Streamlined Social Media Management with SOCi

What do you like best about the product?
I like that SOCi is streamlined and used throughout my company. It really helps me focus my time on the operations of the company instead of managing social media posts. The training platform is good because it's very informative, and I can skip parts that don't apply to my user permissions, which makes it easier for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a dead link within the training where it told me to skip and then when I clicked on the link, it did not work. It actually just said page not found and closed me out of the training, so I had to start over.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SOCi for posting to social media, which frees up my time to focus on company operations. It's streamlined, used company-wide, and the training is informative and user-friendly.

It is a monitoring, review, social and listing platform in one.

There tends to be a lot of errors when responding to Instagram comments.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCI allows me to keep all of my social and listing tools in one platform, which helps me stay productive and organized. I’ve used SOCI at two different companies in a few different ways, and both times it’s been very helpful for managing multi-location portfolios from both a social and listings point of view.
What do you dislike about the product?
From my personal experience, sometimes the reporting can be challenging to use and the metrics differ from native platforms such as Meta.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCI allows for listings updates to be made in one platform which is super helpful when updating 300+ locations at once. The Genius tool has also been very helpful to mass update at once.
