What do you like best about the product?
I've been very happy with SOCi and the service they provide for our Ford store. The posts and videos are always helpful, engaging, and keep our customers interested, which makes staying active on social media easy. SOCi posts weekly for us, so we don't have to remember to do it ourselves. The content they post is always engaging and relevant to our customers. They post on our Facebook and Instagram. The initial setup was very simple. I would definitely recommend SOCi to others, and I rate it a 10 for being an excellent product and service.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi posts weekly for us, making it easy to stay active on social media without having to remember. Their engaging and relevant content keeps our customers interested.

What do you like best about the product?
I use SOCi to review the reviews on my gyms and find it really useful that I can see all reviews at once, which simplifies the process. I like how simple it is to navigate and the fact that it's a one-stop shop for seeing metrics and demographics for all my gyms. The initial setup was easy, as corporate handled it, and I just needed to log in. All these features contribute to why I rate SOCi highly and would recommend it to others.

Sometimes I have glitches with the reviews, but I can just reload my page and then it's fine

What do you like best about the product?
I like using SOCi for posting pictures and videos, and the ability to use AI to write professional posts that describe my content is really valuable. It's very easy to upload pictures and videos, which makes my job simpler and more efficient. I also find the initial setup of SOCi very easy, which made getting started a breeze. What do you like best about the product?
I like SOCi because it allows me to set up social media posts for the entire month in advance and not worry about it while still getting feedback and postings. I find it really helpful that it has AI to create hashtags, which makes the process easier as I don't have to add them myself. The initial setup was very easy, which is a big plus for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more stock photos.

SOCi lets me schedule Instagram posts months in advance, so I can set it and forget it for the month. I love that it uses AI to create hashtags for me, saving time and effort.

The scheduling feature! Being a one person office, this allows me to plan ahead and meet my social media post requirements without a sweat!

What do you like best about the product?
I work for Comparion Insurance Agency, and we love using SOCi to schedule posts across all platforms at once. It saves us from having to upload each post individually to every platform. I like how easy it is to use, allowing me to log into Facebook or LinkedIn and easily schedule posts. The SSO login is nice, providing added convenience. I mostly use the scheduler and templates, which makes it easy to create posts and ensure they're published at specific times even when I'm not on my computer. The initial setup was very easy, making the whole experience smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far.

I use SOCi to schedule posts across all platforms simultaneously, eliminating the need to upload each post separately. It helps format posts correctly and allows scheduling even when I'm not at the computer, making the process easy and efficient.

Billing and Support Chaos, Slow Onboarding and Frequent Account Disconnects

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi makes it easy to plan and manage a multitude of social media accounts in one platform. The ability to change permissions for each account is helpful in a larger organization where the marketing and leadership team need oversight while managers only need to access their specific accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their billing department is an absolute nightmare, and eventually refused to help us with individual invoices that were missing. They charged us extra to switch to individual invoicing per account, but then made tracking invoices our problem. They're unorganized as a company and the support teams are all on different pages. A prime example of this is when we were being charged for multiple accounts that we had given cancellation notices for, but those accounts were not cancelled. Regardless of showing screenshots of proof from emails where we had cancelled and received confirmation of the cancellations, they still tried to make us pay and said screenshots "don't count as proof." Needless to say, their customer service across the organization was horrid. Onboarding took months when it should have taken weeks, and their onboarding team was not helpful whenever we had questions or ran into issues. The program itself gets disconnected from social media accounts on a regular basis, which means scheduled posts don't end up getting pushed live. The reporting was oversold to us, and was underwhelming once we got into it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi solved the problem of needing to manage multiple social media accounts on multiple platforms all in one platform, as well as gather analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate, lots of detailed options to utilize, most used social sites combined into one! Easy to reply to reviews and stay in communication with guests!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I do not like about SOCi. It’s simple to use!

SOCi keeps all of my notifications for the business in one place. Makes it simple to keep reviews organized and able to view as I need. Makes it simple to post across our Facebook, Instagram and Google.

Quick Notifications Improve Review Management

What do you like best about the product?
I like that SOCi is so prompt, especially when it comes to notifications. I'm notified pretty immediately if there is feedback or a review left for my hospital, which is very nice. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing is that whenever there's a review left on my hospital, it sends two emails, which hopefully one day could be merged into one to prevent my emails from building up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SOCi's review feature to get immediate notifications when a review is left about my hospital. It helps bridge the communication gap between staff and clients, enhancing interpersonal relationships.
