Closing the email threat gap
What do you like best about the product?
I love that PhishER is simple to use, but HIGHLY effective at recognizing and automatically responding to the email threats that make it past our email gateway.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides are that no one tool is the silver bullet. That being said, PhishER picks up the slack where our traditional mail security solution leaves off. So it's another layer to the security onion, al beit simple and cost effective one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing our lean security team to focus on improving the overall security posture of the company instead of spending hours triaging phishing emails.
Let the system do the work
What do you like best about the product?
Give me the freedom of not having to personally check every email that someone finds Phishy.

Setting up the correct view for manual reviews can be tricky.

Leveraging machine learning to take day to day duties off my plate.

Analyzing and responding to a variety of phishing email threaths, reducing manual workload.

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 PhishER is an excellent product for any phishing issues and provides training and awareness for users on how to identifify, and capture these types of phishing criminals. KnowBe4 is very user friendly and is easily integrated into various platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really nothing I dislike about KnowBe4 PhishER.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assisting with identifying repeat violators (Phish alert report)
Increased Cybersecurity awareness and reduced phish-prone % from 35% to a average of 4%.
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly and always advancing enhancements. For a small team of admins the automation built into PhishER has made reporting, resolution, and blocking of threats easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need a mobile adminstrators app for Andriod and iPhone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows for users to report suspicious emails via desktop, web, and mobile via O365. Empowers the users to be part of the solution in keeping our network secure.
Very useful tool for our members
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of setting up "actions" and then being able to click on the appropriate action for each reported email
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like the fact that you have to purchase a VT licences if you go over a certain amount of reported emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping our members be able to report a suspicious email and our security team can investigate it when we have time rather than the member calling us on the phone every time they have a questionable email.
KnowBe4 - three steps beyond "goodest" :)
What do you like best about the product?
PhishER allows for the one click ability to blacklist emails from known bad entities. The ability to PhishRIP suspected emails from all employees email boxes is an exceptional add on.

What do you dislike about the product?
Truthfully, the ony thing I would like to see is the ability for PhishER to remember my choice of sorting the inbox newest to oldest. Now that is really nit-picking, as there really is nothing else I do not like about the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PhishER allows our employees to PhishAlert suspected emails and greatly aids in the determination of that emails status as either Safe, Spam, or Threat. It helps keep our employee staff aware of possible breach attempts, and allows our security staff to quickly determine the status of these reported emails and alert the employee(s) of the outcome.
Good solution for added review of phishing and good integration with Phish Testing

Good solution with good options for complexity and integration with other tools.
Integration with Outlook Add-In for all users is very helpful in alignment with the Phish Testing (good pairing).
Provides easy button for our staff that like to email support every email they suspect.
Has integration with M365 when malicious emals found to remove from other mailboxes from Exchange Online.

Provides simple integration that users can use in order to report questionable emails. Eases our first line support load.
First Line Security Review: Automation to review and provide feedback is again helpful, not needing to engage security specialist for every questionable email.

Great Training and Testing Program
What do you like best about the product?
This product provides great training and testing for our staff. We have been using this product for two years and have seen a significant reduction in phishing success while seeing an increase in attempts. The training and testing campaigns are automated, and the reporting tools are easy to use as well. The variety of phishing styles and the real world delivery has helped our users become very proficient with identifying these attempts. The easy deployment of the PhishAlert tool in O365 simplified integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
PhishER is a good tool but could use some interface streamlining. PhishRiP is less effective than you would expect it to be, with a general inability to find similiar messages automatically.
