their own brand and own social handles.
What do you dislike about the product?
The staff turnover for dedicated reps...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are always helping us solve listings problems - almost always on Bing and Apple.

What do you like best about the product?
Its so user friendly! Gives great data and analytics. Everything is in one spot!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Everything about it is great! There isn't anything that I can think of that would improve it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to schedule, post and review/respond to online reviews. Its is so fast and efficient!

What do you like best about the product?
Soci is really easy to use. I really like the suggest responses to reviews and helps us respond more quickly. We use soci daily and it has been great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that our account disconnect frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really helps us respond to reviews in on spot. It also helps me manage multiple locations with just one login.

I don’t have any complaints about using SOCi.

With SOCi I am able to make social media posts last minute which helps us bring in last minute guests.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can manage all my social media platforms and online presence from a single place. It's also very convenient to be able to schedule posts in advance with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really wish there was a way to schedule reels with audio already attached. As a gym owner, we create many reels that include music, but unfortunately, I can't schedule them using Soci.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I often find it challenging to consistently keep up with daily social media posting. The option to schedule posts and stories in advance with Soci, whether for the week ahead or even the entire month, has made things much easier for me.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability for there to be a mixed social media strategy that includes our site teams, the content assist, and more specifically, hyper-local posting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Onboarding process if your team is not prepared for the massive amounts of connections needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi helps our site teams focus on the human element, while providing relevant social content for our pages.

ting up future post is the best feature so on a slow day I can plan 3 weeks out what to post

I have not found one thing that I have not liked about SOCi

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Soci is that it allows you to create posts on its platform, which can then be distributed to multiple integrated listing services (ILS) and social media platforms. It's an innovative software solution that simplifies the posting process for teams without requiring credentials. I always recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could post stories through it.

All in one posting software. I can also have my teams post without giving them login creditals
