Enhances Review Management, Needs Better Intuition
What do you like best about the product?
I like the automatic messages that alert me when a review is posted. It's great because I don't have to go looking for them, and it saves me time monitoring. It gives me a chance to respond to reviews in a timely manner. I'm really loving this method of review right now.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform itself isn't always intuitive. Sometimes it's hard to find the functions I am looking for.

SOCi helps keep our online reviews organized in one place and sends automatic messages when a review is posted, saving time on monitoring and allowing timely responses.

I really love how easy it is to post across multiple platforms.

I haven't gotten a chance to really play around with Soci, so no feedback at this moment.

Effortless Advance Post Scheduling Months Ahead
What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling a planned post months in advance is truly convenient and easy
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the post can be delayed with morning/ afternoon timing, or certain images need to be approved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is saving time by planning posting ahead, I love logging-in through our computer screen instead of a mobile device
Scheduled Posting Is a Game-Changer
What do you like best about the product?
The scheduled posting ability on this software is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more social media options for us to post on and better integration with the social media and the SOCi software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It takes away the need to be creative with social media posts on the behalf of the company and makes it Fair Housing safe.
All Platforms in One Place—A Real Time-Saver for Monitoring Account Activity
What do you like best about the product?
I believe the most useful part is having all platforms in one spot and being able to see all activty for accounts in one spot. being able to add mutiple accounts and platforms and monitor and see data in one location saves time and effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
the ai responses are repetitive and instagram stories are still difficult

Multiple different vendors. We can now use one vendor for rss feeds, social calendars, review, etc

Simple to use & understand. Very helpful with scheduling out posts for the months.

Don't really have any downsides to discuss

Saves a lot of time being able to manage posts to all accounts through one source.

What do you like best about the product?
I love SOCi because it saves me time by allowing me to schedule social media posts in advance. I also appreciate being able to see all of our analytics in one place, which helps me identify what's effective and what isn't. Everything with SOCi works well for me and I found the setup to be super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I enjoy this product and have no issues with it

I use SOCi to schedule posts ahead, which saves me time, and having all analytics in one place helps me understand what content works.
