Easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard is very useful, gives you an overview of phish reporting. I also like the reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like it overall, nothing negative to report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It let us know what users are doing when they suspect a phising email.

What do you like best about the product?
The automation of PhishER changes a 7 step process to a 2 step process. The PAB w/ PhishER simplifies how users report phishing emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setup was a little non-intuitive, but doable with help from a KnowBe4 account representative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not only does it simplify the process of reporting phishing emails of our users, but allows us to have a central location to review these emails. Having the ability (and automation) to quickly remove phishing emails from all of our users inboxes is a big plus, since it can all be done much quicker.

What do you like best about the product?
Phish is great about giving details about the email header, such as SPF, DKIM , DMARC.
This helps me analyze the email and report back to the user.
Email query is also great, where I can quarantine similar emails that have been pushed out in mass amounts.
The email automation review also helps. This is great because i don't have to analyze each email submission

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the PhishER had the option to block email addresses with M365. This helps prevent the same email/domain from sending multiple
spams or threats.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helps users report suspicious emails for us to investigate.
Once the user submits an email, PhishEr deletes the email which cleans the user's inbox.
When an email broadcast a spam/threat, the query & quarantined featrue helps out.
This benefits us from multiple users sending the same email and quarantining the spam/threat emails in mass.

What do you dislike about the product?
-The report may not be the best because I have some struggles creating a report about training for my upper manager with specific requirement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The PhishER helps me to find phish emails and pull them out from users who get similar emails. This is helping me to reduce users to click the phish email link
PhishER is BettER than most
What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy to use interface and implementation of training. It was a smooth process and easy to train
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the UI could be a bit more attractive. It doesn't stand out too much but that isn't always a bad thing.

It's helping my team and firm combat cyber crime and for users in cyber security, this has proven to be very helpful

Nothing like telling customers, look, you can press this button and it does all the informing we need.

That users are so slow to use the button. First they're not happy about having to fill out tickets or forward to the Help Desk but a button? Wow, talk about making their lives easier and that's just TOO much to ask

The most comprehensive education system I've seen
What do you like best about the product?
PhishER is extremely thorough while maintaining flexibility. The support has been amazing, and the staff has embraced the program without complaint. The courses and playbooks are easy to set up and maintain.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's almost too thorough. For the IT/security side of things, it's great, but we have run into issues with it feeling like too much at times. The phishing reporting tool can seem a bit clunky and the tests can get kind of messy through Gmail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PhishER does everything it says it does. Many companies over promise, but PhishER has been reliable and has served its purpose from the start. Our staff is well educated and we have been able to stay ahead of many potential liabilities.

PhishER provides a user friendly solution to help control email SPAM, a simply Outlook plug-in that users can move questionable emails to for scanning and disposition

The AI engine behind PhisER sometimes miscategorizes emails

PhishER is helping our organizational control email SPAM and also educating users on what may/may not be SPAM

What do you like best about the product?
What I have liked the best about PhishER is knowing the safety behind and being able to trust and work with the software. Positive reinforcement allows successful learning to take place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was quite hard to get set up on our own. You definitely need training and assistance on getting it all set up for your group to learn how to use it. Also, making sure that it works all together and is not just splotchy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is monitoring our firm's safety and security. It allows us to be aware of who might need more coaching on virtual threats and training. It solves having to be micromanaging 30+ employees on internet security.
