PhishER - catch and release
What do you like best about the product?
Should an erroneous email make it passed through your firewall, all you need do is click on "HOOK" and DONE! It couldn't be any easier. Give it a try and see for yourself.

PhishER is a great product!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it trains end users to not click spam by training them to take the time and look. Our risk has gone down incredibly since using PhishER.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I can see no downsides. It is a great tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PhishER is a great product that is incredibly helpful. It is a benefit in that it allows me to be more focused on other IT areas.
Meets Organization Needs BIG and small!
What do you like best about the product?
PhishER is a great way to assess an organization's needs while streamlining integration and follow-up. The tech skill level doesn't matter, as one can be an expert or have very little understanding -the platform is straightforward to use to meet your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything that I dislike about PhishER. I've found that it meets my specific needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's important that team members understand when and how to respond to threats as well as be able to recognize them when they occur.

PhishER makes it easy for users to report mail, and we love the benefit that it will remove the email from other mailboxes.

What do you like best about the product?
Automate: Allows IT Admins to automate the typically tedious process of reviewing suspected spam/phishing/malware messages.
Empower: Provides staff with an easy and effective way to submit an email for review without fear of being judged by an obnoxious IT person. They can freely submit emails and receive an automated response on the email status in less than 60 seconds.
Identify: The PhishER system identifies the status of an email and then acts on it with custom-based rules. The ability for a single user to submit a message they deem malicious, PhishER to confirm, and then it will sweep through the entire organization and remove the message from all inboxes is genuinely outstanding.

What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, we had to tune the Virustotal timeout settings. The initial configuration took a bit of time, but once the Knowbe4 rep walked me through the setup, it worked as expected. I'd like the product to be advanced and taken to another level where it can replace email gateway products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides an automated solution for staff to report suspicious emails and get an immediate response on how to proceed without having to contact an IT administrator.
Very easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy and quick to mark an email and they deterimine quickly if it is a dangerous email.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about it. It is amazing.

It assists our employees with quick validation of a suspicious email.
A simple but powerful tool to Fight against Phishing
What do you like best about the product?
PhishER helps me by putting all of the reports in one place. It allows me to set up rules to deal with phishing automatically. PhishER's integrations with Viruts Total are beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although there is not a huge learning curve to using the PhishER tool, you will need to spend some time getting used to it. Knowbe4 was very helpful in getting set up but do consider the time investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need a central place to deal with Phishing incidents. PhishER is a great place to discuss and respond to Phishing attempts. It has helped our team realize what kind of attacks are being made against us.
Solid AI for automation
What do you like best about the product?
The automation capabilities of PhishER really helps augment our small team with the abiltity to work on other tasks and not have to worry about responding to every single e-mail that is submitted to our phishing mailbox. Once we got our rules set up and tuned we went from having to respond to 100 out of 100 messages, to only having to respond to messages to less then 5% of the incoming message.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that we didn't like about PhishER. I was already aware of the need to configure this tool for it to function as we wanted it to when messages came in. I would have to say the only feature missing, at this time, is the ability to directly respond to a user from the platform outside of the automated template. However, my understanding is that they are looking into options for including this in future platform releases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Users have always been the weakest link when it comes to phishing campaigns. THis helps us provide a means for our global user base to submit phishing messages to our security team for review. The automation kicks back a response of it being either an internal legitimate message, external legitimate message, SPAM message or a phishing message giving our users an almost realtime feedback of their messages they submit.

Reveals a wealth of information about recent security measures affecting individuals & businesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Articles are occassionally be a bit lengthy.

Resolving network security concerns.
Great product when it functions properly
What do you like best about the product?
The automation management of our potential phishing emails is nice, making it easier for us to focus on other areas of business. The ability to automate responses to our users for guidance helps reduce the amount of work our security team needs to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our biggest issue with PhishER is when it gets something wrong. We've had issues where executive members of the company have received known phishing attempt emails, report it to PhishER, and the AI reports back that the email is safe.

Automation of our responses to users submitting phishing alerts saves us time.
