PhishER is a product that keeps evolving and improving
What do you like best about the product?
This is just the start, but essentially the ability to quickly review submitted items & perform queries to rip the e-mail from all mailbox across our tenants, in addition ability to perform block functions directly from PhishER into our Microsoft Tenant without having to navigate seperately makes the process smooth & easy to control from one location. Implementing it was a breeze, simple and pretty straight forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one downside is some missing options especially when it potrays to blocking, in Microsoft you have the ability to block indefinitely, however in PhishER there is not indefinite option. While it doesn't happen often, there are instances were we would like a permanent block.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mixed Bag feelings towards the tool but mostly positive
What do you like best about the product?
I can streamline and group phishing attacks and block by any commonalities. It integrates with Office 365 so we can push a block list automatically. The tool is easy to set up and is pretty easy to use and in today's environment it is used quite often.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does not match the block conditions entirely to office 365, as you can't block emails/hashes forever. Customer Support response can be somewhat slow sometimes. Match conditions can sometimes break the platform and show nothing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Controlling Phishing and Spear-Phishing Attacks.
Automation is the key
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that the system will respond automatically to a user that need to know if the received email is good or not. The fact that the training can follow automatically is great too.
What do you dislike about the product?
When the reports are ready .... it sends a link to the portal to get the report. Would be better if they receive the CSV/PDF directly in that email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Users were sending their SPAM or not sure emails to our support team and created a ticket. So the support team had to check if everything was fine with it. Took an employe's value time for this. Now its done automatically in PhishER so the technicien can work on other stuff .... gaining time. And the users love it .... they are not sure, they push the phish button and can get a respond about it not too long after.

There's nothing about this application that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making my environment very secure by catching security threats and educating staff on the various security threats.
PhishER Has Been Great
What do you like best about the product?
We are already seeing the benefits of PhishER at our company. Our employees get excited about discovering phishing attempts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting PhishER stood up was a bit of struggle but that was not a deterrent. It is a great program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helpimg out user get more familiar with phishing attemps and helping us keep the phishers out of our data.
Reduced my workload
What do you like best about the product?
Setting up automated actions and rules to deal with the daily spam and obvious phishing emails has freed me up to be able to dive into the real phishing emails and other aspects of my position.
What do you dislike about the product?
From time to time there appears to be some slowness in the system for the VirusTotal checks and showing up in the inbox for analysis, but they are infrequent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's analyzing emails for me so that I don't have to manually do it. It has automated features to add things to block lists and spam lists and can disposition obvious issues with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the analysis features offered with the PhishER product and how it allows you to streamline the process of identifying spam, malware, and other malicious emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how complex it is to customixze the platform to your needs and what you desire the service to be able to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This prodcut is helping to reduce the amount of security risks my organization is receiveing via email-born attacks.
Reliable and Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of threat resoltion is by far the best feature. We are able to quickly target and remove possible threats. Thanks to the Office 365 Integration it was very easy to implement into our work environment and staff were able to utilize it right away. Thanks to this, staff have an easy process to report any possible threats within our email system and we get more reports than we did prior to using Phisher.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface is a little confusing at first, but becomes easier to navigate and figure out as you use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phisher is allowing us to reduce the impact of phishing emails within our Agency. It allows to quickly target and remove any possible threats throughout all the users in our system with very little work from our support team.
Really helped step up our security awareness game!
What do you like best about the product?
We enjoy KnowBe4 for its high focus on cybersecurity. The tools that Knowbe4 offer help us to train our companys employees to recognize and avoid phishing attempts. We are frequent users of the PhishER phishing simulation platform and appreciate the streamlined process of managing artificial and potential real phishing incidents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont have any negatives to report right now on the use of PhishER.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 PhishER contributes to strengthening our organization's overall cybersecurity posture and reducing the risks associated with phishing attacks. It has helped us with our Phishing Awareness Training, Incident Response and Analysis, User Reporting and Involvement, and Phishing Incident Metrics and Reporting.
A beneficial product for safety and learning

The ability to have end users phish emails using the kb4 tool

Have not come across any issue that has caused dislike.

Training our end users to spot and report phishing emails.
