Soci for Gyms
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to schedule out social media posts, instead of having to do them manually every day is a HUGE help and time save. I don't know what I would do without SOCI.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am unable to actually interact with anyone on my social media pages. I'm unsure if its a company issue, or if it is with Soci.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCI solves the need to individually post on each platform. This is beneficial because I can spend more time interacting with members/prospects, and on upkeep of the gym.
Soci is very convenient and easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to prepare my post for a whole week as a property manager. Knowing its one stop shop for all of my social media post. We use it pretty much daily and it is easy to navigate whether we are posting or replying to comments.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides I can think of at the moment.

Being able to post daily without any issues.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of scheduling posts so that takes pressure off the around the clock work that social media can be.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could add audio to posts through soci, and I wish there was a better way to auto fit posts so they don't come out so grainy.

Auto scheduling so I don't go into overtime by posting at peak hours.

Makes it easy for our teams to post to multiple platforms simultaneously & easy for us to manage multiple platforms
Great for learning how to market across different platforms

I enjoy the ease of posting across multiple platforms and gain data on how successful your posts are.

The website layout takes a while to get used to, however, the video guides do help to understand how to use better.

Helping us to provide our franchisor with data on marketing analytics instead of having to do it ourselves
Easy to Use!
What do you like best about the product?
SoCi is extremely easy to use, I like that you can schedule things out in advance for a later date.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I do not like is that I can not delete posts on IG, I need to reach out to corporate for that however that might be an organizational setting.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how SOCi helps me monitor reviews and marketing posts, ensuring they are being responded to. I appreciate the email updates alerting me when there are unreplied reviews and providing insights. This makes customers feel more appreciated when we acknowledge their feedback. The initial setup of SOCi was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be better if there were more feedback options or reviews.

SOCi helps me monitor reviews and marketing posts to ensure responses, sending emails to update me on unreplied reviews and providing insights. Customers feel more appreciated when we accept their thanks.
