What do you like best about the product?
The ability to respond to reviews and manage multiple social media accounts in one platform is extremely helpful and has improved productivity across our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I don't like about SOCi is that reviews don't always sync or appear in the platform in real-time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a small marketing team, managing listings, social media, reviews, and local SEO became extremely time consuming. With SOCi, we are able to manage all listings and other marketing functions in a single platform with the help of Genius to optimize and make recommendations that are beneficial to our company.

Review for Soci - Anytime Fitness

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about SOCi is the concept and functionality it brings to our social media strategy. It allows us to schedule posts efficiently, track engagement in real time, and get creative with content across multiple platforms all from one centralized source. It streamlines our workflow and helps us stay consistent and effective in how we connect with our community
What do you dislike about the product?
I do feel it could be more user-friendly. I've worked with it for a couple of years, and there are still features I find confusing or am hesitant to use for fear of making mistakes. It would be great to have more accessible training options (like Udemy-style courses or in-depth tutorials) to help users gain confidence. Additionally, having a way to test-run posts with a smaller audience segment before pushing them out to our full following would be a valuable feature for optimizing engagement and content
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi helps solve the challenge of managing multiple social media accounts efficiently and consistently. It streamlines the process of scheduling content, tracking engagement, and maintaining brand voice across platforms. This has saved me a lot of time and allowed me to focus more on creating meaningful, localized content and engaging with our audience in real-time

SOCi—Finally, One Dashboard to Rule Them All

  • July 24, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi hands me a single, clutter‑free dashboard where every location’s Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business profiles live side‑by‑side. I can load an entire month’s content calendar in one sitting, set it, and walk away—posts roll out on time across every channel without another click. All comments and direct messages funnel into the same inbox, and the built‑in review responder lets me handle Google or Yelp feedback in seconds. The reporting widgets are drag‑and‑drop, so spinning up a performance snapshot for leadership takes about as long as pouring a cup of coffee.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I’m not crazy about

Getting around feels clunky. The UI takes too many clicks to reach basic tasks—think “maze” when it should feel like “express lane.”

Occasional platform hiccups. Authorizations randomly expire, or a network burp stops a post from publishing, so I’m still babysitting schedules when I’d rather be doing real work.

No built‑in image library. Hunting stock photos outside the platform slows the workflow and chips away at the “all‑in‑one” promise.

Discovery content misses the mark. The curated articles and ideas lean heavily on retail and restaurants; nothing speaks to our industry, so that tab gathers more dust than insight.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before SOCi

Scheduling gridlock. Facebook’s native scheduler worked, but LinkedIn and Instagram still wanted manual posts, so those feeds went dark during crunch weeks.

Tool whiplash. We leaned on Hootsuite’s free tier until it downsized to a single profile—upgrading for basic coverage felt like throwing good money after bad.

Review blind spots. Google, Yelp, and Facebook reviews all lived in separate silos, so response times lagged, and trends were easy to miss.

After SOCi

One‑and‑done scheduling. Build the calendar once, choose the channels, and every post publishes on schedule—no platform gets neglected.

Unified engagement hub. Comments, DMs, and reviews land in one feed, so I can triage and reply without half a dozen tabs open.

Actionable analytics. Custom reports surface top‑performing posts and response times, giving me real data to guide strategy and prove ROI.

Bottom line: SOCi collapsed a patchwork of half‑solutions into one clean dashboard, freeing up hours each week and elevating our social presence across the board.

SOCI - Mass GBP's

  • July 24, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What is most helpful about the platform is that you are able to make mass changes across the organization in one place. Managing upward of 50+ locations, using a platform like Soci makes it easier to manage large scale changes. It was such as easy transition to provide the companies and locations and SOCI's team integrated everything on the backend.
What do you dislike about the product?
What was least helpful about SOCI was measuring the impact that certain changes would have on my brand, such as the recommended changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me to respond to reviews quickly at a large scale.

Underwhelming but mostly frustrating

  • July 24, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The concept of having an all-in-one platform for managing social media, reviews, and local listings across multiple locations is great in theory. When features work, it’s convenient to centralize content and responses from one dashboard. The idea behind tools like Genius AI is promising.
What do you dislike about the product?
SOCi has been consistently disappointing since we adopted it. The platform is not intuitive, navigation is clunky, and many of the features either don’t work as expected or require constant troubleshooting. We’ve had to open numerous support tickets — not for one-off glitches, but for core features that should function out of the box. Even tools we pay extra for, like Genius AI and dynamic content scheduling, either underperform or flat-out don’t work.

The interface feels dated, slow, and overly complicated for tasks that should be simple. We’ve never experienced a time where the platform operated at 100% — there’s always something broken, lagging, or misfiring. For a system designed to streamline marketing and reputation management across multiple locations, it ends up creating more work and frustration than it saves.

At this point, it feels like we’re paying for the idea of a solution, not an actual one. I genuinely hope corporate reevaluates the platform in the future and considers switching to something more stable, user-friendly, and effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None right now
