What do you like best about the product?
I love that I am able to schedule content from our supplier partners and not always having to come up with content that meets their guidelines on my own.
What do you dislike about the product?
That the standard preset schedule is the same for all advisors. I think that makes the algorithm suppress the posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Content creation that is within suppliers' guidelines and scheduling content in advance

Simplifies Social Media Management with Ease

What do you like best about the product?
I primarily use SOCi to schedule and manage social media posts across multiple platforms and to manage reviews about my studio. I love how SOCi provides a high level of efficiency, saving me time by allowing me to manage everything in a single location without logging into multiple platforms. Hands down, the ease of use is what I like most about SOCi. I really like the content libraries and images, which keep everything together and make it easy to find what I need or make slight changes to customize in real-time. The content libraries are fantastic, as I never have to create content from scratch. They always provide inspiration, and the images offer options to keep content fresh.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes, SOCi more than meets the needs of my studio.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi saves me time by managing social media posts across multiple platforms in one location, and efficiently handles review management for my studio.

Time-Saving Platform with Multi-Channel Posting

What do you like best about the product?
I use SOCi to post for my property management company's properties, and I really like that it gives me access to multiple platforms at the same time. It makes it so I don't have to use multiple platforms to post on them all, which saves a lot of time. The ability to add hashtags is great because it ensures that if anyone is searching by hashtags, we are visible. I also find the scheduling feature valuable as it helps us post at peak times, ensuring our consumers see our posts. Although there was a learning curve, SOCi is very user-friendly and easy to adapt to, which makes it efficient for my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to resize within the program for platforms that need a different size. If it is there, I am not aware of it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi lets me post across multiple platforms, saving time and consolidating efforts. It halves our workload and boosts visibility with peak scheduling and hashtags.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can post on many platforms at once. This is not a system I had a choice in it was provided through a program I have access via my franchise with Cruise Planners. I think some of the features are bight shiny things but some are more hard core and it is really the posting feature that is my go to,
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is awful. It is not intuitive. You can never easily understand what you are seeing. The whole signal strength baffles me. Consistency of posting is challenging. However it does well with the programed things provided by my franchisee, it is harder to often figure out and then find the content that has been posted. The reporting and different pages are hard to follow. The engagements need some screening because it should be able to spot the scam messaging versus actual engagement. For instance for every "hi" message if I let the auto response it then starts a conversation with a scam artist and it drives negative engagement. This is the worst on Instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me reach all of my socials consistently.

Easy to navigate and user friendly. Easy to make your own creations for posts and schedule when you want them shared

It was daunting at first to change over to Soci but it was so easy to learn and use. Love it

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is a quick and easy way to manage multiple social media accounts! I also love that you can search photos and company recommended posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to make a post from my cell phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple people people managing social media posts and messages. It was confusing before having to go to different sites and post the same information. We also have the marketing team that can go in and schedule posts for us which is very helpful! I like that I can search recommended posts and approved photos that my company puts together to share on our social media accounts. It's great to know what posts get the most views so we can easily post more like that. It also makes it so easy to know when the best times to schedule the posts are.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCI makes managing social media across multiple client locations easy and efficient. I love the ability to schedule, post, and monitor performance at scale. The built-in reporting is solid, and the local seo and review management tools are extremely helpful for agencies like ours managing home service brands. The ui is intuitive, and support has always been responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features can feel a bit limited without upgrading to a higher-tier plan. Integrations with certain platforms can be a bit clunky, and reporting customization could be more flexible. Also, sometimes load times are slower than I’d expect when managing my nearly dozen accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi helps us manage social presence and reputation across dozens of pest control and home service clients. It eliminates the chaos of logging into multiple platforms and streamlines social scheduling, customer engagement, and review response in one dashboard. This has saved our team hours every week and improved consistency across all our local brands.
