Effortless Setup and Powerful HubSpot Integration
What do you like best about the product?
Out of the box and super powerful. You set it up in hours, instead of weeks and months. And the native integration with HubSpot is really mindblowing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't really know to be honest, might be a little less customizable than legacy PRM's
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us insights in our indirect channel and also takes care of most of the Partner enablement for us. We went from wishful thinking, to grip on our indirect pipeline and our Partners.
Effortless Sales Visibility and Outstanding Support
What do you like best about the product?
Introw makes it easier for us to have full visibility and accountability of our sales with our partners. It's very easy to use, it's visually appealing, and the Introw team is very attentive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The internal reporting tool isn't great, but it's anyways possible to add reports from PowerBI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a growing global partner network, and as a result, we need to have a tool that is able to grow with us and be very easy to use from day 1. Introw is great because it allows us to activate partners very quickly and ensure they have all the information available.
Flexible Platform with Outstanding Support
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of the platform and the responsiveness of the Introw team. The product fits real partner workflows, and when we needed missing functionality, their team delivered it quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
ome features we needed were not available out of the box, but the gap was short-lived thanks to how fast their support team addressed it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Introw solves the problem of managing partner relationships and collaboration in a structured way instead of scattered tools and manual processes. It gives us a single place to onboard partners, share assets, manage collaboration, and keep everything organized. This saves time, reduces friction with partners, and allows us to scale our partner program without adding operational overhead.

It's very intuitive and easy to use, integrate, and set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes about Introw as of now. As we continue to scale, I'm excited to see more.

Introw Sets the Standard for Innovative and User-Friendly PRM Solutions
What do you like best about the product?
Introw stands out as one of the most innovative and user-friendly PRM solutions available today. Having implemented more than ten PRM systems throughout my career, I can say that Introw surpasses the rest with its quick implementation process and the wealth of valuable features it brings to our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only minor drawback I’ve found with Introw is the limited ability to download certain reports as an Executive Summary for presentation to my C-Suite. Aside from this, Introw meets all my expectations from a PRM perspective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We brought in Introw to connect our Partner ecosystem with our sales team. In my view, a PRM is essential for communicating and collaborating with Partners, ensuring you always know the status of your deals and customer relationships. Introw now supports me in enabling my partners, helping them understand how to effectively sell my products.
Introw Streamlines Partner Communication and Boosts Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
We were one of the first users of Introw and it helps us a lot in communicating with our partner network. Also the continuous link with Hubspot with deal insigths helps us save a lot of time and have a very open transparant partnerprogram.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes our partners are having problem to access the platform because of their internal policies. This is not really an Introw problem itself but is a bit annoying when dealing with specific categories of partners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to communicate in a structured way with Partners and share the insights in our partner deal pipeline in an easy way.
Quick Setup and User-Friendly Interface
What do you like best about the product?
The deployment and setup process is quick, and the interface is easy to use. Customer support is on-point and they are instantly reachable, helpful and friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't come across anything I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It condenses three platforms into a single, slick interface.
Effortless Setup and Seamless Salesforce Integration
What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use and integrates well with Salesforce.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I discovered yet. One thing that has been annoying is that sometimes the synced partner accounts from Salesforce break, but honestly, this could be because of our Salesforce configuration and have nothing to do with Introw.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Partners can easily log into their partner portal, view content and submit their leads. Everything syncs easily into SalesForce. Before, our partner team used HubSpot forms for this process but in the hubspot form we couldn't add any content, instructions on how to submit leads, also our partners couldn't see progress on their submitted leads (which ones converted into opportunities, revenue etc). Now with Introw our partners and ourselves have way more visibility.
HubSpot Integration and Fantastic Support Make It a Standout
What do you like best about the product?
That it's HubSpot first, and I like that the customer support is so fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would automate partner payments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Introw allows our partners to see the deals that they've sent us, where those deals are at in our sales process, and how much revenue we've generated from those deals, which clearly sets expectations and fosters partner activity.
Introw Sets a New Standard for Partner Portals
What do you like best about the product?
Introw is, by some considerable distance, far and away the best partner portal with which I have worked over the years. Takes what a partner portal can do to 'an entirely new level'. The biggest advantage is that the Introw platform allows the Distributor and Resellers to manage their own opportunities, communicate, share leads, and allow us as a fast growing AppSec vendor to automate much of the partner management / communications. The Introw team also responds very very quickly and is open to suggestions and responds proactively.
What do you dislike about the product?
As for disadvantages, well, the scope of what is possible with the Introw partner portal is so much larger than what is possible with the stunted, forgotten platforms normally implemented, that one ends up pushing the boundaries of what is possible. In 8 months the Introw partner portal has, for example, grown from Single-tier to Two-Tier channel models, which engendered new areas to update and capabilities to add. But those get resolved pretty quickly.

Introw is allowing us to scale and automate the management of a large number of opportunities across multiple distributors and resellers. Also, channel-led lead management across multiple geos.
