Easy way to accomplish compliance!

What do you like best about the product?
We struggled with training compliance in social engineering and staff fell victim to a phishing email. KnowBe4 was recommended to me and after a brief demo and quick pricing/contract process, we were in! The setup was easy and we were able to get my staff training and random phishing tests implemented within 30 days. The entire staff has been very helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me every step of the way!
I was blown away by the amount of training materials and phishing samples!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't run into anything to dislike yet!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping staff trained and actively tested on social engineering.
Quarantining malicious email attempts.

Automate your Phishing Email Incident Response

What do you like best about the product?
PhishER has greatly helped us remove manual processes from our Email Incident Response process and allowed us to automate and leverage AI in order to properly anyalze and respond to reported email phishing threats. PhishER integrations with M365 and VirusTotal has allowed us to stay one step ahead of email threats and respond to reported incidents faster and more effectively. The latest updates including CrowdStrike and Syslog integrations are much appreciated, and is good to see further inovation in the product. Implementation was also seemless like most SaaS products, Would highly recommend if already utilizing the KnowBe4 Platform!
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting could be greatly improved to generate better charts, visuals and executive summary reports similiar to the KnowBe4 platform. PhishML still needs work, particularly in classifying clean senders/domains.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
The machine learning algorithm is very good, the accuracy is great. I just wish I could apply it to all incoming mail. Multi-tenant support is also great, I'm glad to see care is given to those sorts of cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I can't apply the machine learning filter to all incomign mail and prevent having to RIP things back out retroactively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to meaningfully act on user-reported phishing messages, and lessen our workload in doing so using automation.

Great human firewall product!

What do you like best about the product?
Once configured, it is easy to use on the admin side and runs itself. It's also easy for the staff to use via the PhishER Outlook plugin. the plugin provides a safe place to send suspicious emails instead of guessing and then hear back via email if it was a test, threat, spam or clean. We also use PhishRIP. If one person submits a suspicious email to PhishER and it's deemed a threat, PhishRIP will remove it from all email accounts to further reduce risk. The product has a good price point and our consultant contacts me as the admin quarterly with updates, assistance, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Was difficult to initially get configured.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The KnowBe4 training has given our staff the knowledge to know when to be suspicious of emails and a safe place to submit them for analysis. Our data is safer thanks to KnowBe4.

What do you like best about the product?
PhisherER is very user friendly, it allows me navigate user emails and sufficiently categorize them. PhishER was also easy to setup and the easy to setup in Outlook.
What do you dislike about the product?
No machine learning. I believe the software should learn from your choices and allow for more autmation based on administators behavior.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows for better reporting from my users.

What do you like best about the product?
Seemless intergation with our email system. Great training for our users to learn how to use it. KB4 helped us walk through and set it up, only took a couple of hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that PhishER would scan the email before it arrives to the client and not on demand by the client.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It classifies reported emails for me so that I don't have to

What do you like best about the product?
The library has plenty of options. I wouldn't consider any other security training platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface is kind of confusing. Lots of moving parts and seems like too much going on. Would love to see it simplified.

Easy to use croudsourced spam and phishing email product

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to easily review messages submitted by my users and to be able to give them feedback, and take action if needed. Being able to easily find and delete or quarantine messages from all of my users inbox is an amazing feature. Lately I have seen multiple instances where a "Global" PhishRIP was started and pulled a number of emails from my users, potentially saving us from a phishing incident.
I have used the customer support a couple of times and they have been knowledgeable and helpful every time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit frustrating that you have to first log into the KB4 training portal before being able to access the Phisher Plus interface. (This looks like it is getting fixed soon in the new unified login process.)
I wish that I would be able to simply enter an email address to initiate a PhishRIP, instead of having to wait for a user to send in a malicious email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PhishER+ allows me to have users submit emails for review directly into a single interface where I can look at them and act accordingly. Further, having the crowdsourced list of known bad URLs and senders is a powerful feature. I love the ability to integrate with VirusTotal to automatically scan attachments right from the review pane is a great feature.

The fastest way to get user reports of bad emails

What do you like best about the product?
A simple button allows the users to immediately report an email they find suspicious or alarming. We can then examine the email in a safe environment to deteremine the extent of the issue. It's a fairly easy rollout and trainig is enhanced as the platform knows when it's a KB4 phish test.
What do you dislike about the product?
Users are often congratulated for finding an actual threat when it is legitimate mail. The IT interface needs some evolution in dealing with the email after classification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More users are allowed to report phishing and malware etc. much faster and easier. Followup is easier as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Being responsible for our organization’s cybersecurity and mandatory state training, I’ve found KnowBe4 and its products invaluable, especially PhishER. PhishER’s user-friendly interface and powerful automation capabilities have drastically reduced the time and effort needed to handle and resolve phishing threats. The AI-driven analysis and categorization of emails, along with the seamless integration with KnowBe4’s training platform, have significantly enhanced our threat response and overall security awareness. Customizable workflows and real-time reporting provide the flexibility and insights needed to stay ahead of potential threats, making it a robust tool.

Also, KnowBe4's support has been outstanding, with responsive customer service and representatives. They ensure the service is being utilized to its full capabilities and keep the training and internal exercises fresh. Overall, I highly recommend KnowBe4’s PhishER for any organization looking to efficiently enhance its phishing threat management.

The most challenging part of KnowBe4 and its products is maintaining consistency across the different platforms while effectively keeping users engaged and alert to never-ending threats.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem KnowBe4 PhishER resolves for our organization is that once a threat is identified, the automation kicks in, seeking out and removing similar threats from other active email accounts within our organization. This reduces the risk and decreases user reporting, ultimately saving time and resources for our staff.
