Empowers Partner Management with Intuitive Features

What do you like best about the product?
I like Introw's UX and the experience feature that allows me to create tailored partner journeys. The ability to segment partners and present ERP-specific content relevant to them easily is really valuable. Additionally, I find the analytics feature helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have a few issues with Introw. The pricing model could be better, and the translation feature is missing, which would be really helpful. Also, the tier structure isn't super easy to convert into a program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Introw for partner management, distributing content, co-working on deals, communication, and kickback handling.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the UI and the integration with HubSpot. It’s also pretty easy to use, and the overall experience feels straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it’s a bit too simple right now. The platform could really use a few more features. At the moment, it mainly feels like it’s just tracking deals, but I think there’s an opportunity to turn it into a true partner hub—something where both my team and the partner can actually work and stay in one place.

Allows us and our partners to track deals that they bring in

What do you like best about the product?
I like Introw because they have good support and a good user interface. It's a very niche-specific tool that solves exactly our use case. It helps us manage our partners effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some minor things with regards to adding line items and information to the deals, which could be improved for some partners. But overall, it's a good product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Introw helps manage partner relationships by ensuring that all partners have the same information at the same time, even when they use different CRMs. It's a niche tool solving our exact use case with a good user interface and support.

Seamless Integrations and Customizable Features Boost Productivity

What do you like best about the product?
I love Introw's clean, modern interface, which was easy to get both the internal team and our partners up and running. It's simple and has everything we needed feature-wise, allowing us to customize it well without too many restrictions. The seamless integrations with Hubspot, Slack, and Claude make everything work together efficiently, reducing admin time and updating simultaneously across platforms. It was very easy to set up, and I appreciate the lack of complexity in managing our partner relationships from onboarding to partner marketing. Compared other competitors, Introw stood out for its interface and feature richness.

I have also been particularly impressed by the sales and success team - they are so knowledgeable and patient and made the buying process so smooth, enjoyable and not seedy at all. Shout out to Kitti and Anne-Sophie <3
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI course creator is in beta stage so not the best at the moment, but the AI tool is optional and you can still create courses with your own content and structure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Introw to manage partner relationships from onboarding to marketing. It's easy to use with a clean interface. The integrations with Hubspot, Claude, and Slack reduce admin time and streamline updates across platforms, making our PRM management more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
we like the support that we get from Kitti and the team, they are always readily available to answer our queries, even with the timezeone difference
The integration piece is also important to us and it it easily integrates to our platforms
What do you dislike about the product?
some of the UX can be a little difficult at the start, but you can get used to it

having better visibility of our partner's activity and how many leads they have referred to us.

UI/UX is extremely clean and easy to navigate with minimal support. The AI tools are constructed to supplement the service without bloating it.

Reporting and statistics on platform usage and adoption could be improved.

Introw provides us with a clear contextual platform to have data-driven conversations with partners. This removes any ambiguity and opens the door for transparent and constructive planning and activation.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Introw is that it combines a clean, intuitive UI with the integrations and support needed to make portal development practical and scalable. Kitti has been especially valuable throughout the process, helping us navigate onboarding, think through requirements, and keep momentum moving, while the platform’s performance, growing intelligence capabilities, and overall ROI have made Introw a strong fit for our partner portal strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any evolving platform, there have been areas where we’ve needed additional refinement or clarification as we’ve built out our use case, particularly around tailoring workflows to our specific portal needs. That said, the Introw team has been highly responsive to feedback, and making adjustments to our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Introw is helping us solve the challenge of building a more structured, scalable, and user-friendly partner portal experience. It has given us a stronger foundation for organizing workflows, improving the user experience, supporting integrations, and moving development forward more efficiently, all of which helps us better support our partners and drive greater long-term value from the portal.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and seamless integration with our CRM system

It’s quite feature-rich, which is great, but for certain use cases it can also feel a bit overwhelming at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to manage all of our partners and to give them insight into the referrals they send, which are then handled by our sales team in the CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Introw super intuitive to use. The best thing is the off-portal collaboration, which means I don't need to log in to the portal all the time. Everything is integrated on top of my CRM, so I can see everything tracked back to it. It's super easy to set up, probably the easiest and most simple PRM I've used. I love everything about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is truly perfect!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Introw improves pipeline visibility, partner visibility, and commission management while driving partner revenue.
