What do you like best about the product?
I love the content as it seems to always be fresh and current.

Timely and relevant content.
SOCi has significantly improved our social media presence and response time to reviews!
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi saves me so much time when organizing posts for the month for our clinic's social media accounts. I love the seamless platform, and it's easy to navigate. I really value the importance of being organized to maximize productivity, and SOCi hits the mark!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any downfalls from the program yet.

Keeping posts organized.
Makes responding to comments and reviews a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
It’s so easy to respond to reviews and comments from posts. I also like the feature where you can schedule posts so I can just set it and forget it. They also have a feature where AI can help improve post verbiage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could easily access Facebook groups. Also, there are times where a review takes a few days to show up on our end.

One stop shop for managing our business socials.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy seeing the whole content calendar on SOCI and being able to post to multiple social media channels with just one click. Also checking the sentiment of reviews is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the AI generated answers for the reviews were a bit more different from each other as it does feel a bit too generic in some of the cases

is helping us with maintaining our social media presence in advance with the posting calendar and handling our online reputation
Functionality is adequate but user interface could be much improved.

Everything in one place (reviews, social media platforms), ease of replying/responding to reviews w/ templates

The user interface is atrocious & makes it difficult to navigate outside of the basic social media platform functionalities

It is helpful to have all social media platforms in one place, which eliminates the need to juggle multiple platforms/windows/etc

Enables us to schedule posts created by corporate.

User interface is dated and hard to use. Can't pick default home screen or customize layout. There are much better tools out there, but we are required to use it by our franchise.

Allows us to automate social media posts.

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use. A one stop shop in my busy operations that allows me to answer reviews, check on postings, create engagement, and work with my team on creatives. I also love the metrics and trends it provides.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has some issues with broken links to my Linked In account, but I think its mostly resolved now.

consistency, mass marketing, easy to use, widespread usage amongst my team.

I love how I can plan posts a month ahead of time with all the content you provide. It makes it easy for those days you just can’t think of original content.

I wish there were more posts provided for instagram Stories and reels. Also, more tips that we could post

It’s helping me come up with relevant content and letting me schedule ahead when there’s times I know I won’t be able to post anything

My favorite features of SOCI are the templates created for ease of use on our FB account.

I have been using SOCi for about a month and I don't have a dislike so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is assisting me by allowing me to schedule postings and monitor which post are getting the most attention.
