Extremely Clean, Easy-to-Navigate UI/UX with Smart, Unbloated AI Tools
What do you like best about the product?
UI/UX is extremely clean and easy to navigate with minimal support. The AI tools are constructed to supplement the service without bloating it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting and statistics on platform usage and adoption could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Introw provides us with a clear contextual platform to have data-driven conversations with partners. This removes any ambiguity and opens the door for transparent and constructive planning and activation.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Introw is that it combines a clean, intuitive UI with the integrations and support needed to make portal development practical and scalable. Kitti has been especially valuable throughout the process, helping us navigate onboarding, think through requirements, and keep momentum moving, while the platform’s performance, growing intelligence capabilities, and overall ROI have made Introw a strong fit for our partner portal strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any evolving platform, there have been areas where we’ve needed additional refinement or clarification as we’ve built out our use case, particularly around tailoring workflows to our specific portal needs. That said, the Introw team has been highly responsive to feedback, and making adjustments to our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Introw is helping us solve the challenge of building a more structured, scalable, and user-friendly partner portal experience. It has given us a stronger foundation for organizing workflows, improving the user experience, supporting integrations, and moving development forward more efficiently, all of which helps us better support our partners and drive greater long-term value from the portal.
Effortlessly Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and seamless integration with our CRM system
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s quite feature-rich, which is great, but for certain use cases it can also feel a bit overwhelming at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to manage all of our partners and to give them insight into the referrals they send, which are then handled by our sales team in the CRM.
Seamless Partner Management, excellent HubSpot Integration
What do you like best about the product?
Introw makes partner relationship management simple. We use it to track and activate our partner ecosystem. The HubSpot integration is the standout feature, data flows cleanly between both platforms, meaning our pipeline attribution and partner-sourced revenue is visible without manual reconciliation. The AI functionality within the software is excellent too. We've had no issues with the software throughout our time using it.
The UI is clean and intuitive; onboarding was efficient. The visibility it gives into partner engagement, who's active, what's been shared, where deals are stacking up has meaningfully changed how we prioritise outreach.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing significant, the product does what it promises. If anything, more granular reporting on partner revenue attribution would be a welcome addition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefit is visibility and accountability. We can see which partners are active, where deals are progressing, and what's actually converting. It gives us a single place to manage partner relationships, track shared pipeline, and connect that data directly into HubSpot, which is where our team already operates.
Best User-Friendly Interface in a PRM
What do you like best about the product?
I like Introw for its great UI and UX, which makes it very easy to navigate. It's also easy to build the partner journey experience and for partners to navigate the portal. Introw also provides business transparency so partners know what stage their business is in and offers enablement resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
No email communication workflow automations. No email customization. Engagement metrics are not there yet

Introw stands out for its simplicity and strong partner adoption. The platform is very intuitive, which makes it easy for partners to submit leads, track deals, and collaborate with our team without friction.
The HubSpot integration is also a big plus, as it allows us to keep everything aligned with our CRM while giving partners clear visibility on their pipeline.
Overall, it’s a very efficient tool to structure and scale a partnerships program.

Some limitations around advanced customization, which can make certain use cases harder to scale.

Introw helps us centralize and structure our entire partner ecosystem in one place.
Before, managing partner leads, deal follow-ups, and communication was fragmented across emails, spreadsheets, Notion. Now, everything is streamlined: partners can easily submit opportunities, track their progress, and interact directly with our team.
This has significantly improved our pipeline visibility, reduced back-and-forth, and increased partner engagement. As a result, we’re able to scale our partnerships more efficiently and generate more consistent revenue from this channel.

A true game changer for our industry
What do you like best about the product?
The service, super responsive and helpful. second is the the depth of the integration with hubspot. Very starlight forward to setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are UI limitations but it's understandable and if we need something changed the team is willing to find a solution for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't think any one in our industry has a tool like introw. Our partners use its everyday to summit and track deals as well as communicate issues or updates and vice versa. there is a knowledge area and courses section to help train new partners. There are sections we added that offer sales materials and incentives. It really changed the game for us. It is our primary organization and communication tool for our partners that we are always using

- If a partner is not an Introw customer, it cannot connect to their CRM
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are starting to scale our channel and partnerships program and having a PRM that is easy to use and can scale with us was a big requirement. It has been easy to implement and our partners enjoy using it.
Quick Time-to-Value with Introw’s Easy Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
Introw lets you get started for free, which enabled me to build out a portal impression to make an internal business case. After having explored it twice over an extensive period the decision in the end was quickly made. An easy to setup integration with Salesforce (with help from our CSM, Kitti has been very fast to respond, proactive and really thinking along) gave us very quick time to value. I find myself logging in everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's small features missing, but the team has been extremely quick in picking up both wishes and bugs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Introw enables us to give our partners insight into our shares pipeline along with empowering them with assets, training and information and making it very easy find. Their experiences approach alongside well thought out permissions allows us to easily differentiate between continental experiences, ensuring partners see the things applicable for them locally.

What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive overall, with a smart use of AI and an excellent UI. It includes all the bells and whistles you’d expect from a platform like this, and it’s easy to get up and running, fast, without feeling overwhelmed.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides! It’s honestly one of the best platforms I’ve used lately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to scale partner growth, minimizes the workload for our small internal team, and gives us a leg up on the competition.
