Great Dashboard and platform, but some issues
What do you like best about the product?
The Dashboard is great - super easy to use and visually great. Product generally works pretty well. Support has been good too, when we find the issues. The rec. on SEO and other actionable items has been great.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had some issues with things like TripAdvisor integrations as well as just some things from the integration not working as it should. We keep finding errors here and there and it should not occur like that. We have had some issues on addresses too, while Google was a problem this is exactly why we have SOCi to handle it. Some minor issues from or social team too on scheduling posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Product is better from when we had MomentFeed.
Love the ease of use and access to multiple platforms!
What do you like best about the product?
I love we are able to reach multiple platforms with one post!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would just have to say my least favorite thing would be not having an active AI option to create my post with a few key words.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to share resident events to our community and to the public. Residents can see our activity along with outside viewers will see our community is beneficial.
SOCi helps our business gain insights on hundreds of business locations and their online reputation.

I like to reporting and analytics. It is easy to create posts and make update across the web on multiple platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The social libraries and prompts for upcoming post creation can be difficult and confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi helps ensure hundreds of social media accounts can be easily managed by a small team of marketing professionals. We are able to understand trends and gain insights through unique analytics for our social accounts. We also manage our listings across the web with quick updates that save us countless hours.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi consolidates our social media accounts for social management and reviews and it's great to have it all in one place. It's great to have everything in one place to avoid multiple usernames/passwords specially when working with a big team. Customer support is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
User interface could improve (font, tabs) could be improved in design for better readiness.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adding all social accounts to one place and allowing all to have access to the master library for content.

SOCi Review - Overall Great Platform
What do you like best about the product?
It makes responding to reviews across all locations so easy. The overall management of each locations business information and the consistency in which it shows on platforms is beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't post videos to Google Business Profile. Edits to business information do not happen in real time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's resolving the issue with information consistency and brand consistency on a per location basis but also franchise wide. It also helps us keep up with SEO.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy, user-friendly platform that aggregates real-time feedback across the three major review sites and gives our teams the ability to communicate with their guests instantly through one simple tool. The listing management software was very thorough and simple and we feel has been very beneficial for our presence across the thousands of listing sites.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there were better tools to alert us of issues (ie. failed social feed connections, inconsistent listing). Often times we find the issue and bring them to support to be worked through after finding those issues through our management teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a simple online reputation aggregator that gives our users reviews from the 3 major sites (Google, Facebook, and Yelp) to one place for our teams to respond to the reviews individually. As a group, we provide the teams with monthly reporting to see where they stack up vs their peers.
The Local Listings Management tool is a very simple tool that took some time to set up initially, but has been fairly hands free since.

SOCi is solid and they have good customer service
What do you like best about the product?
Customer service - response rate is quick and issues are usually resolved
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a few reminders to get things on track or get an update. Also, some of the functionality we were promised doesn't always work that way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multi-location management, SEO insights, listings issues

What do you like best about the product?
The team is willing to work to fit your needs. Open communication and easy onboarding. Very educated team!
What do you dislike about the product?
The training of the dashboard wasn't as in-depth as it needed to be. I still don't know where to find things. The trainings provided are too word heavy and lengthy. Need hands on training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't have the manpower to post to all of our property's social media and respond to all reviews. Soci is making sure all platforms are accurate and being managed.
