    Introw Makes It Easy to Surface Deals and Track Momentum Across Partner Networks

    What do you like best about the product?
    Introw creates an easy way to surface deals, deal status and commercial momentum across the channel partner network in more than 16 countries for us.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The highest barrier for any PRM is the usage by actual partners which is a recurring theme to be resolved, enabled and followed up on. Introw makes it easy and straight forward for partners and their teams to log their progress and collaborate on deals.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Visibility into the commercial motions of our partners and streamlining of operations between partners. Docs, trainings and enablement directly within intro helps partners to onboard faster and use the platform to the fullest.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Very easy to implement and administer.
    Clean and intuitive user experience.
    Covers the core PRM functionality needed for partner management.
    Flexible portal customisation for different partner journeys.
    Built-in AI search across all documents and assets.
    Highly responsive product team that acts quickly on feedback and feature requests.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The product still has a few rough edges. Some navigation features, such as linking directly to sections within a page, would improve usability, and the page hierarchy is currently quite flat. There are also a few limitations in areas like journey building, but none have been blockers for us. Given how quickly the team releases improvements, we're confident these areas will continue to mature.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Before Introw, our partner resources and processes were spread across multiple tools, making it difficult to keep content organised and provide a consistent partner experience. Introw has brought everything into a single platform, making it easier to manage partner onboarding, enablement, sales assets, and ongoing communication. It has reduced administration, improved the partner experience, and given us a much more scalable way to support our growing partner network. The platform is also evolving quickly, allowing us to continuously improve our portal based on partner and internal feedback.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Out of my research, this PRM has the most feature complete sync with Hubspot.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    A bit of a learning curve on the admin side, but not over the top considering the functionality we get

    What do you like best about the product?
    I find the LMS really helpful in the onboarding process. It allows us enable new partners, agents, or resellers to better understand the product immediately after creating videos, making the whole process scalable without needing a session with each new partner. I also appreciate the simplicity of the platform, which simplifies tasks effectively.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I'm not sure it's a con, but I would like to use it for additional non-partner things internally.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I use Introw to onboard new partners, educate them about our product, and conduct robust outreach. The LMS simplifies onboarding, making it scalable by enabling partners immediately. The simplicity and functionality of the platform are a big help.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I like how Introw consolidates multiple processes into one location, making it easier to manage our international partners. Its ease of use is a big plus for me, and I appreciate how easy it is to customize and build tools that meet our needs. I also like that it syncs well with our tools like Salesforce, which makes integration effortless. The initial setup was easy, and the Introw team helped a lot, which I found quite beneficial.

    Easy Partner Portals and Courses, Backed by a Responsive Introw Team

    What do you like best about the product?
    It’s very easy to use, especially when starting from scratch. It was straightforward to build out our partner portals, courses, and certificates, and to invite our partners. The introw team is also very responsive and always happy to help fix issues or even develop new offerings. Introw integrates well with our HubSpot. The AI features have helped me build the courses, and they can be useful as long as they’re prompted correctly.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    For now, there isn't a ton of freedom when it comes to visual assets. You can't crop with in the platform so uploading images as thumbnails or into courses means it has to be the right size. A few clunky things like this, but anytime I have noticed anything the team has been there to help me fix the problem, fix it on their end, or develop a new way of doing it
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    We needed one central spot for our partners. While we do not track how much our partners sell, we do like to know how active they are and we provide them with a lot of material. The previous solution was not very user friendly and the material was unorganized, once we have introw full stocked with marketing/sales material I imagine everything will be really easy for our partners.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Ease of use and fast time-to-value — partners onboard with minimal friction. Exceptional customer support and account management. Simplifies day-to-day partner management so our team can focus on enablement and pipeline instead of admin work. Competitively priced. Integrates with our CRM and communication channels.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    As a newer platform, it's still maturing — you'll occasionally bump into a feature that isn't there yet. That said, the team ships quickly and has been receptive to feedback, so gaps tend to close over time.

    What do you like best about the product?
    CRM integration (HubSpot) works in less than 10 minutes. Attribution is flexible (associated records OR dropdown). Introw team is very responsive and regularly ships new product features. The tool can handle practically everything! Lead submission, pipeline notifications, announcements, onboarding, enablement, AI coaching...
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Unique to our business model, we accept leads in one pipeline and (once approved in our CRM) create deals in another. This breaks the connection between the partner rep and their eventual deals. For now, partner reps have to receive none or all deal notifications. Introw is aware.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Introw automates pipeline updates and scales comms / lead registration for our small (yet mighty) partner team. We would have had to hire 3+ more people to do what Introw does for us.

    What do you like best about the product?
    What I like most is how frictionless it is for partners. They can register deals, receive updates, and collaborate via email or Slack without ever needing to log into a portal—which is why adoption actually happens. From an ops perspective, everything still syncs back to the CRM, so reporting on partner-sourced revenue stays clean, consistent, and auditable.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Honestly, not much. If I'm nitpicking, I'd love more advanced customization in dashboards and reporting for edge cases in our partner attribution model. The out-of-the-box views cover most needs, but as a RevOps person I always want one more filter.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It's solving the classic PRM problem: partners not engaging with the tool. Because partners can register deals and get updates through email or Slack without logging into anything, adoption is actually high — which means the data flowing into our CRM is complete. Internally, it's cut the manual back-and-forth of chasing partners for updates, freeing our team to focus on strategic work instead of admin.

    What do you like best about the product?
    We’ve had a great experience using Introw at Parloa. As a CRM-first partner portal for B2B SaaS, it has helped us build a seamless partner experience while automating key workflows such as deal registration and partner engagement tracking-all in one place.

    One of the biggest strengths of Introw is its modern, intuitive design. It’s easy for both our internal teams and partners to navigate, which has significantly improved adoption and the overall partner experience.

    We’re also excited about the platform’s AI capabilities and Claude integration, which continue to enhance how we create and manage content within the portal.

    Most importantly, the Introw team has been an outstanding partner throughout our journey. Their responsiveness, openness to feedback, and willingness to collaborate have made a real difference. We truly appreciate the support we’ve received and look forward to continuing our partnership.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    There isn’t much to dislike about the platform. If there is one area we’d like to continue improving together, it would be making the custom field synchronization between Salesforce and Introw even more intuitive. As our partner program evolves, having a more streamlined and flexible way to map and sync custom fields would make managing integrations even easier. That said, the Introw team has been very supportive and receptive to feedback, and we’re confident this will continue to improve over time.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Introw has been a fantastic addition to our partner program. One of the reasons partners choose Parloa is our partner-first mindset, our commitment to building strong, long-term relationships, and the value we provide throughout the entire partner journey. The Introw Partner Portal has become an important part of that experience.
