PhishER - An early warning, detection, and mitigation system

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that it gives me insight into not only the threat, but a 'sandbox' of sorts that I can analyze the email(s) in their entirety. This coupled with the fact that PhishRIP will systematically remove the threat from other users mailboxes in our division.
What do you dislike about the product?
The adoption and usage rate. This is of no fault of KnowBe4, but our end user community.
The plus side is the KB4 training that we can assign to our end users to continually keep security top of mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Stopping the spread of bad actors trying to steal credentials, scam end users, and try to gain unauthorized access to our assets. It also gives me an insight as to how these bad actors operate and things to look for so that we can continue to educate our end users.

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility, ease of use and its scope. I have deployed PhishER in three different companies, each had its own requirements and this platform already provided a solution out of the box.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recently we found that in an open environment where issues are reported and visible to all employees, phishing messages and senders are flagged and other employees can see the messages and can avoid making their own decisions about the messages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phisher teaches employees how to indetify a compromised email message, what to do, and who to report to. This lowers the probability of a human error causing a security incident.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of setup & use, great training tools & training campaign setup & the automation & reporting. Phishing is good, believable, questionable & the feedback from the PAB is valuable to the user.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike. It's great

Awareness & confidence to recognise phishing emails.

What do you like best about the product?
I really love that if a threat is detected, the email is pulled from other email inboxes where it may also sit without any additional work from myself or my team. All it takes is for 1 person to report a suspicious email and the rest happens behind the scenes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once you set this up, there really isn't anything to dislike. Amy (my customer success manager) has been fabulous to work with and walked me through those set up steps with ease.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PhishER takes the thinking of it. An email is reported via Phish Alert and the rest automatically happens. Removing suspicious emails that are deamed a threat without any extra work on my part is the best thing.

Easy way to accomplish compliance!

What do you like best about the product?
We struggled with training compliance in social engineering and staff fell victim to a phishing email. KnowBe4 was recommended to me and after a brief demo and quick pricing/contract process, we were in! The setup was easy and we were able to get my staff training and random phishing tests implemented within 30 days. The entire staff has been very helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me every step of the way!
I was blown away by the amount of training materials and phishing samples!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't run into anything to dislike yet!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping staff trained and actively tested on social engineering.
Quarantining malicious email attempts.

Automate your Phishing Email Incident Response

What do you like best about the product?
PhishER has greatly helped us remove manual processes from our Email Incident Response process and allowed us to automate and leverage AI in order to properly anyalze and respond to reported email phishing threats. PhishER integrations with M365 and VirusTotal has allowed us to stay one step ahead of email threats and respond to reported incidents faster and more effectively. The latest updates including CrowdStrike and Syslog integrations are much appreciated, and is good to see further inovation in the product. Implementation was also seemless like most SaaS products, Would highly recommend if already utilizing the KnowBe4 Platform!
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting could be greatly improved to generate better charts, visuals and executive summary reports similiar to the KnowBe4 platform. PhishML still needs work, particularly in classifying clean senders/domains.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

- Leveraging AI and VirusTotal Integrations
- Organizing Threat Cases

What do you like best about the product?
The machine learning algorithm is very good, the accuracy is great. I just wish I could apply it to all incoming mail. Multi-tenant support is also great, I'm glad to see care is given to those sorts of cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I can't apply the machine learning filter to all incomign mail and prevent having to RIP things back out retroactively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to meaningfully act on user-reported phishing messages, and lessen our workload in doing so using automation.

Great human firewall product!

What do you like best about the product?
Once configured, it is easy to use on the admin side and runs itself. It's also easy for the staff to use via the PhishER Outlook plugin. the plugin provides a safe place to send suspicious emails instead of guessing and then hear back via email if it was a test, threat, spam or clean. We also use PhishRIP. If one person submits a suspicious email to PhishER and it's deemed a threat, PhishRIP will remove it from all email accounts to further reduce risk. The product has a good price point and our consultant contacts me as the admin quarterly with updates, assistance, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Was difficult to initially get configured.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The KnowBe4 training has given our staff the knowledge to know when to be suspicious of emails and a safe place to submit them for analysis. Our data is safer thanks to KnowBe4.

What do you like best about the product?
PhisherER is very user friendly, it allows me navigate user emails and sufficiently categorize them. PhishER was also easy to setup and the easy to setup in Outlook.
What do you dislike about the product?
No machine learning. I believe the software should learn from your choices and allow for more autmation based on administators behavior.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows for better reporting from my users.

What do you like best about the product?
Seemless intergation with our email system. Great training for our users to learn how to use it. KB4 helped us walk through and set it up, only took a couple of hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that PhishER would scan the email before it arrives to the client and not on demand by the client.

It classifies reported emails for me so that I don't have to
