What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you can schedule posts well in advance and track the reaction of viewers. I also really like that you can comment back from soci on any connected platform like Linkedin, Facebook and yelp. It also goes well with Canva
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish i had more time to use it is all i can say
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci if solving the problem of going in and out of a many different applications to post the same content. It also allows you to complete your posts in advance, sparing you the time of posting on each individual application, keeping up on each of the comment fields and its all done through scheduling so i never miss the date

What do you like best about the product?
Our company has been using SOCI for years and just upgraded to the PRO. It is such a great help to our advertising and marketing needs! I would highly recommend!

What do you like best about the product?
Soci has allowed our company to post on behalf of our local franchise locations with ease, as well as post schedules for social content ahead of time. We love referring franchise locations to the library of past assets, rather than have to keep a separate library somewhere else. I also love the new(ish) reporting features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the reporting emails were more comprehensive, and instead of a link to a report, I could get a weekly, monthly summary sent directly to my email. I also wish that certain glitches were worked out, for exmaple - posting carousels (PDF files) to linkedin. We need to post to linkedin directly for certain cotent which eliminates the reporting on those posts within Soci.

I have found over the years that customer support has almost been completely eliminated. I used to have montly calls with CSMs, but suddenly they started included sales individuals, and if we did not upgrade to new products, I stop hearing from the CSM. I really appreciated the 1-1 guidance on social performance I was getting years ago.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us streamline social media organic post management, as well as posting to our local franchise locations with ease, and franchisees can see the scheduler ahead of time.

What do you like best about the product?
I can link all my social media accounts to Soci and post all at once. I can choose which platforms to post on and which i dont want to post on as well. I can schedule post for the whole week or month if i wanted to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any complaints, i have not encountered any difficulties using Soci.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The time it took to post on each social platform has been cut down by 90%.

What do you like best about the product?
Once I got past the initial hurdles, I’ve found the dashboard to be fairly intuitive for everyday use. Basic posting is simple and straightforward, and it's nice having everything in one place. I know there’s a lot more the platform can do, and I’d like to explore those features more. There's definitely potential it just takes a bit of digging to uncover it all.
What do you dislike about the product?
My initial experience during onboarding left a lasting impression, it was pretty tough to grasp as someone without a strong tech background. I feel like we might not be using SOCi to its full potential simply because I never fully understood everything it was capable of. A more user friendly or guided introduction would’ve made a big difference. Along with support that actually seemed like they cared. I was promised a lot of help for onboarding, like creating yelp accounts and it fell short. I have been using it for basic postings for a few years now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to post at multiple locations all at once.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Soci updates listings easily, makes it efficient to respond to reviews and helps with SEO.

I dislike how often my point of contact at Soci changes. I currently don’t know who is managing our account.

Soci made it easy for us to manage our reputation across 37 location.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to navigate, I use it almost everyday to schedule posts for my community. I love being able to track the engagement at a quick glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to comment on my posts if I needed to reply to someone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi makes it easy for me to post on social media for not only my community but others in my area if they need help remotely.

What do you like best about the product?
We maintain continual contact with customer reviews, information for customer’s, and many operational functions. Have grown to rely and trust SOCI. Would totally recommend
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes navigation is a little complex but have always been able to complete desired task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One stop for operational times and specials as well as fluid response for customer interaction.
