An amazing platform for all of your social media needs
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact the soci allows you to manage all of your social media platform in one module.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few limitations when uploading media but I can usually pivot and accomplish the same thing

What do you dislike about the product?
While SOCi excels in many areas, some features, like posting Facebook Stories or going live, aren’t available. Some of these limitations stem from Meta’s restrictions, but it would be great to see more functionality in these areas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest challenge in social media management at scale is efficiency. With over 250 properties to oversee, manually posting, monitoring engagement, and responding to reviews across multiple platforms would be overwhelming.
SOCi solves this problem by providing an all-in-one platform that allows me to manage everything seamlessly. From scheduling content to reputation management, SOCi consolidates all tasks into a single dashboard, saving time and ensuring consistency across all properties. It also helps me respond to messages and reviews in a timely manner, which is crucial for protecting our online reputation and maintaining strong relationships with residents and prospects.

Great & Simple to Use
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi allows users to cross post and create great social media content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. The system has been great
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Turns a 40 hour work week into an 8 hour day.
Convenience in advertising and relatively easy to use even for the not so tech savvy.
What do you like best about the product?
It's user friendly and allows you to implement your own designs and photos into each posting. I've not had to use customer support yet but it's good to know it's available. I use Soci at least 5 times a month as I try to post a month in advance which is also another great feature because I can get all of my postings done in one day if I want to to help allow time for other things during the month. It's very easy to upload and integrate your own photos but dragging and dropping or just uploading the phtos.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few features I've not yet used as I'm stilling learning the platform but so far I have not found anything I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have my own social media and I'm not the greatest at using Facebook so having Soci integrated with outside portals and social media is a huge help because now I don't have to learn to use a platform I'm not interested in. I can just use Soci and the posts will automatically pop up on our Facebook page.
I love SOCI!
What do you like best about the product?
Finding the right things to post and making time to do it is difficult...Soci makes it so easy to post interesting, relatable information so that my clients keep me top of mind. Once a month I sit for a few minutes to choose and schedule my posts, and then I know that all month great stuff is showing up on my feed!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see a downside to Soci! When I want specific material posted, I can create my own, but when I don't have time for that, I know that something will be posted on my behalf!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci posts relatable information for my clients and potential clients to see that will keep me top of mind when they are considering a home sale or purchase. I don't always have time to find material to post, and now I don't have to!

There is nothing that I dislike about SOCi

I am 100% satisfied with it.
It's not as good as I thought it would be

It posts to various sources and occassionaly get is right.

It has a lot of errors and I cannot fix them so that's really frustrating. It sends emails to my old email address which I cannot get updated.

It posts for me so I don't have to
