Takes a load off of IT staff

What do you like best about the product?
It's phishing detection system is extremely helpful in catchinbg, sorting, and removing phishing emails from users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found a feature about it yet that hasn't been useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It can look into the code and see whether something is a threat on a level that we would never be able to (at least not as quickly), and gives us a clean platform to determine whether these emails are a threat; and the frequency that users get them.

Helpful tool to look at headers and analyze links and attachments

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to train end users to click on the Phish Alert button which sends us the original header information (unlike forwarding the email). It's also nice to be able to directly request and get analysis of links and attachments.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish some of the analysis was more automated. For example, I check the headers for the SPF records to make sure that the IP address sending the email is approved by the domain. That information is there and highlighted but I'd prefer it to simply pop up showing that the sending IP is or isn't approved for the domain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phish ER speeds up the analysis of potential phishing email and really simplifies the process.

Great platform for quickly quarantining malicious emails.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simply use of the portal and configuring PhishER is very simple. The additioanl features that we get with PhishER that we do not with our standard email solution is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see more actions to be included out of box and setting more automated responses for certain emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PhishER helps us quickly quarantine malicious emails from users inboxes as opposed to our old email security solution which took some time to quarantine those emails. The SOAR capabilities quickly helps us identify which emails are malicious or spam and removing them from the users inboxes.

Phishing training simple and concise

What do you like best about the product?
provides training to employees to identify phishing emails, spot social engineering attempts, and understand the importance of strong password hygiene. Its a simple process that helps indentify weaknesses within my compnay.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything to add to dislikes at this moment in time

Allows me to keep informed about the type of phishing attacks out there and who is being targeted

What do you like best about the product?
Its great that it learns from the emails that are reported so that it gets more efficient as time goes on. It also integrates with the KnowBe4 platform to use real world phishing emails to create more targeted phishing campaigns using real world attacks. Its easy to set up, and easy to manage. That it can search other users mailbox for the same mail and move them to quarantine automatically so less people get a chance to click on the phishing emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a lot that I can complain about. Its easy to set up, easy to use, and KnowBe4 is there is you need assistance. Ab
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PhishER is automating what happens when a user reports a suspicious email. Our organization receives thousands of emails per day and even with mail filters some malicous emails still get through. Just the process of going through reports from our users takes up a lot of time and PhishER helps cut this down by automatically handling "clean" and spam emails by the definitions we set up. This allows us to focus on emails that are actually a problem and to make targeted responses to combat those threats. As a secondary function. PhishER through PhishFlip uses those bad emails to created phishing emails for or simulated attacks using real emails that we have received as a company.

A cyber security awareness game changer

What do you like best about the product?
This product has become vital, regularly used solution for our company. From the engaging and informative training to the penetration testing, KnowBe4 has changed our cybersecurity culture for the better. Phish ER is also incredible - our users know anything "phish"y get's the fish-hook button clicked, and reviewing emails in Phish ER is a breeze. I'd also be remiss if I didn't talk about the customer service; support reps are kind, knowledgeable, and alwats eager to help. They helped walk us through the process of building training and penetration testing campaigns as well as the install of the Office365 integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the menus can be a touch clunky to navigate and more customizable/data rich reports would be nice, but that's small beans compared to the benefits of KnowBe4.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's cleared my regular inbox of "Is this email safe?" clutter. All of my users know to send anything suspicious to Phish ER, and they know they'll get a prompt response.

What do you like best about the product?
PhishRIP, by far, is the best feature of PhishER. The ability to hunt and remove malicious emails across all my tenants is amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
The system is not perfect, and will occasionally not catch all emails in the PhishRIP. Likewise block listing URL's will occasionally fail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remediating malicious emails and preventing them from landing in users' inboxes.

PhishER - New and still getting its sea-legs

What do you like best about the product?
Tight integration with Microsoft Defender and Console design for seeing what's going on.
What do you dislike about the product?
This product is still a work in progress. It's tight integration with Microsoft is both a strength and weakness. I'm getting more frustrated with Defender as an Anti-Spam Anti-Phishing platform and plan on changing. That integration will be less valuable when that happens. Also - Microsoft values its own products over 3rd party products. So even with tight integration - there's still a lot of manual action necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better insight into Phishing and quicker response to it. The PhishER Plus product allows us to use crowd sourced knowledge to block more bad senders.

Simply the best

What do you like best about the product?
PhishER automates and simplifies our email security and remediation when it comes to phishing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as intuitive as I'd like to see it when reviewing messages. It would be great to have a wizard-like walk-through process to review.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PhishER removes a lot of the manual investigating and quarantining of suspicious emails, saving my admin a ton of time and allowing him to focus on other jobs.

Very User Friendly and Great for Training

What do you like best about the product?
This has been a great addition to our employee training and gives us more peace of mind! The Phish Alert Button was very easy to install and the employees have no problem using it. It has stopped alot of phone calls and emails asking if an email is spam.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I dislike yet. It really is a great and effective tool to have. If I do have any issues, support is always there and they are very prompt in getting back to you and getting the issues resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phishing Emails! We have so many that come in and sometimes make it through our quarantine. It has saved alot of time for everyone because i'm not having to answer as many phone calls or emails about emails people are unsure of. This in turn I believe increases productivity because people are able to deal with these emails quicker. This also helps with training because it forces them to pay attention to whats coming in and to learn what they should be opening and what they should be reporting. I feel a little safer in knowing that our employees are properly trained and it makes them more security minded.
