Excellent Social Media Manager

What do you like best about the product?
The calendar allows me to view all post upcoming, and in the past. I can see which posts have been approved and which are pending. It also allows me to see how to space my posts to create a consistent schedule. Additionally, it is easy to upload to multiple sites at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
Generally, I am not a fan of generative ai, which is featured in SOCi. While I understand the idea of it as a tool, morally that is a downside for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we used meta and I would have to log into my personal facebook to post for work. However, with SOCi I am not required to do that and it allows me to keep my personal accounts separate from my work accounts.

user friendly software can attach all social media to one outlet

sometimes the page or the photo you are trying to post needs to be adjusted to show carly

The website seems a bit outdated and simple but not in a user friendly way

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi helps me visualize and keep my ideas organized
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment. I would suggest maybe a update to make it more visually appealing but I love it overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to reach a larger market, self advertise and share our experiences with more people

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the functionality of seeing the calendar month and viewing what will post and when. I really appreciate that I can easily go in and edit the posts too. I go in approve the posts I want and rarely look at it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the approval process. As in how it's displayed. It takes up too much of the page and it's also hard to locate the date because you have to scroll through all of them. Hopefully that makes sense. I think it would be easier to be able to approve it straight from the calendar display.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to link content with one of our brands so that they can help us create content for social media.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I get notified immediatelty when some leaves a review on any platform. It goes to my email and I click directlly on it to read and respond. It always assist me in suggesting verbiage and allows me to correct or thank someone for feedback so quickly. It aids in fixing issues quickly also.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have a dislike it is so user-friendly I love it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I like that you can customize a soci post with AI, add photos and make it interesting.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to drive sales in my store posting great deals and specials
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to wait sometimes for it to be approved and once they sent it back to me for an edit and I did not receive notification that I needed an edit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows local posts from the store team so that it appeals to the local community who shops at our store

It provides me the data I need with easy access. I don't need to dig for what I want.

Nothing. Software can always be improved but nothing immediately says "fix me".
