Soci makes posting to social media, as well as managing content and location changes, easy!

What do you like best about the product?
The number of features is great. We are able to manage social media, as well as location changes easy. We are also able to send reports to others in our company of data they would like to see.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support could be more seamless. There are times when requests have had to be reiterated because directions were not followed or requests were not replied to for several days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to get reports out to others within our company of data they would like to see. With our previous vendor, we had issues with these reports and were missing them for over 6 months. We are now also able to post directly to GMB, a feature we did not have with our previous vendor.

What do you like best about the product?
Soci really helps keep my social media organized so I'm not bouncing between platforms. Its hectic enough trying to figure out content, this makes eveything else easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
I for some reason can't connect my instagram. I have tried several times and I just don't know who I can talk to to help

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi was so eay to integrate into our existing workflows. The number of features available to Corporate and our Franchisees is exceptional. We use SOCi each and every day to keep a pulse on our business, for social listening and much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't things we "dislike" about SOCi but there are definitely always opportunities to continue to improve the tech.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining our listings, driving brand awareness and engagement through Social Posting, reputation management and 2 way consumer engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
Very convenient. I don’t have to think about posting to my page and the content is very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it should be a free resource from Cruiseplanners.

Saves me time by posting relevant content for me. I get engagement from my followers.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCI lets us see all of our reviews and our performance for multiple locations in one spot. It makes responding and tracking easier than ever. Customer service has also been amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
We had issues at first with getting some of our ads setup with Meta. But now everything works fine, and we are good to go!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is allowing us to run Meta ads for both of our locations. It is also allowing us to view and manage our social media reviews and lets us respond within seconds.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi is incredibly easy to use and highly functional. The platform is extremely convenient, bringing all of our social media and reviews together in one centralized location, making management seamless and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint would be the occasional glitches, but overall, the platform’s ease of use and functionality outweigh this minor issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps ensure that all properties and district managers have a centralized space to post social media updates and respond to reviews, streamlining communication and engagement across the board, while also taking this task off our hands.

What do you like best about the product?
What's most helpful about SOCi is definitely the ease of use. Onsite team members who are usually stretched thin on time can schedule out time during the month to schedule posts in SOCi. We've seen an increase in social media engagement which has been fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
The implementation process was lengthy and it was rather difficult to train property staff at over 50 properties.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management! With the ability to schedule posts for an entire month in just one sitting, property managers are able to schedule time into their day. SOCi also solves the problem of consistency and engagement across all social media platforms, not just one. With scheduling, most properties are posting at least 3 times a week. As well as this, they are posting across all platforms, which is a huge added bonus.
