Really Convinient
What do you like best about the product?
Is super easy to use, it makes the job 10 times easier, especially if I have to go for several days or weeks, I can leave everything ready with no worries.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that confuses me is when I have to click on the option AM or PM to schedule the time, it always looks like the opposite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Is helping our school to create social media posts in a more efficient way.
I have heard the algorithm does not recognize SoCi posts as well.

It is easy to use and I like the preface of the platform

It is easy to schedule social media posts and allow things to run automatically once scheduled.
More class engagement would be good, such as questions throughout or after, otherwise it was great!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that SOCi is a cross platform tool, that allows the user not only access, but very flexible scheduling for each platform. Editing is incredibly simple, allowing the user to include their designs or create new ones when using SOCi's editing tools. I really like how often or seldom you may post across platforms when using the calendar. I love how everything is cohesive, and tightly put, so moving from one section to the next is easy, allowing for a steady work flow. I can do a lot with SOCi, integrating my ideas with the editing tools is a very smooth process. Implementing my ideas took some time to get used to, but once familiar with all SOCi has to offer; bringing my ideas to life became a breeze. If I ever run into a snag I know I can count on the customer support!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know if anything is the "least helpful", but there is a lot to learn when just getting started. Perhaps if there was a SOCi booklet broken down into sections, that would certainly help for anyone just getting started. So they can learn at their own pace and read whenever they're away from the desktop. I can see it being difficult for someone getting side-tracked or lost when using SOCi for the first few times. A booklet would definitely help when it comes to new users combining their ideas with SOCi's scheduling/editing tools in order to easily manage their social media platforms. Make it happen, PLEASE!!! YOU CANN DO ITT!!!

It helps with marketing our property, and keeping up with any of our partners.

What do you like best about the product?
That I can go onto the scheduler and schedule social media posts that will automatically post for me and I don't have to think of content to create. It's really user friendly and easy to use

I wish I could link my personal instagram page

Solid Reputation Management Platform for Multi-Location Retail
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi makes it easy to monitor and manage customer reviews across dozens of store locations from a single dashboard. It saves us a ton of time by consolidating Google, Facebook, and Yelp reviews and allows our team to quickly respond with approved, on-brand replies. The ability to track sentiment and performance trends over time is helpful for internal reporting and training.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can feel a little dated and clunky at times, and reporting customization is somewhat limited. I’d love to see more robust integrations and real-time alerts, especially for high-priority negative reviews. Some users on our team also wish the mobile experience was more refined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi helps us monitor and manage customer reviews across 40+ retail locations, which would be nearly impossible to do manually. It allows us to stay on top of our reputation, identify trends in customer sentiment, and quickly respond to both positive and negative feedback. This has improved our customer service, team accountability, and overall brand trust.

I love that I can schedule my post at anytime and how great it works with Canva.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can schedule posts to facebook, instagram, and tiktok all from one place. I also like that it gives me performance metrics on my posts and allows me to respond to messages all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could edit and create posts directly in Soci. It requires you to make your posts on a different platform and then upload them to their portal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to manage multiple different social media accounts. SOCi makes it simple to do all in one place for the most part.
It has been AMAZING. Very easy and effective. Saves a lot of time and money

It is so easy. People that know what they are doing take care of the heavy lifting

Nothing!!! It could not be easier. Maybe would like to add a 'personal touch' or specific information for my business and area.
