Efficient Ad Scheduling with Instant Feedback

What do you like best about the product?
I use SOCi for scheduling ad posting on social media and tracking reviews from different sites all in one place. I find this feature incredibly time-saving because it allows me to plan ahead all at once. Additionally, I appreciate the instant feedback responses to customers, as it helps correct any issues promptly. The flexibility offered by SOCi makes it preferable compared to other options I've used before, like Google. The initial setup was pretty easy, which I really liked.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the login process could be improved. It would be better if SOCi offered Face login or OTP for quicker access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SOCi to track reviews, schedule ad posts, and get instant feedback responses for my business. It saves time and helps plan ahead by managing everything from one place.

All in One Tool for Managing Social Reputation

What do you like best about the product?
As a general user who also helps train others on how to use this tool, I find it to be user friendly. The navigation bar on the left hand side is intuitive and I love the at a glance dashboard that allows me to have a quick overview of my activity and action items. Although, as a trainer, I use it less frequently, most of the users I train use this several times a week and are able to get up to speed on integrating it into their schedule with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the content and overall format is a bit dated. Although it is easy to use I wish it was more interesting and less sterile. Sometimes it feels like it's all in a sort of excel format rather than a dynamic tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCI gives us a breath of relief in how it is a single space to review and manage online reputation and social media posts from a single platform. It makes it much more streamlined and saves time, particularly when using the calendar to plan posts out.

Doesn't include all sights. Nextdoor for example. Also need to help with improving footprint better.

What do you like best about the product?

None!!! This is an amazing service and is very helpful for management and marketing.

I am not experiencing any problems with SoCi and have not in the past. Very easy software

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way it is connected to my company and already has content that is compliant and approved to post and I can select any campaign I want. It also informs me if someone likes or comments on a post so I can engage more. Finally I can add my own content in the rotation as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't an option for other social media accounts, such as TikTok, Snapchat or Threads. Young ones need insurance too. ☺
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management with posting content where I can focus my time on other things.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that it's easy to see upcoming scheduled posts that have been approved by the brand and area ready to post, I would say having this tool helps push our social media game to another level. It was easy to integrate our existing social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc. We are always looking to post as much as we can and with SOCi it just makes it easier for daily posting on our socials.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say onboarding for the first time was a bit difficult and getting used to all the features and tools. The best way to learn is by doing and while there are tutorials or customer service that is helpful, I would say using the tool is the best way to practice and before you know it, you can use it very efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it easier to schedule brand-approved social media posts on our platforms, we try our best to post daily and SOCi helps us reach that goal. It's very beneficial to add to our arsenal of tools for social media management. Makes it easy to observe the analytics of the platforms and discover our areas of improvement.

What do you like best about the product?
We love the fact that you can use one platform and spit everything out to all of our channels. We love the congruency of the platform and the easy of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't like that Google has an issue with posting requirements. Not your issue at all.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to categorize locations and easy navigating the platform. Centralized dashboard is a + that makes it easy to monitor and respond to customer engagement across all our locations efficiently. Its scheduling and publishing tools are intuitive and save me a lot of time, especially with bulk actions. Customer Support is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
More filters need to be added to the reviews management section. Please integrate with more apps like DoorDash, Uber Eats, EZ Cater, etc. Additionally, the I've experienced lag/ slow loading , especially when handling bulk tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reviewing all customer feedback in one place is the biggest benefit.

What do you like best about the product?
I like i can go to one place to see all interactions between the public and our business
What do you dislike about the product?
That google will not populate the specifics of reviews. The star rating comes through soci but any descriptions or details do not so you have to go to google reviews, find it there. I've been told it's a google thing and not a soci thing so I hate to dog out Soci, the support dept has mentioned this has been relayed to google and requested as an enhancement in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it brings all of our social media to one location reducing log ins and bookmarks. I can see what marketing is planning to release through the scheduler function and provide input as required without multiple back and forths. Lastly, i can quickly see any new reviews that have been made and the source.
