SOCi is user-friendly. It facilitates seamless content creation, scheduling, and analysis.
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the "Create with Canva" functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to schedule corporate posts for which the schedule date has passed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is aiding me in Content Management and Analysis.
Soci makes it SO easy!
What do you like best about the product?
Our independent pharmacy loves the ease of Soci for scheduling content ahead of time that will appear on multiple platforms. Also, the one-click to respond to reviews or comments is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
We do not specifically have any downsides to mention at this time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that SOCi emails me when clients leave reviews and they send me a copy of what was said. I also like the social media posts they have.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't really explored the options of this app, so I'm unsure of the entire potential.

Posting to social media and keeping track of client reviews

It is organized and easy to use. Staff is very helpful.

I feel a little scattered at first, but I am new to the program. I am sure I will understand how to use SOCi better after some repetition.

SOCi makes advertising and reputation management simple and easy. Having one platform to manage all social media accounts will make the process go smoother.

I like that it is easy to post of socials and that you can schedule in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike this QUESTION! It won't let me move past this because of this field and I don't have anything I dislike besides this question. It is SUPER frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping manage FB and reviews. Those are the most important thing to me.

User friendly, can count on posts being made at scheduled time.

The only downside to using SOCI is that we have to wait for our corporate office to make their posts.

It solves the problem of continuous posting even when out of the office.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using SOCI for posting real estate-related content. What I like most is the ability to set everything up in advance—no more scrambling for last-minute posts! Scheduling is seamless and intuitive, which lets me stay consistent across multiple platforms without the stress.
The tool itself is incredibly easy to use, even for those who aren't tech-savvy.

SOCi is easy to use and navigate, and has multiple ways to view information.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can use the AI generated response and bulk responses. This is helpful in answering a lot of reviews. I do wish there were more options in these responses. I do have to edit them a lot because they get very repetitive when a customer does not add any text in their review and I don't want it to be obvious that we are using AI. I am not sure if these responses are managed by our corporate team though.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you are unable to see if a photo is attached to a review. I have talked to members of SOCi about this before at events and I realize that the software will not allow photos. I think that there could at least be an icon next to the review to notify you that a photo is attached. For companies like ours where we provide haircuts, photos can be an important part of the review, especially if it's negative. We have 48 locations and get a good amount of reviews. I cannot look up every Google listing before answering them each time to confirm whether or not there is a photo. An icon would be great.

Answering reviews for multiple platforms in one place for all of our locations.

I love how convenient SOCI is and user friendly, I highly recommend this for any company looking to post on all platforms with great results done right .

I like everything about SOCI , there are no dislikes. Very beneficial
