What do you like best about the product?
I like have everything laid out on one dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I feel is important for me is that reviews are not shared online with Google.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It assists in driving guests in the door.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that SoCi will autoreply to reviews. This saves our team so much time!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there could be opportunity for helping remove the low ratings. We recently had a 1 star review attack and information was not true and the pictures people posted weren't even on our property. I took it upon myself to have people report the review and a few days later they were all removed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SoCi is really helping us to save time and being able to schedule social media posts in advance give our team opportunity to focus on other things.

What do you like best about the product?
I use SOCi for scheduling and posting events on social media platforms. It saves me time and helps me plan ads better on our Google page. I appreciate being able to post through several platforms all at once. I love the feedback from reports, showing who's opened some of the postings. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, and I find the calendar feature helpful for planning social media by adding things we want posted. I gave it a rating of ten for recommending to a friend or colleague.
What do you dislike about the product?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SOCi to schedule and post events on social media, saving time and improving ad planning across multiple platforms. It helps us plan ahead, manage social media better, and provides valuable feedback from reports.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to schedule posts across different platforms is SUPER. I've also had no technical problems with scheduling so far.

I've only had to use it once a month to schedule all my posts and other times I've used it to upload content it's been really straighforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to upload the same video multiple times for different posts instead of simply uploading it once and being able to schedule posts for IG, FB with the same upload.

Not being able to copy and paste content calendars for different locations and groups, but having to upload the content multiple times. It's extremely time consuming.

Same again if I want to copy content from a created calendar and move it into a library... I have to re-upload ALL the content again, instead of using the content that should already be there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to schedule posts is a huge help and advantage when coming to managing our social media presence.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi makes it incredibly easy to schedule and manage posts across multiple platforms and locations, saving us a ton of time and effort. The AI-assisted features are also a great bonus for improving content and efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only ongoing issue we’ve had is around scheduling our monthly calls with our account representative. There have been some technical hiccups that caused delays or reschedules, but the team has been responsive and the issues were acknowledged.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi helps us manage and publish content across more than 140 location-specific pages efficiently—something that would be overwhelming to do natively on each platform. It saves our team a tremendous amount of time, keeps our branding consistent across locations, and allows for better planning and oversight. The AI tools also help speed up content creation and editing, which is especially helpful when scaling across so many accounts. Overall, it enables us to execute a cohesive social media strategy without getting bogged down in logistics.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to update your Google listing profiles and make sure you don't miss an optimization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not figured out the exact value it has provided and whether or not what level of engagement would produce what level of value. There is value but its hard for me to measure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to keep my listings in top shape, and I am still learning more. My company recently got soci genius, and I am learning it.

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve really enjoyed using Soci! The platform is very well-organized, which makes it easy to navigate and find exactly what I need without getting overwhelmed. One of my favorite aspects is how intuitive the social media posting tools are — there are plenty of customization options, yet everything is simple to follow. Whether I’m scheduling a post or tailoring content for different platforms, the process is seamless. Overall, Soci makes managing social media feel effortless and efficient

What do you like best about the product?
I was initially skeptical of using something that connected all of my social media platforms together but have been thoroughly impressed with SOCi! It makes connecting and keeping all my accounts easier than ever and I can give access easily to all my team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be harder to make updates compared to the troubleshooting and guides available in the actual social media apps themselves
