Best Partner Management tool I have used in my 30 year career.
What do you like best about the product?
As the head of Sales & Partnerships at Suger, I didn’t have an operations team to rely on for implementing tools. That’s why I was genuinely impressed by how easy it was to set up and how little time it took to get everything running. I’ve used many different tools before, and most of them fall short in this area.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints. The team responds quickly to suggestions for improvements, which makes it a pleasure to develop new workflows for my GTM strategy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our main requirement was to have deals submitted by our partners, while ensuring they stayed updated based on the Salesforce records that our sales team uses every day. We wanted to avoid adding extra tasks for the sales team when it came to partner opportunities. Having deals automatically flow into Salesforce from Introw, and then being updated as the team progressed them through the sales process, was essential for our success.

The platform is intuitive, was easy to implement, and integrates seamlessly with our existing systems. It helps us centralize partner data, streamline collaboration, and track performance effortlessly.
We especially appreciate how easy it is for our team to use day-to-day — from onboarding new partners to managing co-sell opportunities and reporting.
The customer support team is responsive and genuinely invested in helping us—we've got a direct line to the team anytime.
The platform is intuitive, was easy to implement, and integrates seamlessly with our existing systems. It helps us centralize partner data, streamline collaboration, and track performance effortlessly.

There’s nothing significant to dislike; they meet all our needs today. The team is always evolving the product, responsive to feedback, and proactive in adding new useful features.

Introw PRM helps us centralize and streamline partner operations that were previously scattered across spreadsheets and manual processes. It simplifies deal registration, partner onboarding, and co-sell collaboration, saving our team hours each week.

A Refreshingly Modern and Flexible Partner Management Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Introw PRM stands out for its intuitive, user-friendly interface and remarkable flexibility. Setting up and customizing the partner portal is a seamless experience—even for complex requirements. The platform’s modern design ensures that both administrators and partners enjoy a smooth, engaging workflow. I’m impressed by the continuous rollout of new features. The rapid pace of updates ensures that the platform remains ahead of the curve and adapts quickly to evolving business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there’s very little to criticize. I haven’t encountered any major drawbacks with Introw PRM so far. The platform delivers on its promises, and any minor issues are quickly addressed through frequent updates and responsive support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Introw PRM has made it so much easier for us to communicate securely and transparently with our partners. Having everything in one place—a single dashboard for all partner activities, updates, and documents. Sharing resources is straightforward, and I no longer worry about things slipping through the cracks or data being exposed. It’s taken the hassle out of partner management for us.

Super easy PRM with a great team behind it
What do you like best about the product?
Introw.io is super easy to use and has a really clean, intuitive design. It doesn’t take long to get the hang of it, and it’s pretty flexible if you want to tweak things to fit your process. What I really like is how the team actually listens to feedback and keeps improving the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to pick something, I’d say the partner dashboard could be better. It’d be awesome to have a clearer overview of partner activity and performance all in one place.

Introw helps monitor partner health and prepare effectively for performance reviews like QBRs.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, commissions calculation, Rooms are super complete and link to CRM is super easy and effective.

What do you like best about the product?
We were up and running in just a few minutes. Partners find the tool very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it's a new product, there are some refinements needed; nothing major, but things like missing filters on searches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Partner channel deal registration, partner communications and partner access to marketing collateral.
Introw is streamlining our Partner Program Beautifully
What do you like best about the product?
Introw has been invaluable for our partner program after our management buyout. The partner portal with its room functionality is impressively smart, and partners are genuinely impressed when I demonstrate it. Despite our small team, Introw's automation helps us to regularly engage with partners, and the Hubspot integration works seamlessly, allowing me not only to onboard partners quickly but also communicate leads and deals with the wider organization without too much effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to have clearer visibility into what additional functionality is available and the associated price points. This would make scaling our partnership program more predictable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

2. Limited resources - With a very small partner team, Introw's automation capabilities enables us to reach and engage partners regularly without requiring additional headcount
3. Partner engagement - The impressive partner portal with dedicated partner rooms has genuinely impressed our partners and simplified collaboration
4. Program structure - Introw helped us to focus on creating elements that partners truly appreciate, resulting in a more effective program
5. CRM integration - The seamless Hubspot integration ensures our partner data stays synchronized with your primary business systems without much effort.

What do you like best about the product?
They are reinventing how companies can work efficiently with partners. The platform is exactly what the market needs. Their support is amazing, and they really help push channel sales to a new level.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s a young company, so the platform's UI isn’t flawless, and it’s not always 100% intuitive yet. That being said, you see it improve month after month, so I’m sure they’ll get that right, too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating a shared platform and pipeline with partners in a scalable but very customisable/personalisable way (usually 2 things you don’t put in 1 sentence). With Introw, you have a digital platform for partners within days. Saves a lot of in-house development and configuration.
