Makes marketing a breeze

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to schedule a post across multiple different platforms. It's also extremely convenient being able to see all interactions in one spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything I dislike about this platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci is helping with time management and marketing. Drafting and uploading posts takes a lot of time. If I had to go to each website individually, I'd end up spending way too much time on it. With SOCi it takes me not even a 3rd of the time to create a successful post.

What do you like best about the product?
It is an all-in-one platform that enables us to track reviews and other comments from customers over a variety of different platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a bit confusing as we started using it, but after a period of adjustment it has become easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps manage reviews and customer comments. It allows us to manage these aspects of the variety of social media platforms in one single place preventing us from the need to track each, individual platform to do this funtion.

What do you like best about the product?
We get up to the minute notifications of any review activity, which helps us quickly thank customers, or address any issues that may have caused a customer to respond negatively.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real complaints. Maybe more soliciting of reviews from our customers?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Growth, more reviews, positive ones, grow our business exponentially.

Too generic

What do you like best about the product?
It automates posting on my social feeds, including my Google Business page that wants content posted for SEO that I'd never do myself, so that part is great. You can put social posting on autopilot.
What do you dislike about the product?
If someone clicks the link, it's very obvious it was an automated post I did not create. Social media content needs to be more genuine and this doesn't do that for you. The other issue is that 200,000 other people are posting the same exact content. Nothing is customized or unique to you, and all the research shows these kinds of posts turn off people and kill engagement. I actually stopped Facebook for this reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gets content in social feeds that helps Google with SEO as it looks at your active level as part of the algorithm, but it also knows this is not unique content which hurts your SEO in the long run.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCI has been a great tool for managing our social media content. I love how easy it is to create and schedule posts well in advance, which helps us stay consistent and organized with our marketing. It’s user-friendly and a huge time-saver for our team!
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, there is nothing that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCI helps solve the problem of inconsistent posting and the time-consuming task of managing multiple social media platforms separately. As a property manager, my days can get unexpectedly busy, and having content scheduled in advance keeps our marketing efforts consistent. It’s a huge time-saver and allows me to post across multiple platforms all at once, which keeps our messaging streamlined and effective.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I don't have to chase reviews, comments, engagements across platforms. I have a central location where I can keep my business info updated & respond to customers quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
For some I'm sure the approval process is helpful. For my uses it more often feels like a hinderance, and the user experience for creating content with provided photos or digital assets could be improved. I created a whole post and thought I was going to be able to add a provided asset, only to lose the whole thing because I didn't select the asset first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems: too many different platforms, too many different possible sources of information about the business.
It solves that by providing a central location to manage a majority of social media advertising and listing management.

Nothing so far. The platform is fine for what I need
