Set it and Forget it but there is so much more...
What do you like best about the product?
The Phish Alert button is great and easy for users to help them identify possible bad email. It also takes the load off the help desk for replying to users that, "Yes, indeed you have properly ID a bad email".
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost is always a concern and the cost for the three year renewal has doubled compared to what we payed 3 years ago. But we are still customers because it is so easy to use and manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Phish Alert button is one method users can be self-sufficient in reporting and contributing to helping organizations ID bad emails. It makes the users feel as if they are really helping mitigate bad actors.
Great email security tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can take reports from my employees and use them to remove bad emails from other employee mailboxes. It makes it easy to keep us safe and capture any phishing that sneaks through. I also love that the same tool to report spam allows for employees to pass the phish testing from knowbe4.
Setup was really easy and I've gotten great support to ensure everything is connected correctly. It was easy to integrate into google and push the PAB to users accounts.

What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some work to get everyone compliant and using the PAB. As an admin I can push the tool but I can't force people to use it. Fortunately knowbe4 has training we can assign to hammer home the importance
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PhishER helps me identify and manage potential security threats reaching my employee's mailboxes. Before we had PhishER I could only rely on people coming to tell me if they get something weird, now they can just click one button and I can manage the threat.

PhishER is excellent, and I will keep using it for every company I work with.
What do you like best about the product?
I love PhishER because it's easy to integrate the Phish Alert button in Outlook. I get an admin portal that's easy to work with, and automation is a breeze.

Some slowness in Phish Alert integration in Outlook

What do you like best about the product?
The deployment of PhishER saved the IT team time because end users can now report spam to the PhishER system directly. They used to forward spam emails to the IT team to check and respond to whether they were spam or not. The PhishER portal is organized and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I wish there was a way for the system to auto-categorize the spam emails sent to PhishER by the end users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves time and makes the end user more knowledgeable about spam emails. Now they have to analyze the email and determine if it's spam or not before clicking the Phish Alert button to report spam.

What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't neccesarily find all the RIP'd messages unless all the search terms are exact. Not always sure what all key terms to use to successfully find all malicious emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gives users an easy and consistent way to report suspicious emails. Keeps everything in one place so I can easily investigate and respond quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of PhishER/PhishER Plus is the PhishRip feature. It allows me to remove threats from inboxes and minimizes risk before the user even has a chance to see the email. Then, have the option to flip those emails, scrub them off any threats, and resend the clean version to test users. I also really like the integration with Office 365, and being able to add entries to our blocklist. I log into it every day to review the inbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to automate adding entries to our blocklist. As it stands now, I have to manually go into each report email and click to add.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's added another layer of security and peace of mind to our email security.

It is easy to use and setup. It works and blocks malicious emails. The tool has had a postive experience for our network.

Would like to see better dashboard and reporting metrics

It is helping to extend our cybersecurity strategy to protect our environment.
PhishER helps remove the daily task of reviewing suspicious emails!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the product because it does a pretty thorough job of reviewing emails sent in by our user base and if there is a known threat included in the submitted email, it will mark it as a threat. PhishER will also do the same for spam emails. If it doesn't know then it will sit in the inbox and let me classify it manually. Honestly it's usually able to drop down the amount of emails I need to review manually by at least 85%. It helps me save a lot of time for other things, as well as gets the clean emails back to the users in a more timely fashion.
Software is super to easy to install and use. Knowbe4 Support will jump on the phone with you and walk you through the rules process. I think it's pretty easy to set it up yourself, but they will set up a call as soon as you purchase.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative thing I have to say is that with the PhishRIP part of PhishER. The phishRIP does great, however once an email goes into that phishRip process, the report dashboard doesn't indicate which rip process is for which email. So it makes it a little difficult to trace sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me time each day by classifying suspcious emails submitted by my users. As I mentioned earlier, it probalby cuts down on the amount of suspicouis emails that need to be manually reviewed by about 85%. The other great feature is once one user submits an email, and that email is classified as malicious, I have our configuration set up to automatically remove that email from other user's inboxes. I believe this helps us stay more secure by taking that potential threat out of more users's reach.

Simple for end users to use and integrated to Outlook.
What do you dislike about the product?
Front end training for users. Users tend to forget to submit via Phish icon.
