Effortless Uploads, Needs Quality Boost in Images
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to upload things on SOCi, and I like the preview option too. The initial setup was very easy, making it convenient to start using the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the quality of the items could be better once uploaded if the picture was taken on someone else's device.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi helps me upload multiple items in advance easily and I like the preview option.

Cross-platform posting. Ability to customize content per platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Social media platforms that are either outdated or not appropriate for our market. This may be a byproduct of our company's implementation however.

Time saved in scheduling posts and cross posting capabilities.
Centralizes Social Media with Some Navigational Quirks
What do you like best about the product?
I like receiving notifications when reviews are received and using the AI tool to draft and post quick responses. I also appreciate being able to post content to Facebook three times a week. Having all website access in one place for all social media and review sites makes things much easier. I can quickly pull reports to check on our posting schedule and access historical data to see which sites might need more attention. It's great to be able to draft responses to DMs, social posts, and reviews without having to manage multiple logins for different websites and properties.
What do you dislike about the product?
The website platform is odd to navigate; it's not necessarily self-explanatory, and it takes time to get used to. The menu on the left has subcategories with odd names. For example, 'Inbox' under reviews would be expected to be some kind of DM inbox, but it's where you access all the reviews, which is not actually self-explanatory. Also, when you select a group/location and then toggle to some of the subcategories, it resets the location and you have to select it again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SOCi for social media monitoring and posting, and responding to reviews. The notifications when reviews are received and the AI tool drafting responses are useful. I can access all websites in one place, making it efficient to manage multiple properties.
User-Friendly and Insightful for Social Sentiment
What do you like best about the product?
I like that SOCi is so user-friendly and has a ton of reporting. It integrates easily into my daily workflow at work, and I really appreciate how straightforward the initial setup was. Switching from one location to another is super easy, and it's valuable that I can see my studio's social sentiment without any hassle.

I really like being able to access reports and data analysis on how my content is performing. They help me understand what kinds of posts generate the most engagement and likes, and which are trending well with my audience. This insight helps me plan for future posts and platforms.

It seems like there might be an inaccurate number of reviews. I feel like I have more reviews than what is being reported on SOCi, so I think there may be an error or a glitch from that perspective.

I use SOCi to manage comments and social media content efficiently across an entire month in just a few days, which really saves me time. I also like that it's a one-stop shop for all platforms, so I don't have to log in to each one separately. Plus, the initial setup was super smooth, making it easy to get started. The time it saves is definitely worth its monthly charge.

I think SOCi could provide better coaching on how to improve engagement and offer insights on the latest trends in the algorithm for gaining more followers.

Streamlined Social Media Management with SOCi
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of SOCi. I appreciate how I don't have to go searching for what I need and can simply toggle to the left to find everything, including a drop-down menu. Dropping down Socials, I can see my scheduled, past, and current posts and easily edit them or change times if needed. This is particularly helpful since we have multiple users, and it makes it easier to avoid duplicating posts. We switched to SOCi from Metricool because it's user-friendly and offers more options. The initial setup was pretty easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The BI is slightly confusing on how to work it, but I also haven't read or watched the videos. There should be a glossary for what all things mean and how they impact the business or why they are important.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi helps me avoid logging into multiple platforms, allows quick edits when errors occur, schedules posts, and provides BI resources. It simplifies managing multiple users, preventing duplicate posts, and makes it easy to find what I need with left toggles and dropdowns.
