What do you like best about the product?
Its clear interface and integration with HubSpot make managing partners very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing negative. The platform continues to improve constantly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connect with our CRM and it gives us real-time visibility of the pipeline, improving coordination with partners.

What do you like best about the product?
Introw has been a great experience overall.
The platform is intuitive, easy to use, and really helps manage the relationships with our Partners. I really appreciate how seamless the process feels for both sides — it removes friction without losing the personal touch. The team behind Introw is also very responsive and thoughtful, which makes a big difference.
I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking to improve and streamline and simplify their Partner Management processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
After using it for 1 year, there is nothing I dislike so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main challenge we faced was that our partners’ lead submission process and the assignment of those leads to our Sales team were highly manual and time-consuming. Introw eliminated this manual work, allowing us to focus our time and energy on what really matters.

Revolutionary Partner Management That Fits Like a Glove

What do you like best about the product?
Introw represents a new era in partner relations management, offering a refreshing alternative to our previous "state of the art" solution. It has proven to be an excellent fit for our needs, with seamless interactions through HubSpot and intuitive partner rooms that make onboarding new partners straightforward -as well as the daily routines. The features and functions provided are comprehensive and do not impose any limitations.

Implementation was effortless and we got rapidly understanding "how to" - and we're kept aware of new possibilities by Introws' Customer Support. Introw integrates seamlessly to HubSpot, so it's easy to interact via HubSpot UI also.

Usage is daily-basis and the tool for us and the partners use it when ever there's a need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Choosing Introw was a leap of faith for us, as the company was still quite new and not very well known in 2023.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Handling the management of partners, including overseeing the pipeline and sales collaterals, has been part of my experience.

What do you like best about the product?
Introw is a powerful and intuitive platform. Seamless one-click HubSpot integration with true bidirectional sync. Very intuitive to use, strong UX, and a highly responsive and supportive team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is still relatively young, and a few features would benefit from further maturation and depth.

Handling and managing multiple partners from a single, centralized platform.
Standardizing partner processes across the ecosystem.
Enabling scalability as the partner network grows.
Supporting an efficient one-to-many operating model.

What do you like best about the product?
Out of the box and super powerful. You set it up in hours, instead of weeks and months. And the native integration with HubSpot is really mindblowing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't really know to be honest, might be a little less customizable than legacy PRM's
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us insights in our indirect channel and also takes care of most of the Partner enablement for us. We went from wishful thinking, to grip on our indirect pipeline and our Partners.

What do you like best about the product?
Introw makes it easier for us to have full visibility and accountability of our sales with our partners. It's very easy to use, it's visually appealing, and the Introw team is very attentive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The internal reporting tool isn't great, but it's anyways possible to add reports from PowerBI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a growing global partner network, and as a result, we need to have a tool that is able to grow with us and be very easy to use from day 1. Introw is great because it allows us to activate partners very quickly and ensure they have all the information available.

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of the platform and the responsiveness of the Introw team. The product fits real partner workflows, and when we needed missing functionality, their team delivered it quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
ome features we needed were not available out of the box, but the gap was short-lived thanks to how fast their support team addressed it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Introw solves the problem of managing partner relationships and collaboration in a structured way instead of scattered tools and manual processes. It gives us a single place to onboard partners, share assets, manage collaboration, and keep everything organized. This saves time, reduces friction with partners, and allows us to scale our partner program without adding operational overhead.
