Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Planning our social posts for multiple platforms at once saves so much time and makes things so much easier. Helps us stay organized without spending additional time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult finding old posts or re-posting old posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Localizing multiple platforms to one interface to post and keep track of future posts very easily.

The need to be posting in different sites
Great system to have everything associated to Social Media, Marketing and Reviews all in one portal.
What do you like best about the product?
That is very easy to use, I really like the ability to respond to reviews and that I have access to templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The conversations with the Bot system is not very helpful. Is better if they get directed to call my agency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IS helping have better access to reply to reviews as well as ease of use when it comes to Social Media marketing.

I love that you can post on multiple platforms with one entry.

I haven't been able to figure out how to post events that can be shared by other people yet.

Soci gets our name out in the community and allows parents to see all of the fun things we are doing at school.
Soci makes work less hard .

I like that you can have almost every social media in one page.
What do you dislike about the product?
To have more access on the story part for intagram that you can do more than just post a photo.

As it right now I havent had an issue.

So easy to use. Moving things from date to date. Creating docs with Canva.

Wish this posted to more social sites but i can share the post when it posts to Instagram.

One place to post in advance and schedule it. DO a month in advance and be done with it.
it is good for automation but not for engagement

I like that you can set it and forget it

I don't like the content of the posts - they aren't engaging, they are repetitive and don't add value to the consumer
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It fills in the gaps when I am too busy to post
Allows me to easily manage and reply to multiple business review accounts
What do you like best about the product?
Very simple app. I am notified immediately when new reviews comes in, which allows me to reply in an expediate manner. Very important when addressing and putting out a fire or two from someone confused or frustrated. Thoughtful immediate reply from the owner usually can remedy.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints really. I'm not super into reviews but I recognize their imporance and their very broad general reflection on a business. Trending is usually a sign of something. So I'm very keen to tend in a way that accurate reflects my businesses excellence in service and facility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple platforms.
Hands-Free Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
It makes cross-posting to multiple platforms easy and the ability to link multiple OC sources to the same channel is unique in my experience. Makes it easy to do daily posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard is a little confusing and the lack of data collection on interactions leaves some to be desired. But that stuff can be found elsewhere so no big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having to post to all the socials individually as well as making sure the marketing angles or corporate are being met at the same time. Synergy between divisions is nice.

I like having the ability to automate my social media posts. It helps so much.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app can be more user firendly. Also gave me issues when trying to intergrate my Instagram.

SOCI helps me build my social media presence.
