Easy and userfriendly!!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that its very user friendly. Even someone like me who is not technology inclined can very well schedule the posts with a click.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more variety of posts that I select.

I dont have to think or create my own posts. Options are available

What do you like best about the product?
I like the dashboard the most, I think it's helpful for multiple location business or companies who manage multiple rooftops

I wish the keywords could be edited or they were easier to find

It's easy to see multiple owned businesses and check on our customers too
SOCI makes it easy to post Social Media Posts
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, when you are posting on several platforms - it is easy to create, schedule and post. It is also great to see how people react to posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
When creating a video - it would be easier to create inside of Instagram and post immediately. It can take an extra step

It's great to see how a post is performing - or how people are reacting to it.

If you manage multiple properties and want to take control of your online presence without overwhelming your teams, Soci is absolutely worth the investment.

Without proper training, Soci can sometimes be hard to navigate

Soci streamlines posting to different social media accounts.
Its all about making it more efficient

Having all that needed to connect on social media, in one place.

If it could have more tools such as canva, etc. as tools to make content for social media posts.

Getting the word out, branding, introducing and connecting with future and current customer.

As a busy healthcare professional, I don't always have the time to devote to in-depth marketing research and development, but with SoCi's features, the process is expedited and user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really haven't found anything I don't like about SoCi.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SoCi helps me stay on top of customer reviews for all platforms: Google, Facebook, etc.
Great User Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The customer experience. Whenever I have a question or experience a glitch, the customer service team is there to help quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
They are still adding features, so some of the things that would make my life easier are not easily accessible sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to manage 100+ locations in one easy platform. I can post to 100 locations at once and easily manage ads.
SOCi Has Been a Game Changer for Our Community!
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi has been a great tool for us in many aspects, but I especially love utilizing the social media post Scheduler. This is such an easy way for us to schedule our social media posts in advance, and without having to post to each individual site ourselves. You just create one post in the calendar, set the date, time, and platforms you want it to post on, and SOCi takes care of the rest! With our busy schedules, this is one less thing we have to worry about. I also love being able to track a number of marketing metrics here. Overall SOCi has been a very helpful tool for our community!
What do you dislike about the product?
Up to this point, I don't really think I've discovered anything about SOCi that I would change or like to see added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking our social media metrics and creating social media posts in advance/posting them for us to various platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling posts for all of the Facebook pages is easy. Replying and managing Google reviews with AI is easier than I think and it really helps. Also, I use reporting tools every week. When I have any problem, I create a support ticket and they help me. Integrations and user experience is really easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it breaks dow. I can understand this while exporting reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCI is resolving the scheduling and reporting for 140+ Facebook pages and it saves me a lot of time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the convenience of SOCi allowing me to post across multiple social platforms one time. I also love that they have a mobile app, making it even easier!

Sometimes the social network connections break.
