Makes it easier to be social for businesses!

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can post to all of our platforms in one place, update our google listing, and with our marketing templates synced to the library, I can easily create and schedule posts!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know if it is an option and I just haven't found it yet, but I would love to be able to access our marketing spend and ROI's from our post engagements there too!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None that I have noticed!

What do you like best about the product?
They have a relationship with Ace Hardware and I don't have to create the posts, just approve them and move on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating my own posts from scratch are cumbersome and don't always work as well as going directly to facebook to do it. The integration with Ace Hardware is the big selling point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because of the Ace Integration, it reduces time to approve Ace curated posts to just a few minutes to cover the entire month.

Saves time, keeps data in sync and allows AI review responses.

Does not do outreach to gain more reviews. There should be more Ai guidance and automation around listing information.

What do you dislike about the product?
It’s difficult to post the same information at different times to the various aociap media sifes. There are varying “most popular” times for each site.

What do you like best about the product?
I am able to manage and schedule posts on multiple platforms in one place. I don't need to transfer media to my phone for posting on IG. It saves a lot of steps in the process. Being able to schedule into the future means I can set and forget.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can be slow, especially when trying to add emojis and icons to a posts. It can be glitchy and slow to respond. I still need to go into instagram to modify the cover image for reels. Instagram posts also take a while to show up on my grid, not sure if this is a SOCI or instagram problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me the time and effort of posting on multiple platforms.

What do you like best about the product?

SOCI also supports advanced planning for client announcements, making it simple to schedule communications ahead of time. I especially appreciate how it enables easy updates to your web page without waiting on hold for IT support—this convenience is a real advantage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Receiving notifications regarding client reviews helps me stay in contact with clients giving a personel feeling. Receiving notifications about client reviews enables me to maintain a strong connection with my clients, ensuring that they feel valued and appreciated. This personal touch not only fosters trust but also enhances our overall relationship.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci allows me to manage our client communications in a timely manner. It empowers me to manage our client communications efficiently, ensuring timely and effective engagement with our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
While using Soci I have been able to take my companies account to new heights. Easily scheduling post and not having to worry about them not posting was a huge plus. On top of scheduling the easy to obtain reports that highlight analytics very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the tagging feature was a bit better sometimes I struggle to tag people in my company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci allows me to post easily to my accounts and can even schedule posts for weeks away

What do you like best about the product?
I like that there is a AI rewrite feature to improve clarity on the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how you can mistakenly reschedule a post by clicking on it the wrong way.

Great All-in-One Platform for Social Media Management

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi makes it easy to manage all our social media accounts in one place. I especially like the scheduling tools and how intuitive the dashboard is - it saves us a ton of time and keeps our branding consistent across platforms. The auto-responder for Google Reviews has also really increased efficiency for each of our teams. Customer Support has been especially quick and responsive anytime I have needed assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
While SOCi is a powerful platform, some features can feel a bit clunky or require a learning curve, especially when overseeing multiple locations. The reporting customization is somewhat limited, and occasionally the platform can be slow to load or sync with certain networks. My company didn't do a very in-depth review of SOCi, which has made implementation and usage lower than where it is intended to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
"SOCi is helping us solve the challenge of managing social media and online reputation across multiple locations and platforms. Before SOCi, it was difficult to maintain consistent branding and messaging, and tracking engagement across accounts was time-consuming. With SOCi, we can schedule content, respond to reviews, and analyze performance all in one place. This centralized approach saves time, improves our responsiveness, and ensures a cohesive brand presence across the board.
