A good tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like to be able to review a suspect email, triage it and remove it from the user's inbox if necessary. Full control over the message(s) is a great feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
The application is very complex and requires you to learn and think. It's not an app you learn through osmosis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting and triaging. This helps us get ahead of any threats.
Great email threat protection and reporting tool, which is also user friendly

KnowBe4 offers good training and reporting functionalities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the dashboard interface can be more mobile-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identify a pattern of repeated spammers/threats, filter them, and reduce our users' time wasted time dealing with unwanted email.

What do you like best about the product?
The training portfolio is robust. There are numerous options to choose from to meet your organization's security training requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be hard to navigate all the options and figure out exactly what is needed for your organization. Also, the 25 license requirement gets in the way of helping SMB's.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping my customers training their teams to prevent security breaches.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that i have the opportunity to view all emails in the dashboard before the end user is able to see them. Also, they can be quarantined and deleted before the end user knows they exist.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside i've experienced with KnowBe4ER is the constant meetings in the beginning of the service. Initially, i understood why we needed to meet and onboard as much as we did, but we are nearly a year into using the service. At this point we should be trusted to fly freely, but we still are having meetings once a month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 is soloving our issue with phishing, and potentially threatening emails. We all know that the weakest point in any organization is the end user. KnowBe4 PhishER is the bodyguard to that weakness.
Capable product, especially if you use KnowBe4 for security training and phishing tests.
What do you like best about the product?
Automated remediation, ability to perform email forensics and remove emails from all inboxes (PhishRIP). PhishFlip where you can convert real-work phish emails into phishing tests is useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The training on the platform could be better. Also, if PhishER could interface with the actual Phish reporting from Gmail/Outlook vs. requiring the use of the Phish Alert Button that would be easier for adoption.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remediation of phishing emails in the organization. Ability to investigate, review and remediate potential phishing emails and remove them from our environment. Automated functions is saving us time in forensics and remediation.
Great training for the most people as they you may never know.

PhishER is amazing as i have implemented it for every user in my enviroment and it has helped stop a lot of phising attempts.
I have also notice it has help reduce people asking if something is spam. they know click the button and if it is spam it will be gone for good

What do you dislike about the product?
the only real dislikes i have with the software is the deplyment to some machine. as it wouldnt work with group policy deployment. so it took about an hour or so to get the remaining machines to install the software.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
im using it to solve issue we have been having with spam emails. also to reduce my spent time on looking into if something is spam or not. also is helping usings to detect spam on their own
Great all around product
What do you like best about the product?
The PhishER program makes it easy to manage malicious emails that may come through our company and the other three businesses that we help manage. There are plenty of helpful "How To" videos and guides that answer any questions that I may have as well as chat help.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really aren't too many things I can think of that I dislike. Setting up the "block list" information was about the only thing that I had some trouble with, but that was because I just read over them and didn't catch it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having the program automatically resolve phishing emails with the automation feature is a great help, and having one central spot to check the emails that are sent in from employees instead of bombarding my inbox really helps. I also like the fact that I can send out test emails to make sure employees are being safe.
Force multiplier for smaller teams
What do you like best about the product?
The automation features of the platform greatly reduce the time and effort required to identify and respond to email threats within our organization. This provides a solid first line of defense. Setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I havnt run into any issues with the platform. it does what it says it will do. I do think that some video training resources should be provided during onboarding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PhishER is a great force multiplier that gives me insight into trends and allows me to easily identify threats that have made it past our other security measures and remove them across our org with very little effort. The Phish Alert Button makes the reporting process for our users painless

What do you like best about the product?
Once the system is synchronized with your O365 environment the process is seamless and very user friendly. This integration has allowed me to increase our awareness as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time there are no functions within the PhishER platform that I do not like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PhishER is helping manage our inbound email threats and helping me organize our environment.
Clear and concise training - super helpful!
What do you like best about the product?
I loved all of the examples that were provided in the training. The videos, the multiple choice questions - everything was clear and easy to follow and understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps more examples would be useful but overall there is not much that I can think of to dislike about KnowBe4 PhishER. It would also be cool to see more videos from reformed fraudsters!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 PhishER really helps our team members to learn more about fraud and phishing, and the risk that is present in every organization. It is easy to think "it can't happen to me or my company", but using KnowBe4 PhishER has really opened my eyes to what dangers there are, how to recognize them, and how to protect myself and my company from those dangers. I feel more prepared to handle real life examples and I've even recognized some of them in real life! Thank you, KnowBe4 PhishER!
