Very convenient!
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about SOCi is how it simplifies multi-location social media management while keeping everything cohesive and on-brand. The platform is incredibly user-friendly, and I love how easy it is to schedule content, respond to reviews, and track engagement across multiple locations all in one place. It saves time, improves efficiency, and gives us more visibility into what’s happening across our communities. Plus, their support team is always helpful and responsive, which makes a huge difference!
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about SOCi is that the platform can occasionally feel a bit clunky or slow when managing a high volume of accounts or content. There are times when features like bulk scheduling or loading analytics reports take longer than expected, which can slow down workflow. Additionally, while the platform is powerful, there’s a bit of a learning curve for new users — especially when it comes to navigating more advanced tools or understanding reporting data.
That said, these are minor issues overall, and the benefits far outweigh the drawbacks.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is solving the challenge of managing digital presence across multiple locations — especially when it comes to social media, reputation management, and local listings. Instead of juggling multiple platforms or manually updating each property’s pages, we’re able to streamline everything through one centralized dashboard.
This has saved us a ton of time, ensured brand consistency across all locations, and made it much easier to stay engaged with residents through reviews, posts, and messages. The automation tools and scheduling features have especially improved our team’s efficiency and freed us up to focus on higher-impact community-building efforts.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Great training
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is basically an all-in-one program. I don't have to switch apps just to post. I will be using this very frequently because of how easy the training was and how easy it was implemented it this company. Integrating everything to have them in one app is the best. I have not needed to call Soci customer service yet and because of how easy it is, I don't think I'll have to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can not say that there is anything I dislike about Soci.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Powerful Upgrade from Chatmeter with More Control & Customization
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi gives me far more control over user permissions, listings, and review management than our previous platform. I can assign specific roles to team members (like review-only access), link them to just the locations they need, and monitor everything from one dashboard. The platform is clearly built for multi-location brands that want to balance corporate oversight with local execution. Once the system is dialed in, it runs smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
SOCi separates user roles from location access, which makes sense once you get it — but it’s not clearly explained at first. Also, listings from different sources (Google, Yelp, Facebook) sometimes come in as separate profiles and need support to map them under one location. Not a huge deal, but it requires cleanup during onboarding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use SOCi to manage local listings, reviews, and user access across corporate and franchise locations. It’s helped streamline workflows, enforce brand standards, and give our GMs tools to manage their store’s reputation without giving them access to everything. Having full visibility across Google and Yelp in one place has been a huge win.
SOCi is not a good social media tool at all
What do you like best about the product?
I do like that SOCi provides analytics and a way to edit posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pretty much everything else. Posts are not submitted in enough time to properly review and approve. I cannot download videos (only photos) for media. I have had a lot of difficulty in linking and posting to other channels besides Facebook. Any other social media management tool I have used (such as Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.) does a much better job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi allows Ford to push content to all of its dealers so we can publish their posts on our channels.

SOCi is Changing the Content Calendar Game
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi's content calendar has made it so easy for me to post across all the platforms for the 60+ social media accounts that I work with. Without them, I could never have made as much content available to so many different accounts. I use this program every single day without fail. It's so easy to use, to implement, and to integrate into your everyday use.
Pat Scott is literally the best! Any issues that we have he answers so quickly, and efficiently. He's easy to get along with and makes the implementation of SOCi a must.

What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to link in stories is a downside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is solving the problem of having to post mass amounts of content at one time across more than 50 social media accounts. I could never do it without their platform.
