SOCi is the best support for keeping our social media platforms organized, and up to date!
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi helps me visualize and keep my ideas organized
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment. I would suggest maybe a update to make it more visually appealing but I love it overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to reach a larger market, self advertise and share our experiences with more people

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the functionality of seeing the calendar month and viewing what will post and when. I really appreciate that I can easily go in and edit the posts too. I go in approve the posts I want and rarely look at it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the approval process. As in how it's displayed. It takes up too much of the page and it's also hard to locate the date because you have to scroll through all of them. Hopefully that makes sense. I think it would be easier to be able to approve it straight from the calendar display.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to link content with one of our brands so that they can help us create content for social media.
Simple and effective tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I get notified immediatelty when some leaves a review on any platform. It goes to my email and I click directlly on it to read and respond. It always assist me in suggesting verbiage and allows me to correct or thank someone for feedback so quickly. It aids in fixing issues quickly also.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have a dislike it is so user-friendly I love it!

No problems at all
I really like that Soci connects our community with prospective residents

I like that you can customize a soci post with AI, add photos and make it interesting.

Getting our community out there to prospective residents who are looking.
Easy to use even for someone with little social platform use
What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to drive sales in my store posting great deals and specials
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to wait sometimes for it to be approved and once they sent it back to me for an edit and I did not receive notification that I needed an edit.

It allows local posts from the store team so that it appeals to the local community who shops at our store
Easy to use and user friendly

It provides me the data I need with easy access. I don't need to dig for what I want.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Software can always be improved but nothing immediately says "fix me".

Easy access to survey responses.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi has been a game change for streamlining my social media postings all in one place. It allows me to upload my post once and then post across all platforms in a simple way. It integrates seamlessly into my business and saves a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing to note about dislikes on the platform. Thus far, it has been super easy to use and hasn't caused any headaches for me or my business.

It solves the problem of needing to post on every platform individually. It posts for me across all platforms and saves me a lot of time

the things i like most about soci is the marketing tools they offer and how easy and efficient the soft ware is.

there isnt one thing i have to complain about

soci is helping me in ways you couldn't imagine. between the marketing tools and the schedule post made my job so much easier
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I get important updates pushed directly to my device. Gives me option to immediatly address issues or praise associates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Login can be a bit of a challenge. One site doesnt recognize me but another one will. I think it has to do with my SSO account with ACE but the look and feel is not different so I cant tell.
