Easy Phishing Check and Remediation
What do you like best about the product?
Having the button in the Outlook toolbar and also accessible on mobile devices to easily submit suspected phishing email is very convenient. The button submits the email and removes it from your Inbox. If it is determined to be malicious, that information is used to remove it from others Inboxes and/or prevent it's delivery in the first place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really complain, it works well. If I had to say something, finding how to report phishing on mobile devices is a little hard to find at first. In the desktop Outlook, it's just right there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy and cerntralized reporting and submission of suspected malicious email. It also uses submissions and detections to preemptively protect others in the company/organization.

The integration of PhishER with the Phish Alert Button and Microsoft365 has proven to be the most valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting is lacking quite a bit. I would love to be able to do more in generating dashboard widgets that tell the story I want told that could then be exported to a report for my ITSC without much manipulation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Removal of malicious emails from user mailboxes. When a user reports a suspicious email and that email is deemed a "Threat" then PhishRIP does it's thing.

PhishER - Mandatory for IT Security Professionals
What do you like best about the product?
PhishER gives our employees an easy outlet to report suspicious emails and engage with the IT Security team.
The Security team can easily and effectively take action on malicious emails quickly.
The console is also incredibly easy to use and manage.

The PhishRIP feature sometimes can not find emails and will return with zero results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PhishER gives our users an outlet to report emails directly to our security team so we can take action against malicious attacks.
Phishing Defense Simplified
What do you like best about the product?
I like that PhishER will try and determing which emails are threats before I even have a chance to look into the emails. This saves me a lot of time since I don't have to look into these emails as much since I know they are a threat. Even when I have to investigate these emails, the separation of images and links and being able to click one button to scan these potentially malicious images and links is very easy. When I had contacted customer support about a new feature being added they were quick to respond and very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The number one thing that I dislike is that when an email is reported, every link within the email should automatically be scanned. Having to go through and individually click the scan button for each link and image is time consuming. If there was one button that said "Scan All" it would save a lot of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problem of having a way to manage phishing emails. It's easy to tell employees to click the button rather than forward the email to the IT department.

KnowBe4 is helping us to solve the problem of users just clicking everything. Our users do a pretty good job of reporting suspicious emails and PhishER allows me to examine those emails and further train our end users

The Blocklist feature does not support Google Workspace, which is a significant limitation for organizations using GSuite instead of Microsoft products
