Simple, Startup-Friendly CRM with Rock-Solid Salesforce Integration

What do you like best about the product?
Introw stands out for its simplicity. As a startup, we need tools that don't require weeks of training, and Introw was easy to navigate from day one. The Salesforce integration is robust and actually works as advertised, keeping our data synced without manual overhead. Additionally, the team at Introw is incredibly friendly and responsive - it feels like a partnership rather than just a software subscription.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now, the platform meets all our requirements perfectly. As we grow significantly, my needs will likely become more complex and greater in scope, but that's a long way down the road. For where we are and where we're headed in the near future, it’s a great fit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a way to manage our partner ecosystem without the enterprise price tag. Introw provides a high-end feel and essential CRM integration at a price point that makes sense for a startup, allowing us to scale our partner program efficiently.

Solid UX and Analytics that Partner animation and Lead tracking easy

What do you like best about the product?
The UX and analytics are solid, and it’s easy to integrate. Overall, it has helped our partner managers (internal) and partners (external) take different actions and track leads in a straightforward way. So far, so good, and I’m looking forward to continuing to manage it going forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn’t as customizable as we need right now, but the tech team is working on improving that area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Partner activation, data tracking, and lead declaration at scale, while also helping partners get started and begin working with Ringover.

Efficient, Fast, and Easy to Set Up with Unlimited Features

What do you like best about the product?
It's efficient, easy to set-up, faster and the features are unlimited
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I like all features, interface, settings, etc. The only thing is not on their end but I'm blocked because I don't received e-mails from them because their domain are block from our IT system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Introw is solving the visibility on our Partnership program and the follow-up leads & opportunity from our lead gen partners.
Everyone can have a clear view on leads & Opportunities (our team and partners team).

Seamless CRM Integration, Excellent Support

What do you like best about the product?
I use Introw as our PRM, and it creates a seamless experience between our CRM and a partner portal. I really appreciate their top-tier customer support; any problem gets solved immediately. I also like the Experience Builder and Forms Builder. The Experience Builder is very easy to use and set up. The Forms Builder has lots of triggers and automations behind the scenes, and you can connect its properties directly to those of HubSpot. The initial setup was fairly easy, and their support team made it better.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way of managing partner facing documents could be better. It feels a little complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Introw as our PRM. It creates a seamless experience between our CRM and a partner portal, letting partners access everything partnership-related easily.

What do you like best about the product?
The customization. After 4 months of use, being able to build the program at our image — adapting the portal structure, content, and flows to both Ringover's brand and each partner's needs — is what makes Introw stand out. It's not a rigid template. It molds to you, and that directly impacts partner engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup time. You start from a blank page, which means building your program from scratch takes real effort upfront. Setting up the experiences also requires meaningful time investment before things feel polished and ready for partners.
It's not a dealbreaker — but be prepared to dedicate proper onboarding time before you're fully up and running.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Two things stand out. First, the ability to run tailored programs for each market and partner type — instead of a generic, one-size-fits-all approach, each partner gets an experience that actually fits their context. Second, real-time tracking of engagement and performance, which gives us clear visibility on what's working and where to push harder.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate that Introw has a solid workflow for managing deals of partners and our own salespeople side by side. A highlight for me is that it truly integrates with our HubSpot data, eliminating the need for additional sync processes. The initial setup was pretty easy, and we received a lot of support. The support is simply awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it could be visually more modifiable with branded styles.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Introw really useful for analyzing every deal and the revenue generated. It's also great for seeing how our partners are interacting with our content. I think Introw is pretty complete compared to a lot of CRM tools and it's easy to use. I like the automation on email and the Slack feature, which allows us to build content and notifications. The team is eager to build more features, and I'm looking forward to that.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like PRM is still kind of manual tool. It's still kind of like a tool or solution, and at the end of the day, you don't want to rely on sharing deal slips. It's something that should evolve in the future. If you can have a solution that can capture any leads from emails, Slack, or phone, it could be a much more powerful tool. I would also add if this could connect with solution like Auctor for implementation this would be mindblowing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Introw helps us handle partnership strategy, analyze deals, and revenue. It connects to our CRM and tracks partner interactions, replacing our outdated internal tools.

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve used other PRMs for nearly 15 years, and the experience has usually been clunky, time-consuming, and frustrating. Introw is the first PRM I’ve worked with where both my team and our partners have had a genuinely positive experience, without running into performance issues that come from outdated technology. The Salesforce integration was completely seamless and connected within minutes, instead of requiring days of tinkering with bulky workflows. The Introw team made onboarding a breeze and has stayed highly engaged throughout, and it’s all at a much more competitive price than the alternatives I’ve considered. I also appreciate the weekly updates on new releases and platform upgrades, which help me stay on top of what’s changing.I've been using various Partner Relationship Management (PRM) tools for nearly 15 years, and my experiences have often been clunky, time-consuming, and frustrating. It would be great to see more robust features in the training component. That said, I understand those improvements are on the way.

As a lean partnerships team, Introw has allowed us to focus more on engaging with partners and giving them the tools they need to be successful with our solutions, instead of spending time resolving errors, repeatedly sending re-authentication requests, or figuring out the HTML and CSS just to make small changes. Communication is now far more streamlined, deal registration feels seamless, and our partners are noticeably happier overall.

What do you like best about the product?
Introw is a flexible solution, with a team committed to customer success and continual improvement of the solution. They are very responsive to questions and user input and seem to be happy at their jobs, too.

There is a learning curve, as with any new solution.

We are just starting our partner program, and Introw makes it simple to share materials, communicate with partners, and register and work on deals, without the security risk of giving full CRM access to partners.

What do you like best about the product?
Introw has a very clean and intuitive interface that makes managing partner relationships straightforward from day one. It doesn't take long to get up and running, and the platform stays out of your way so you can focus on actually working with your partners rather than figuring out the tool. It's a solid, reliable PRM that does what it promises without unnecessary complexity.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many things to dislike - the platform is still maturing, so occasionally you come across a feature that could go a bit deeper or a customization option you wish existed. That said, the team seems responsive and the product keeps improving, so it feels more like a matter of time than a dealbreaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Introw, keeping track of partner relationships, referrals, and engagement was scattered and time-consuming. Introw brings everything into one place, making it easy to stay on top of partnerships without things falling through the cracks. Introw has made our partner program feel more structured and professional overall.
