Would not recommend for google users.
What do you like best about the product?
Not much. Most of my team is unable to use this because we are tablet based and the PAB and PhishER don't integrate with google on tablets.
What do you dislike about the product?
The PAB, which sends emails to PhishER does not work on tablets. 90% of my team is on tablets so they are unable to use PhishER even though we were told by the sales rep that this would not be an issue. Very disappointed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PhishER works for messages reported from a computer. It filters these correctly.
Making Email Analysis Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature my team and I enjoy is creating various workflows and getting up roles to help automate our analysis. Without the automation aspect of the product, it would take longer to review emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about PhishER is the action button feature is currently limited to only 8 actions. It would be great to have additional options even though the button features helps a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem PhishER is helping us solve is by having that one place to go and review emails and obtain clean, spam, and threat confidence levels versus having an analyst guess or just off of an opinion. Another key problem PhishER is having us solve it ticket generation. With a single button click, a ticket is created where our team can write up notes and steps taken to review the email to follow a documented process.
PhishER has greatly helped our organization identify, locate and prevent phishing emails.
What do you like best about the product?
PhishRIP is very helpful removing malicious emails from multiple mailboxes.
What do you dislike about the product?
When the query feature doesn't work correctly and yields incorrect results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PhishER is helping us with security awareness allowing us to use phishflipped emails in our templates for phishing campaigns in KnowBe4.
Integrated way to report phishing attempts
What do you like best about the product?
Our IT department recently installed a plugin in Microsoft Outlook that allows you to report a suspected phishing attempt with the click of a button. It's simple and effective to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I dislike about PhishER so far. It's not a free service, so it could be cost-prohibitive for some nonprofits, organizations, and companies, but it's a great service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our IT department implemented required phishing training to all employees and then implemented PhishER in our Outlook email program. Our employees are now more knowledgeable about phishing attempts and this gives us a great way to report phishing emails without having to contact IT every time. IT even sends out fake phishing attempts to see how employee awareness has changed.
Amazing force multiplier for email threat analysis
What do you like best about the product?
The automatic prioritization of emails saves us so much time and allows us to focus our efforts on the emails and threats that matter most.
What do you dislike about the product?
It requires a bit of initial configuration in order to really get the most out of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our small team does not have the time or resources to chase down every threat. PhishER gives us a single location to address everything.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to take known phishing emails and use those as teaching tools for our entire company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The build out is a bit complicated but I understand we need a number of areas configured to ensure proper identification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
allowing us to actively quarantine across systems and leverage that bad actor to teach.
Great for Awareness Training and educate our peers

Is is easy to:
- Create a phishing campaign (and customs too!);
- Categorize risky/non-risky users by creating groups for specific target audiences;
- Organize your security awareness months in advance by creating and scheduling your templates and sending them to users at specific timings; and
- PhishER is so great because you can easily automatize so much so it becomes a powerful ally instead of many tools that are more kind of a burden over time...

What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I dislike about the product. SecurityCoach is a new feature, and the onboarding has not been as smooth as we would like. But I can see why it is an excellent tool to educate users directly after they have done a questionable action.
I think that this new feature should be free (included) in the Diamond plan. *(and an additonnal fee with the other plans).

We are using PhishER to automatize email triaging and auto-response.
The PhishRIP feature is also great for collecting similar emails to the one reported so we can quarantine them across the entire organization in bulk.
Although, it would be a great addition if we could use PhishER so it could find emails that has not been already reported. If would be so helpful to ask PhishER to find emails across the organization using attributes like subject, sender, body, etc (pretty much the same attributes already available for a normal PhishRIP). That way, we could find and potentially quarantine suspicious emails even if a user has not reported it.

What do you like best about the product?
We like that PhishER helps us to identify risky emails, especially when they have attachments.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way for it to permanently block the emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PhishER is helping our staff to identify spam and phishing emails when they otherwise might be unsure.
Check on Learning Tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is a good check on learning tools. I would recommend it to other companies and it was easy to implement.
Being able to allow IT to test users and verify social engineering's risk on current employees is valuable.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything I dislike about the product. We had a user who could not find the fishing hook icon due to gmail hiding it. Maybe make a way where the user doesn't have the ability to hide the icon.

Assisting with email analysis.
