Effortless Scheduling but Needs UI Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like that SOCi allows us to create posts in advance. It's really nice having the automated messages sent, and I appreciate being able to schedule posts, especially for important updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The layout to create post is a little cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find SOCi helpful for scheduling Facebook posts in advance, which allows us to automate messages and plan important updates more efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple and easy SOCi is to use, especially for social media management in an apartment complex. The calendar setting is a standout feature for me, as it allows me to preschedule posts, which makes managing content across all platforms, like TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram, much more efficient. The initial setup was pretty simple too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tech support hasn't been the best of help; I have had to figure a lot out on my own. They've closed tickets out without finding a solution or will tell me to contact a person and then not give me their contact information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SOCi for social media management, making it easy to post on all platforms with a simple interface and calendar for prescheduling posts.

I use SOCi for posting about resident events across all social media platforms. It streamlines the process and review of posts, which saves me and my team a lot of time. I also appreciate that there are many ways to learn how to use SOCi, providing an avenue to get acquainted with the system. This allows me to troubleshoot or learn the system better without resorting to trial and error. Setting up my personal account was super easy too.

The UI can be confusing at times but I have become more comfortable with it.

I like being able to see the performance of all our social media platforms in one place, and it also makes it easy to respond to Google Reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI Review tool generates responses that often use the same wording. I’d like the replies to feel more specific and better personalized to each individual review, rather than sounding repetitive.

It helps us make sure we’re responding to all customers. Being able to see the schedule for future posts also makes planning much more manageable.

It's difficult to find images for social media posts. As a franchisee, the franchisor adds images, but it's not easy to find or use them. Also, the initial setup of SOCi was confusing.
