What do you like best about the product?
It helps me to keep track on my online presence. It is important to be alerted on posts about my hospital.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes i feel like i get too many emails.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCI has completely streamlined my workflow by consolidating all of my applications and data into a single, easy‑to‑use platform. I rely on it daily to update information—everything stays perfectly in sync across my accounts. The ability to view customer reviews in one centralized dashboard has been invaluable for staying on top of feedback while I’m in the office. Integration was seamless, implementation couldn’t have been simpler, and the SOCI support team has been outstanding every step of the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything wrong besides the UI of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wide spread updates and survey tracking.

I think it is user friendly. Great customer support too

it frees up my time. we have 15 locations so it's awesome to post to all 15 at once!

There is nothing I dislike. I enjoy everything about the platform

What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple it is to use and how easy it is to modify. The best part is the boosted posts. Those have increased my reach.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to group similar posts on different platforms. I often move things around and I move each one to a new spot. It would be nice if I could move them in groups instead of one at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to spend hours working on my social media posts and SOCi has helped with time management. I spend less time on social media now that I am using this platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to schedule out social media posts, instead of having to do them manually every day is a HUGE help and time save. I don't know what I would do without SOCI.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am unable to actually interact with anyone on my social media pages. I'm unsure if its a company issue, or if it is with Soci.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCI solves the need to individually post on each platform. This is beneficial because I can spend more time interacting with members/prospects, and on upkeep of the gym.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to prepare my post for a whole week as a property manager. Knowing its one stop shop for all of my social media post. We use it pretty much daily and it is easy to navigate whether we are posting or replying to comments.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides I can think of at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to post daily without any issues.
